this is my go to publix but I do not approve of some of the produce they leave on the shelf. some lettuces are not worth buying and yet they're still on the shelf. always check your berries as I have bought many moldy containers. I also do not approve of the way they skim the bad berries off and leave a smaller package to buy. they aren't the only Publix that does that but I want to you to be aware of it and I refuse to buy it when I see a less than full package

My niece got the worst cake I have EVER seen for her birthday! I even understand if you don't know how to draw a simple gem on a cake, but the name was centered, the happy birthday part was crammed in & sloppy. I put real gems we had on the cake to try & recover the disaster that was the piping, but, it was so awful, I couldn't fix it no matter how much I tried. Do better, Publix, & if you can't, don't attempt it & just stay within your comfort zone instead of ruining a little girl's birthday cake.

Do not order the Publix turkey dinner, ever. Not for Thanksgiving or Christmas. You would do better to pick up your own Butterball cooked turkey and Simply potatoes and Heinz’s gravy because the Publix potatoes are disgusting. The sides were still frozen, the potatoes were frozen and slimy and the dressing was blah.

Store is very clean well managed lighting is great everything is where it's supposed to be stacked very nicely but they have doubled the triple their prices their prices are now about the same thing as Whole Foods or sprouts except you're not getting all natural if you want to save money go over to Winn-Dixie they're just getting outrageously expensive a small cup of Fruit was $8.50 if you do a price comparison at Winn-Dixie you would be very happy. And Costco they're the best! For example I bought one little square of cheese for about $8 I went to Costco and for 10 I got three boxes I guarantee their stockholders are doing cartwheels and lighting hundred dollar bills with their cigars

I recently ordered my daughters birthday cake here. It was a pretty simple sheet cake that said happy birthday with her name and a gem drawn on each corner of the cake. I showed them a picture. They said they could do it. Unfortunately, my husband picked up the cake and didn’t look at it before bringing it to the party. The writing on the cake was sloppy and completely off center. The gems in the corner did not look anything like what I showed and basically looked like a child drew triangles in each corner. Then they claimed they don’t do hand drawn stuff. Well then why the hell did you agree. I will never be ordering a cake from there again.

The check out people have no idea what to do with gift cards... or what to ask. Why do these people who work at "computer check out" not ask for my phone number or a valid ID with purchases! Anybodies card, you have stolen works here!!!💯 % guaranteeof what???"It amazes me of all the cash perks I have lost due to the lack of information that customers get at all Publix locations???purchaseSuddenly, if you do not look closely, I have shopped at Publix for over 50 years!I am interested in finding out why employees here listen to gossip?Instead of their customers.Was in security everywhere I have lived in the United States of America. Also worked very hard to make sure people were safer in retail. I worked for multi-million dollar companies, and my knowledge of stolen merchandise is precisely why I am angry!My personal family has purchased millions of dollars in their lifetimes here at Publix.To treat a customer like a thief is unacceptable, period!

It's Publix, no store can compare in any way. We need a lot more in Tennessee. The weekly deals are awesome. If you've never been to a Publix try a pub sub, fried chicken, check out the bakery, any deli tea, especially greenwise limited editions. You will not be disappointed. Staff always makes sure they do their best to live up to company motto "Where shopping is a pleasure ". One you experience Publix you will not want to shop anywhere else.

It was outstanding. The gentleman in the meat section, Chad, went above and beyond. I ordered a crown roast of pork for Easter. It was perfect. He is a great asset to Publix. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. And, very courteous. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

If you’re wanting a pub sub at the Deli and Bernice is working… don’t waste your time. I ordered ahead online for pickup and it said my sub was to be ready at 3:45 pm. At 3:58 pm, it still wasn’t ready, so I went over to the Deli to wait there. Bernice asked if I was waiting for something, and I simply said yes I have an online order for pickup. Out of nowhere, she proceeds to be rude and get upset at me as if it was my fault it wasn’t ready yet. I’m only ever nice to the workers but she is always rude for no reason. Also, ordering ahead online is not worth it… seems it takes longer that way than just going and ordering there. Will not be returning so long as she works there.

