The entrance and egress are easy but the parking lot is a bit dirty. The store for the most part is clean and for the most part stocked. Typical stuff in the isle way. Staff not very helpful at correcting a mistake. It was so simple of an issue but the checkout clerk just couldn’t wrap their head around the issue and fix it. After a while it was less costly to my mental health to just drop the issue and walk out.

Great price for Puppy treats and who knew they had so much - for sure better than most of the other “Dollar General “ stores I have been!They have propane, bagged Ice and plenty of fresh and canned Items as well as all the other stuff!

Recently remodeled to have self-checkout, larger freezer section, and a fresh produce area that Just started getting stocked.A good stop if you don't want to go into town, they normally have a small pack of the things I need.My main complaint would be that full carts of products that need to be shelved just exist in the aisles or in the way of what I am wanting.

I love this store. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. Even if I did everyone makes mistakes and has bad days so that's no big deal.

Sent 18 yr old son to get grill lighter. He was denied the sale. For some reason someone thinks you have to be 21. Never did ask for ID btw. Just 2 months ago he bought one from there, being 17 as he was at the time. There is no age restriction on lighters of any kind, only tobacco and alcohol, look it up.

this store is very dirty and shelves are empty I went here 3 times this week just to get some odds and ends there grocery isleAre empty the isle are full of trash the storeNeeds some major attention I can’t believeDollar general management is letting this slide I can’t imagine the sales are very goodWhen the store looks the way it does I will avoid this store on the plus side the employees where nice and respectfulBut dollar general this is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was 45 cents short on cash. So embarrassing!! The woman working the register took 2 quarters out of her pocket and put it with the moneyI had given her! I told her no I could go to the car and get it. She insisted I keep it. I thanked her and went to my car. I looked all through it, only a couple of pennies. I then went to the gas station. Going in to use my debit card so I could get some cash and return the money back to the lovely lady who had given to me earlier. Not knowing that the gentleman in front of me had payed it forward. Leaving $20 paid gas. To me!!! I got so excited!! I ran across the street crying with joy!!! I gave her the $20 I was going to use for gas! We cried!! What a Blessing!!! ...... We both felt like we had won the lottery!!!When I got home and checked the mail, it had a very unexpected check in it. Wow!!!! Thanks God!!!!!You're Super Fantastic!!!

Emoyes are rude as ever here.. This store has hardley ever had any friendly employees. The store is dirty, looks like its never been cleaned. You can never find what you need. Shelves are never stocked. Boxes and carts are all in middle of aisle where you are supose to be walking but can't. Items that are on the shelves are covered with dust. If I would give this store a negative star I would. They do not ring up items right. I dont know how this store is staying afloat with all the stuff they are letting walk out the door.

I enjoy going to dollar general lots of different things to see and buythe people that work there are my friends. now they are kind and they keep every isle clean never anything on the isles to trip on well stocked i think they deserve a raise they all are friendly and polite its just like they have known you all of there life i shop there there 3 or 4 times a wk me and my girlfriend by larry bell guide

Store was filthy and there was a pungent odor throughout the store. We didn’t even shop, drove to Defuniak Springs. Management needs to address cleanliness.

Hit or miss on customer service. Some days it's great, in and out. Others line is backed up while 2 people are smoking and some staff sticking shelves just looking at the line... Makes for a long wait.

Just about the only place to really shop around the area...prices are good. Surprised they are not higher since there really isn't any competition.. Nice selection of stuff. Cashiers have always been friendly.

I've posted a bad review before on this particular business and since then this store has only gotten worse. Dirty, never stocked properly and it's clear that nobody working there cares. Bad management.

Good store, slightly cluttered and difficult to navigate, but all in all very good location right off the I-10 good hours of operation and very polite staff, even though they could be a little more knowledgeable on what they carry.

Excelant people very helpfull and made us feel at home lines were a bit long but only had 1 lady working so was ok with that cause she took the time to take care of each customer and treated everyone like they mattered

I know that dollar general supports the devil but I'm using what I purchased from their to do the work of God Almighty my Heavenly Father & His Precious Son my Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ. The cashier was helpful and patient and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant Dollar General Representative to help me. I will say the price for a travel car charger was insane! $2 anywhere else but at this location they want a kidney. $12 for a lame usb car charger for my android, this place is messed up! Unfortunately I was from out of town and needed to use Google maps, my loss is DG's gain.

The store is old and small and is cluttered, not alot of room to really look at items on clothing rack. I generally run in when I just need 1-2 things.

This Dollar General is south if Vortex Spring. The price and variety are much better than the convenience store located between them and Vortex Spring. The convenience store parking lot and roadsides wete packed as we passed it going to DG and back to VS. We were in and out of DG quick, and I am fairly sure DG had much better prices over the convenience store. Just drive less than a mile past the convenience store.
