At first a disappointing buying (tried to buy their product) experience, ordered product 2 day shipping as my dog is in pain. They held up my order due to their system flags anyone buying product an having it shipped to a different location than the billing address. They have some internal fraud protection won't let them ship on time and they took 2 days contact me.***** update owner of company called me personally and apologized for the order communication issues and took care of me and shipped me the order overnight.Hoping the product helps my aging hurting dane.They care about the dogs and customers.
