Winn Dixie is my place for my last minute baking supplies and has been for years. I live less than 5 minutes away so it’s easy to catch them at night before closing. Over the 30 years I’ve been in this neighborhood I’ve noticed the demographics change. I want to give my professional warning, as an executive assistant of a well known thriving franchise and a regular at your store. There will be more black and brown people shopping in this area, so it’s best to hire less racist. I can foresee your store having problems because management/staff come off as extremely discriminatory. Obviously I’m not the first, per Sam’s review. I find it easy to ignore the manager cause she knows how to be subtle plus I know some of her hate stems from misery of never having any time off but that eventually trickles down to your “not as professional” staff members. It was extremely obvious this morning when I was in there. Just wanted to let it be know that it is OBVIOUS and it’s better to do something about it now than to come across someone that has the same hate in their heart as you. Or worse no one wants to shop with you and you have to shut down and rebrand again. Groceries are not cheap anymore, really nothing is. Customer service goes a long way in these inflated times and it should be extended to everyone. Even those who may not look like you.

Customer service went above and beyond for me. Came in at 8am this morning looking for the snow crab sale that was going on. I found almost nothing in the case. Teresa came to my aid and asked at least 3 people the in my vicinity in addition to going around the whole store to find someone. After 5-10min, she found Erick that could help and then found me in the meat section.Erick then took my order and had me set up in another 5 or so minutes. This was so helpful because I would have had to come back to the store to get this item for my family’s lent dinner in the evening.Thank you, Erick and Teresa! Stellar service.

Two few of cashiers he got one and the rest you really get no help so they want to go onto the stuff pay south and make prices go up even higher when they’re saving so much money on employees are gonna lose their store. No one wants to do it over an hour for themselves and pay so high braces.

Went to this location today around 11:40-ish am. Just picked up some few items and went ahead to self check out. The lady attending there told me that the cashier is open. I don’t understand why she won’t let me do self check out when the area is open and there’s only 1 guy using it. This is the second time she did this to me ( my first encounter with her made me feel embarrassed around with other customers, it’s a long story) Makes me think that she is profiling people or she just doesn’t wanna do her job. I remember her cos of what she did to me last time. I love coming to this place every week and most employees are friendly and helpful. But seeing this lady’s face makes me feel upset every time, she doesn’t fit there along with her coworkers good vibe.

This place is a joke. Waited 10 minutes at the counter no help from anyone. Went across the street to Publix and was greeted immediately.

First visit since I lived here for 17 years. Decided to give WD a try. It was a pleasant enough experience. The store is big. Good selection of Mountain Dew. They need better support in the Deli and Bakery. Didn't see but one bag person.

Hi , My online order was completed wrong. However, the manager on duty;Enrique was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. We need more managers willing to assist customers, especially when a third party is involved, the order is incomplete, or the shopper doesn’t know how to communicate with the buyers do to an language barrier. Enrique you rock !!!!!!!!

Nicely appointed and well managed. Lots of hot foods and clean and neat store. They've come a long way. It is a pleasure to shop here... And cheaper than their competition Publix (the $100 store).Not as many employees as similar stores but staff is very friendly. Manager was visible and that is a good sign!Recommend that your shop here!

I really love when Dixie I wish there were more up here in Broward. Very clean store the workers are pleasant and very knowledgeable, I also like the prices because you can get great deals at Winn-Dixie if you take your time and look. My opinion better than Walmart.

Great and big store, lots of produces and different products. Best way for Winn-Dixie to maximize profit and get more traffic inside is to lower the prices. That’s the best way to beat Publix

Hi, I do my weekly food shopping at this Winn-Dixie location. I will not go to any other food store, new or old to do my shopping. This store is always clean, the shelves are always fully stocked. There are always the right amount of check out clerks, so you never have a long wait! The employees are always courteous, well groomed, and will go out of their way to show you where an item is, if you can’t locate it. How your employees are, is a direct reflection of management! Ora is the store manager and is always involved with the stores operation. I’ve seen her stocking shelves, checking out customers, and even collecting carts in the parking lot. The Fresh Department Manager, Enrique will always stop to say hello, and ask if everything is ok! As well as being very knowledgeable about a particular product. And is also very hands on. And last but not least, the Deli Manager Amelia. Very courteous, mild mannered, tremendous amount of patience, and never makes you feel rushed no matter how many people are giving you dirty looks! I hope that management, and upper management read my review. I believe if someone is doing a great job, people should know about it! Keep up the good work!

Never really shopped at Winn Dixie before I liked the store it is big with a good selection. The only disappointing part was a rude deli worker that had an attitude and was dismissive, didn't ask if I needed anything else, not sure why, oh well.

Absolutely makes no sense that the supermarket is open until 11pm, but the seafood section closes at 630pm. That is at least what the young man with a attitude said when I asked for assistance in getting help. Winn Dixie really need to relook at there hours of operation within the store

The store staff are very nice and honest and helpful, I forgot few of my bags in the store and the cashier run after me to my car, That was very impressive. The store is clean .The meat section needs some attention.Sometimes the red meats are not that fresh and sometimes the color of the meat is questionable (Although the expression date is still valid)Same with the boxed fruits. there been many times I opened the box and I had to through away the whole box.

This is by far the nicest Winn Dixie I've ever been to. Very clean and well stocked. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I feel this specific winn dixie should be a model for others to follow. I drive right by a competitor to come here. This is where I do the majority of my shopping where I am a repeat, weekly customer. Better prices than competitors with an upscale feel.
