We were worried as Lucy is an older dog with sensitive teeth but she was so happy and the technicians were so nice and helpful. I’m so happy we found this service and can’t wait to schedule again. Wow! Anna was the technician she was fabulous. I can’t enough of how happy I am with beautiful cleaning she did on my two dogs cookie. The dachshund is for her teeth weren’t really that bad but Sophie the black one she’s 12 and her teeth were awful. Let me tell you Sophie’s teeth are sparkling ,! The dogs were very happy yeah they were smiling. The van is spotless. Nice cold air conditioned. I can’t say enough of how pleased I am and the best part is no anesthesia so I highly recommend them and if you’re in Port St. Lucie ask for Anna she did a fabulous job.

I’m amazed! I was hesitant to put my senior dogs under anesthesia so I decided to try bright and shine. Yisel did a fantastic job on both my dogs, who are 60 pounds each and refuse for me to brush their teeth. My 10 year old dog’s were particularly bad, see photos. I can’t believe how whit and clean both their teeth are now! Plus when I compare the cost to getting the required senior bloodwork and a dental cleaning at the vet for both of them, it was very reasonable.

Great service! They treated our dog with care and did a great job in under an hour. I’m a big fan of no anesthesia being needed as our dog is older. It’s also a huge plus that they drove to us.

5 Stars across the board! Bright N' Shine Pet Dental is an answer to my prayers! The vet tech, David, took such great care of my IGGY Rocco. David gained Rocco's trust right away and now Rocco has the shiniest teeth and freshest breath he has had since he was a puppy. The best part is NO dangerous anesthesia that would be harmful to Rocco. I can't say enough good things about David & Bright N'Shine. They will be taking care of all my pets from here on out. The vet told us Tubby needed her teeth cleaned, and you could see how tartar encrusted her 14 year old teeth were… her teeth had never been cleaned. The vet wanted $750 and that didn’t include possible “extras” she might need. Cost was one thing but putting her through the stress of a vet visit & anesthesia was also a huge consideration. I found BNS online and I was highly skeptical but decided to give it a try. Online booking was super easy and they responded immediately with an appointment. David arrived right on time. He explained the procedure and his technique. He handled Tubby professionally and with great care. He said it would take about an hour, and it did. The before and after pictures were very impressive! I couldn’t be happier that we were able to save hundreds AND save Tubby the trauma of a vet visit. 100% recommend!

My dog got her cleaning on 03/28/2024. The lady (Miriam) took about an hour to do this when usually the guy who used to do it takes about 20 minutes and he would sent me pictures right after each cleaning. I was very pleased every single time. This time, the lady sent no pictures, took an hour and besides that didn't cleaned her teeth properly. What got me more upset is that when I checked her, she had two loose teeth, the front ones to be more specific. I called the company several times to see what happened to my dog and also to get a full refund. I Spoke to a girl name Camila who assured me she was going to let the supervisor call me. He never did. I called several times and had to leave a voice mail every time since they won't answer me. I sent emails as well to call me back so they can give me an explanation. Camila finally called me back just to let me know her supervisor knew about the situation and would call me back soon. I'm still waiting for that call. I used to respect this company very much because their work was impeccable, I lost respect since they couldn't even give me an explanation about what happened.So no, I would never recommend this company after what happened to my dog.

This was such a positive experience! We were a little worried as our dog can be nervous in new situations but he did fantastic! The technicians were wonderful, professional and easy to work with. Our dog's teeth look fantastic and you could not tell he didn't have a cleaning at the vet. I saved money and didn't have to put our dog under harsh medical conditions to have his teeth cleaned. First time using Bright’ N Shine. Patricia arrived on time and was very professional. She was very sweet and caring with our little poodle. I can tell that our puppy liked her cause she was comfortable with her even after the appointment . She kept me updated and send a video of the service. Our dog’s teeth came out great and no anesthesia needed which was the best part. I will be using them again and have already booked our next appointment. Highly recommend them.

When I first look them up on Google, I was Skeptical. I was like, they can't get my dog teeth that clean without anesthesia. Then I was like, well, let me give them a try. Its better than paying $800 at bandsfield hospital. When she was finished with my 2 dogs, I couldn't believe it. I was like let me look in there mouths myself. The pictures she showed me could've been any dogs mouth. I looked and was so amazed at the job. She was so nice and professional. My dogs loved her. Thank you for the wonderful job, and you definitely have a customer for life❤️

Wonderful, caring service with NO ANESTHESIA! We had a dental cleaning done on our 4 year-old Pumi. Even though he was not a senior it was still a huge plus that this service can be performed without putting our dog under anesthesia. I quoted out a few local veterinarian clinics to inquiry pricing to get my Pomeranian’s teeth cleaned and the quotes received ranged from $550 plus ! Luckily, I found Bright N Shine on Facebook, read all of their positive reviews and decided to book an appointment. From my initial inquiry to the date of my appointment, the customer service was impeccable! Most importantly, my dogs teeth looked amazing. Not only did I get to enjoy the convenience of this being a mobile service, but I enjoyed the overall transaction. Got my 13.5 dog teeth cleaned quickly, safely and in my driveway cheaper than vet. Could get 2 cleanings with Bright n Shine to one vet trip and no sedation! Highly recommend this company! I cannot recommend this service enough! This is absolutely the best thing you can do for your dog! And if you’re lucky enough to get Patrick as your technician, life doesn’t get any better😊! He bonds with your dog beforehand, has a little playtime, takes breaks during procedure as your dog needs and thoroughly details everything he saw inside your dog’s mouth! He far exceeded my expectations.

Unbelievable results. My 12 year old Pom never had his teeth cleaned and his breath has just been getting horrid as he gets older. Looked into vets and their costs are outrageous and because they use sedatives it’s high risk to his life. Found bright and shine and decided to give them a try. Wow! Putting her under to get her teeth cleaned was too risky at her age. Then, a few weeks ago, my wife saw an ad for Bright and Shine. David, the technican, was so gentle and comforting with our dog. When my dog developed dental issues recently, my Vet quote for the cleaning was $500 and they need to give general anesthesia. I went online and I found Bright and Shine, I decided to make an appointment. The way that this people helped us get through the problem was such a blessing! David was the technician His personality was professional yet so caring. I really felt that he cared about my dog’s He came to my home, text me before he arrives and my dog was very calm with the relaxing music, no anesthesia and absolutely a better job than a vet for a very affordable price. David send me a before and after pictures. It is so rare to find this kind of genuine concern company with expertise. I so appreciate with David and Bright and Shine.
