Shawn is a good hard working guy. He has maintained my 150 salt water live rock aquarium for a few years. He’s come in emergencies quickly and saved all of our salty kids. Shawn is a great guy. I found an amazing deal for a 300 gallon used fish tank and I needed help having it moved. Not only did he have the best price he also was also the fastest as far as scheduling. Now this is the part where he goes above and beyond. He takes the time to see the tank before the move to ensure the purchase is worth it. He finds multiple structural issues with the fish tank and not only saves me time and money but, also saves me and my family from any danger of a massive fish tank breaking. Anyone who knows the weight and sheer force of water in that volume knows that it can easily gravely injure someone standing next to it and this tank would be in my home office, next to me at all times. A lot of talking, not much work. Asked to clean sand and other parts of tank. Didn’t do it. Said he’d hook up me with a discount and never did anything. Needless to say I switched aquarium maintenance company.Edit - Really ...? What type of response is that ? “Our reputation speaks for itself” ya ok. Like I said I asked for certain things to be done and it was not done. It was way over priced for the amount of work you did. And you kept rambling about how you’ll take care of me at Beverly’s and didn’t do squat. It was 32 gallon also not 20 and I did tell you it was on the second floor. Stop lying
