I’ve been bringing my puppy here once a month since he was 3 months old, he is 7 months now. They always do a great job, and he comes home very soft and smelling good!My only negative point is that his nails are still pretty sharp after a visit. This is not a deal-breaker, though, and I will just clip his nails a bit more on my own.I pay $36 each time (before tip) for a shampoo and all the other services that come with it. I find this to be very reasonable, especially since my puppy is a Doberman mix and doesn’t really need hair cuts.If you’re in the area and want your pet to have a safe and pleasant grooming experience, check out Pretty Poodles!

We took our flat coat retriever to get groomed. Not worth the $90.00 plus tip. Her ears not cleaned out. Now has infection. Glands not cleaned. Nails not cut short enough. Not trimmed as asked. Bath was only normal. We gave them the shampoo for her skin. Took way too long. Almost 5 hours

The groomer was very nice but I did not receive what I asked for! My mini golden doodle came out looking like a completely different dog than the picture I had shown. It should have been communicated if that was not an option for her. If you have a golden doodle make sure to be aware of that before leaving because your dog will look like a completely different dog when you pick them up!

Love Pretty Poodles! Can't say how happy I am to have found this place! :) after going to so many different groomers over the past 5 years I have to say this is one of the best places I've found! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff really knows their stuff! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a place that's caring, knowledgeable, and all about customer service ! The first time you go there won't be you're last, trust me! Pretty Poodles is very well run and the service is great! We have two Yorkies that come here regularly and we are never disappointed. The staff is patient and we love the "new" dogs we get when they are done. Both always look great and smell even better! THANK YOU!

Didn’t care for the service or the personality. I feel like they were rude to me because my dog was a little rambunctious due to the fact that she is a one year old toy poodle. All questions felt condescending like I’m not a groomer but I know how to brush my dog. It had been 3 days since I last brushed her and the hair was to “tangled”. No other groomer has ever been rude nor gave me a lecture. As a matter of fact I unusually get compliments about how well behaved and well kept my dog is. So this place for me was not a match. 1 star honestly.

Never had any issues before with pretty poodles and pet. Long wait yes, but they always did a good job with my pet. However, this weekend Saturday June 23,2018 was a disaster. I asked for 1 inch of her hair to be cut off. Instead they gave her a buzz cut. Her hair is a disaster. Its cut in pieces. The new staff ruined my pet's hair. Not sure I will be returning after over a year of going here. Very disappointed, maybe it's the new staff, but am very upset about this.

This place is amazing. My dog looked like complete trash before I came into this place 6 years ago. They slayed my dogs hair. They made me so happy. My dog was comfortable and very happy. I can bring my dog in any state of mess and my dog leaves brand new. I highly recommend this place. Very satisfying experience. Great customer service. So far in 6 years haven't had a problem with them and I highly doubt I'll ever have one. Thank you Pretty Poodles and Pets from my Shih Tzu, Lulu, and myself we love you.

We bring both of our dogs here and there’s no one better. One of our dogs has terrible anxiety, but seems very at ease when we bring her here. Haircuts are always perfect. Highly recommend.

Kathy at Pretty Poodles had first groomed my 2 King Charles Cavaliers and then my one Cavalier and one Bichon Poodle.She has always been wonderful with them even though my 1st Cavalier, Charlie, had a large cancer tumor that interfered with normal grooming. My baby passed leaving poor Cavalier Sam who went from heavy to diabetic and light. Then my niece, many month later, gave me Sam the bichon poodle mix. Id know nothing about them for grooming. Kathy always helps me with the boys bc I have a back injury, works with my schedule, and is very fairly priced. I'd been through Banfield, multiple mobile groomers, and other private groomer shops. There is never a surprise or extra charge (long story about I needed the boys nails clipped and ground so short). She is always seemingly happy to greet the boys themselves directing her attention to them vs me. They dont cry when we get there and Ive need found a cut or accidental something to any of my dogs all the years, maybe 12?The shop is out of the way but no parking issue and if there was she (or msybe an asst) would absolutely just go back and forth with everything needed to be done. I know she would but she's never had to go that far.I haven't posted my review before, anywhere, for horribly selfish reasons; I know that once someone would go it then Cathy would always be full. She's already full but only 2× literally that I recall, she couldn't fit the two dogs in for the day or time whichever it was I preferred. She opens at 8am so I can get out early and they'll be ready in about 2 plus hours. I don't know what I'd do without her.

