As a Sales Rep doing call calling during these times, difficult for everyone, you expect business owners to be nice and condescending. But after to be working under 86 F, to find this lady throwing the door in your face, talks a lot about what her business quality and the human being values. Thank God was like that, because I won’t send none of my associates to work with this kind of people! Never!

If I could give 0 stars I would do so! The customer service is atrocious!!! Lori has absolutely ZERO customer service skills, maybe you should think about not working with the public if you are going to be so nasty and condescending!
