I got my dog less than a year ago and I took him for a nail trim. He apparently didn’t handle it the best when my husband took him so I took him back and they were happy to help me the best they could. They’re an incredible team back there and I hope they get the recognition they deserve !

We are visiting from Indiana and decided to give our dog a spa day. We usually use Pet Smart groomers in Indiana so we decided to try the groomers here. Harley did a fantastic job, our dog came back so clean and fresh. She was great about keeping us updated and informing us about our dog’s excellent behavior. We will be bringing our dog back here, I highly recommend!

Had to come here for my dogs food because this is the only store that had it. I normally would not come to this one because it is far away for me (supply chain issues). The store was nice and clean, it is new or remodeled.

I have been grooming my golden-doodle for about a year here. Leo is my go to but this time he was unavailable and I got stuck with Angela. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience from the beginning. I dropped off my dog at 10 am expecting he would be ready by 2 at the latest. As soon as I walked into the groomers she was already complaining about how long of a day it was going to be, and seemed unsatisfied to be at work. Copper was finally finished with his apt at 4PM. I received an email at 3:15 advising me that Copper was ready to get picked up. I walked in and before I could even say a word Angela rudely and condescendingly told me he wasn’t ready and she needed 10 min. I proceeded to see Copper panting and I asked if she had given him water. She sarcastically said no! I was completely outraged as it had been over 6 hours since drop off. I decided to take Copper as he was! Overall, I just want to highlight Angela’s poor demeanor, customer service skills, and poor judgement in today’s events. Please think twice about using her as your groomer!!!!!

I go here 2 or 3 times a week and their star associate Mike, is always very helpful and the the most knowledgeable one in the store. He is very attentive and my grandson has fish, leopard geckos and a cat, he knows it all, and I have a 12 yr old dog and he recommends great choices on new dog food as my dog has allergies. Mike is the key employee and Petsmart is lucky to have him, some of the girls are good as well, but Mike is the star..I am not sure if he is the manager but if he is not he should be, while in line I have had others talk about Mike as well, I used to go to Petco on Sample ...but because of Mike I always go to Petsmart. I just want to make sure they know about him and appreciate him.

Leonel (Leo) was so nice and helpful when we came in for a walk in pawdicure appointment. He was very gentle while my chihuahua was getting his nails cut which helped with my dog’s anxiety. He goes the extra mile and seems to care for each and every pet that comes through the door.

I have been coming to this store every 3 weeks for 2 years buying food for my dog and toys etc. (200 a week minimum). always have had him off leash ( e collar) and leash in hand incase needed. Never had an issue ever. Today not even 2Seconds upon entering Shayna (what ever her name is) was extremely rude about my dog off leash. I understand it's store policy NOW after 2 years lol but was not polite at all. Lost my business

I like this Pet Store because they're all over and they have some of the best prices. You can get all your basic needs met for cat dog bird etc. at this pet store. The staff was friendly and helpful. They greeted me when I came in the door. I only had to wait a minute before getting checked out one person in front of me. The only thing I was a little disappointed was I was looking for American made rawhides it did not appear that they had them.

Always call them before you show up to pick your dog, they have zero commitment to their customers schedule, I was told to be here at 1:30, I drop my dog at 10, but when I got here they said she wasn’t ready cause they were on lunch break, from 12 to 2 pm, so why in the world would they tell me to come 1:30 if she wasn’t gonna be ready? Anyways, don’t leave your job to pick your dog even if they tell you to be there at that time. Call first so you don’t have to come 3 times to the same place for no reason

I always take my Lexi to get the FURminator bath in the grooming salon! We Love Michelle in the grooming salon!!! Always great customer service, Niles, and very sweet. I would recommend her to take care of your pup!

I loovvveeeee coming to this PetSmart. All the workers make sure to greet you and they are like one of the few stores to have clearance items which I like because then I can get my pet to try new things for a cheap price. I prefer Petsmart for the pricing and hospitality.

This is one of the nicer pet stores around the area. It's newly built, most of the staff is young but knowledgeable. Store is very clean and tidy. I love that the animal habitats are clean as well. The fish tanks usually always look crystal clear with lots of baby fish!

My first time going to get my dog groomed at this Petsmart. When I walk in the door of the grooming salon my greet BY A GIRL WITH RED HAIR AND RED FRAMED GLASSES told me that my appointment was not for 10 minutes and I can wait outside. Three other people came and they all went inside and left without their dogs. I walk in and I was told I had to wait now another 5-10 minutes to wait for my groomer to finish with the walk in that they just got. So they knew I was sitting outside waiting and didn’t have the decency to come get me? Now I’m 30 minutes into my appointment and I am told that it would take 3 to 4 hours. I was not going to wait there so I left. 45 minutes later I get a phone call i’m telling me that my dog is ready. I start driving back to Petsmart. 10 to 15 minutes later I get a call asking how far I am. I let her know that I was told it would be 3 to 4 hours and if I was told it would be 45 minutes I would’ve never left Petsmart. I think the grooming salon needs to train their employees a lot better with customer service and give a better time frame of the services they provide (3-4 hours is a big difference compared to 45 minutes)

I find it very odd to find a place that encourages adoptions and then make it extremely difficult. Super rude staff. We were told that these kittens need homes desperately . Only to arrive at the store to be told by staff "we can't touch meet or pet any of the kitty's. WAY TO GO PETSMART!!!Great way to encourage people to rescue. I will find a kitten and a senior cat. I'll also make sure I never use your service or shop your store

Do not book anything with Leo! Took my puppy in for a simple bath and haircut which was simple nothing crazy just bring it down. He will not communicate with you as to if your puppy has any knot or anything and did not finish the job rushing or idk what but super unhappy he should not be a pet groomer! I had to bring him back the next day and was super grateful for Michelle that she was able to fix it all and complete the job that was not finished! GUYS! Michelle is your go to shes amazing and honest with you when it comes to your puppy. or if anything needs to be done great communication!
