Went for passport photos. The guy doing it was friendly and efficient. Cost me $18+ for 2.The store has what you expect at a drug store. If you don't find what you are looking for there is a CVS across the road.Plenty of parking available at the store.

This Walgreens (pharmacy) was absolutely appalling. I was just simply asking for a status of a prescription and the rep on the phone lacked professionalism, and carried the most demeaning tone. She was very disrespectful in the way she was speaking and answered the phone saying “what’s up” as well. She did not seem like she wanted to take the call at all, and rushed me off. Very surprising for me personally at Walgreens, I’ve never had an experience like this. She tried to refer me back to my previous Walgreens location, even after I intentionally switched locations to this Walgreens because I moved closer. She abrupt hung up on the phone on me, did not get name unfortunately. Terrible service.

Welcome staff/cashier was helpful. Photo Department staff were nowhere to be found. Hear her say I’m not clocked in now. They wanted us to wait a few min for her to clock in … which as we found out after 15mon would have actually been a 45 min wait. Terrible overall experience in this store.

Wow! This place is the worst! I waited 15 minutes to ask the pharmacist to get an OTC med that was behind the pharmacy window and when she finally approached me, she didn't ask what I wanted, but instead said "I'm busy with other people". Note, there were no others waiting and she didn't look like she was doing much. This was the head pharmacist! So I went across the street to CVS and was helped in literally less than a minute, even though they were about to close for lunch. What a difference! To be rude to customers the way Walgreens pharmacy staff is, really pathetic and shows lack of professionalism, poor education, and overall just unkind personality. Won't be going back to that location!

Worst staff ever at this store. They are NEVER willing to help, always lie that the prescription was sent mins ago, when in reality was sent over an hour, and when you arrive at the drive thru after over an hour to pick it up, they say another excuse that the prescription was for tomorrow. NONSENSE! I have an emergency prescription and obviously they just must be kidding with patients. Please replace every single individual at this store as no one is ever willing to help.

I was informed by staff that I can not make a return from another location to this store, but on the back of my receipt, it states it can be returned to any of their nationwide stores. Of course, there is no store manager available to discuss it with.

I have been a long time customer of this Walgreen’s Store. The other day I had a Prescription Emergency and the Pharmacy Manager went way out of her way to make sure my needs were met! The lady who takes the passport photos is so unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Shes young so that could be it but I requested a digital copy of my passport pictures along with my cut photos and she said she could not do it because she had pressed the NO on the screen for that option. Ummmm yeah you can.. that's your job as an employee is to help the CUSTOMER. I politely asked and she told me NO when I knew that was an option for me. I asked for her manager. Her response: "He is busy." Then she started being so disrespectful. Her manager tried to back her up. I started working since I was 15 at a restaurant. #1 Rule is customer service: always help the Customer. Never talk back to a customer .. and yes even if they are rude, which I was not rude to the girl. She was lazy from the beginning and had no initiative. What is wrong with this generation. Ridiculous. I actually love Walgreens because I have fond memories of coming there as a young girl and shopping for make up, and this is the first time I have EVER gotten such an attitude from an employee here or at any other retail location even that is not Walgreens. I hope she learns her lesson.. oh yeah, and Im 8 months pregnant. So disrespectful. Hopefully she learns some respect by getting written up. Ill never take photos here again. Going to Kinkos or CVS.

They sell tampered with gift cards! I bought a gift card to purchase a plane ticket for a funeral of a family member. $400 on the gift card. I opened it and it LITERALLY didn’t have the last 4 digits. Like It was scraped off. I’m definitely involving law enforcement to look deeper into this. No refund on gift card, so I basically lost my money. How is this fair?

This is for the pharmacy at this location. I had a poor experience the during thanksgiving I went to fill my prescription. The lady give me poor service she was obviously stressed out and overwhelmed. First no eye contact she was typing and without looking at me she said speak am listening. I gave her my prescription and insurance also try to ask her about good Rx but she scarcely answer. She check my insurance and said it was canceled without probing or attempted to call the insurance or offer any further assistance. She just handed me the documents. Knowing that my insurance was not canceled I went to my car and made a call to the insurance company and was assured my insurance was ok. I went back and she saw me but ignored me so the elderly man who has been there since I first went there in 2011, acknowledged me and offer to help. He realized the card was not processing and he called the insurance (exactly what the lady should have done) only to find out my birthday was being entered incorrectly. If I was dying she would leave me to die. I realized that these people often times treat minorities differently. I did nothing wrong except to legally fill my prescription like every body else. I was also told the prescription would take 45 minutes but the time I stepped out and reach the stop light I got an auto dial advising it was ready.

I have been a loyal customer to this walgreens for over 7 years and I have never felt so disrespected and dehumanized in my entire life. my friend who is from asian and hispanic descent was target by a worker at this establishment threatened to call the police on us for me sitting in the cart not doing anything wrong. she went up to us and said this cart is not for entertainment and that she was going to call the police. I am appalled and will never be shopping here ever again i am going to take my business to cvs across the street.

I was at this walgreens today. And was very rudely spoken to by who i found out later was the manager. Really rude guy and this is actually the second time he’s been rude. Im going to just take my business to cvs .

It's ok stop items they always are short in stock sale items go and don't have enough. Should have more supplies of sale items. Cold in there meaning employees. Pharmacy is nice

A few days ago I needed a prescription filled ASAP and my insurance would not allow Walgreens to fill my prescription even though the representative I spoke with hadJose called them multiple times until he finally talked some sense into a representative. He then called me to let me know they had finally given permission and I could come pick it up in the next 5 minutes.The customer service I received from Jose was excellent and unparalleled. I've never had a "preferred pharmacy" other than by conveinience but I will absolutely be coming back here.

As of May 17th they still require masks for all guests regardless of vaccination status. Guidelines do not follow the science and are baseless per the CDC's recommendations. Ironic for a pharmacy to be anti science

Worst pharmacy experience. No compassion or concern. Brought my mom to pick up medication after her major surgery and the girl at the counter told me she didn’t have access to any of the medication without care and told me to just go check another store.Im not sure how the pharmacist doesn’t have access to medications but her attidtufe was one of “not my problem”.

So I went to the store at 11:30 pm and some guy said Walgreens is closed it closes at 11pm which is advertise totally different on they’re website it’s says it close at 12 am which one is it?