The staff is amazing!! The only place I will take my dogs to get groomed. They do such a great job and my dogs always look brand new when I pick them up! Thank you guys for being such a great business..... Friendly and professional. I wish every groomer could be like you guys!!!

5 stars!!! They always do such a great job with my big baby (American Bulldog - Rottweiler mix). This grooming shop is the best in Broward! I love that they are family owned and they know me and my dog by first name. That personal touch and friendly service is amazing!

Very clean and professional, my dog looked amazing when I picked him up after grooming. I have a Mini Schnauzer and he felt very comfortable and right at home at Pretty Poodles and Pets. The staff was very nice and sweet I will definitely stick with them for a long time.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!Not sure why I made appointment if my dog doesn’t get seen until 4 HOURS LATER!!!!My first and last time I take my dog to Pretty Poodles and Pet. I just moved into the area and I had scheduled an appointment at 9:30AM. When I dropped off my dog I was told it would take 3 hours for them to groom her.It was 1:50PM and nobody had called me to update the status on my dog nor that was it going to take longer than expected. I called to check in and was told that they’re a little busy and my dog will be seen SOON!!!!! My dog has been sitting there for 4 close to 5 hours!! It takes about 5 HOURS to groom a 7lb dog??? REALLY? That's ridiculous!! After I made an appointment for 9:30 AM??WAIT IT GETS BETTER!!!!!Not only has my dog been sitting there for HOURS!!! When I called in I guess they started working on her. They called me 20mins later saying that they showered my dog and their trying to make an attempt to groom her but they can’t because she’s snapping at the groomer.They refused to groom her and charged me $25.00 for showering her! My dog has been sitting there FOR HOURS and NOW you want to tell me you can’t groom her???After this whole inconvenience of my dog waiting there for hours no communication with the customer they couldn’t waive the charge for the shower??WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!I own 2 other dogs and I will NOT take them to Pretty Poodles and Pet!!

First time coming here and I brought both my toy poodle and my shih tzu. When I picked them up, I noticed that both there ears were full of filth, part of their 50$ price includes ear cleaning,free bow or bandana, and perfume. Both my puppies received none of it. When I confronted the groomer, she kept dodging my concerns.Will not be returning ,and my hunt for a good,none lazy puppy groomer continues.

I don't know how everyone else had such a magical experience -- I must be the only exception, I guess!Today was my first and last time here. I had a scheduled appointment for 10am. I dropped my Nino off at 9:55am and was told he would be ready in a few hours. Nearing 2pm after still not hearing back and wondering if I should go home to wait versus killing time with errands, I called to check in and was told that he wouldn't be ready until 4pm. 4pm??? 6 hours to groom a 6lb maltese poodle mix??? I showed up to the salon half an hour later and it's a good thing I did. Guess what? Nino hadn't been touched!!!! He was every bit as shaggy and dirty as I dropped him off 4 hours prior. The gentleman up front told me they were short a groomer but then why not communicate that to me when I dropped him off or when I called to check in? The way Nino dove into his water bowl when we got home, I know he sat there in the salon's crate the entire 6 hours untouched with no food or water. If nothing else, I should have received the courtesy of being notified -- no one expects to take 6 hours to groom a 6lb dog, with no explanation no less. That's ridiculous and more than I'm disappointed in this business is that I'm disappointed that my dog was subjected to it; I thought I was leaving him with people I could trust.Again, maybe I'm the only exception but this place was NOT a good experience at all. Proceed with caution.

Every 6 weeks for 3 years they have taken great care with excellent grooming skills for Breezy, Tao, and Mia my 3 🐶 I highly recommend them to take care of your 🐶 too