This is my opinion of the place and management ,my experience is that businesses are controlled by the Mafia, (Catholic church)and most churches are controlled by Secret society of Mason's, (I'm homeless and tried getting work here), I married into a Catholic church, There all arrogant, they want you to know what there doing why the pandemic ,it's proving it that's the problem, because they act like you're the problem, They use narcissistic behavior, covert narcissism is tougher to detect, I strongly believe Hitler found the Holy Grail , Hitler and his goons developed narcissism to suck people into the devil's realm ( dark side)That's why the pandemic was created ,shut down businesses,in order to start up they got sucked into dark side, most by way of internet businesses,that's why all the hacking in the past , Experian,the out of the blue they created Experian Boost , nobody the wiser, WOW, school shootings set up officers not taking shots at perps or running away, or even court where one guy doesn't agree to death sentence all set up ,it's called taking one for the team , cop that run away in parkland reimbursement was his pay , shooter ,not getting life was his pay ,this is covert narcissist at there best , Panhandling is illegal but we have it here , two live on Publix land by flamingo, Rd same two caused a problem we're I called 911 one pulled a sharp object on me , one of the reasons why I didn't get a job at Publix,the other was a lady inside playing games with me telling me I can return things after I had eaten most ,her husband just recently past and told she's soon to retire, , she then told manager about this not saying that she set it up , but anyway that's how the business get funding for remodeling that's there payment for not hiring me , too much to list , since my divorce 25 yrs ago all three of my kids have been put in accidents ,two youngest were harassed in school long before shootings , they ended up in mental health cutting into there wrist , oldest daughter near fatal car accident, my son they gave wrong sand wrong resperator, ( sand blaster)it was to shut me up ,I was forced into disability,( paranoid schizophrenic) Dr paid off in my opinion,in SC put in the hospital 5 times first 7 months I was there , narcissisism was created to steal kill destroy , break down your credibility,shut you up , churches don't have to reveal what's going on in there, that's why Mafia hide in Catholic church, Mason's become a church,watch your back end times are coming that's why all this is happening to turn everyone to dark side, pray people pray repent your sins ask for forgiveness, anyone who they can use to there benefit,is a victim, I recently bought a scooter if I pay it off in 90 days it's $1400 ,but if goes the 18 months it ends up $3500 that's why they stopped me from working , biblical tricks traps and Fowler s snares ,they know the laws of the Bible how to munipulate,. ,that's why they have FAkE FRIENDS around you, it's to steer you in the direction they want you to go,by agreeing with you accept a demon ,evil spirit, the more you turn to the dark side the more demonic you become,phycopath sociopath, are top of list for narcissist,was told by top management in Publix was they were waiting on people to transfer from a store that was shutting down but three people hired in department were I was supposed to go , you do the math,the more I tried getting with GOD the more I was attacked, I keep getting kick out of this site 4 different times, Hitler killed Jews same thing with pandemic, military strategy, The ss on Hitler uniform does that mean secret society followed suit using SS , there in every big town,listen closely when something happens,to the police chief as he explains why he thinks something happened evasive answers are what a covert narcissist does there taught that , they be accepted lying demons , Mason's know how to trick into situations, they study demonology, human behavior, not that sounds like a Hitler thing doesn't it,now I'm being harassed by cops because of this review, ,

Don't get me wrong, this store front is always clean and mostly stocked however the front desk customer service representative, Annette, is such a rude nasty and very distasteful person to be at the service desk. She has an attitude when trying to return items, she rolls her eyes, and the rude lady even puts my card on the counter instead of in my hand. She needs to be replaced and removed from this desk and properly trained in customer service. She is definitely not the right person to have upfront. I shop at this location almost 2-3 a week and I rarely encounter someone so nasty. She does not live up to the Publix service experience.

I typically have great experiences here but this time there was someone new behind the deli. A bit rough around the edges but cordial. She was having a tough time making my wrap because I asked for gluten free so she put another wrap on top. I didn’t care- it all goes down regardless of what it looks like and didn’t want to be a pain. I asked her to warm it up which she did and put it in a tray and proceeded to charge me for a sub. I questioned it and she said she used double meat. I knew she didn’t so inquired if she put both halves of the Turkey on the wrap and she said yes. Cashier was great about it and felt bad because I knew she didn’t put the other half of Turkey on the wrap as I saw her put it in the fridge so why lie? I’m very confused by this interaction but found it mind boggling that she cared so much to charge me what $1 more to lie? What kind of people are you hiring and do they make a commission off sales? Haha

This Publix is my Saturday stop to buy food and drinks because it's right next to the bait shop. Today it was a disappointment, I went to get chicken tenders, and the guy behind the counter instantly commented if you're here for chicken, we don't have any left. Well, ok, hello to you too. How can I help you? Would that have been a better start? I got a pound of chicken tenders that were ice cold. For almost ten bucks for five tenders, I figure I could have at least gotten some hot food. After all, it is in a hot station.

This location is tucked away, so I have to do a loop-de-loop to get there when coming from the West, however this is a great Publix, spotless, and with the typical reasonably good selection and prices. It's still as great as ever. Other nearby Publix(es) in Weston and Davie can be overly busy so this one can help shoppers escape that AND for many it is just as quick of a drive to get there. I hope I haven't unleashed a secret 8-)

I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. On this individual visit, I had one employee come up to me without my asking to help me find an item, and upon seeing me carrying two baskets, another employee went to the front of the store and brought me back a cart, also without my asking. 10/10 — no one does it like Publix.

This Publix has the best workers of just about any I've been to. There very friendly and there's always someone around to help you find what you need. They pretty much stay stocked but like everywhere right now there's times where some products just aren't available to them.
