Minute clinic is horrible. Have you sitting for hour an passed your appt every time. My appt was 35 minutes ago…. The pharmacy is even worse !!! 2 weeks for a prescription?!?!?

I arrived at the MinuteClinic 7 minutes late and I was having a hard time trying to find my confirmation number due to lack of service and their wifi wasn’t any good. So of course as I’m trying to figure it all out time was passing. And the nurse practitioner came out and asked if I needed help and I told her yes that I was having a hard time checking in and she told me “you have to check in” and I tell yeah I understand that but it’s not going through and she says it again “you have to check in” and just walks away from me. Finally my phone was able to get connected but it showed that my appointment was cancelled. And I was confused as to why. Then another nurse comes out and asked if I needed help and I told her yes, that I tried inputting my info but it couldn’t find it and my phone says now that my appointment was cancelled. And she explains to me that the system automatically kicks you out if you don’t sign in pass 10mins. Which I did not know. And I explain to her how I arrived 7 minutes late and was having a hard time to find my code and logging in, but she didn’t care and said “no but you were more than 10 minutes late, I was walking back and forth and didn’t see you here” I was so confused cause she was NOT walking back and forth but even when I told her that she did not let me continue with my appointment and told me to pick another time. When I was literally the only customer there. And the next appointment wasn’t until 12pm when my original was 9:50. So I left because I was not going to wait that long. Overall they were very rude to me and were not help at all. Went to another location and had no issues (Davie)

I went to this cvs one evening about 8:59, and they close at 9 pm. I walked in and got to Pharmacy in back. They close at 9 pm, by the time I walked back there it waa 9pm. Sio, the first young lady said we can’t sell u anything we close at 9. I said i just needed my medicine and the Pharmacy Manager Toni, walks over to me at the counter. The Pharmacy Manager Toni says “don’t walk in here at 9pm and think you are getting served. I was in shock for the Pharmacy Manager that talk so rude to me. I advised Toni that he Pharmacy Manager that I waa going to report her, she said she wasn’t worried at all. That was a bad experience because they didn’t care if I needed medication or not. I’ve never experienced that at a pharmacy.

This place is the most bad place in all plantation area,because they never have a good customer service I boutgh a medicine in 50 dollar the doctor change my prescription and they don’t want to return,they said once to take medicine we don’t return my money ,the medicine was not open and the original I never touch it.This Pharmacy is not good for nothing,And I bought the airborn vitamin or for my child and it was expired last year 1/31/23 let me share picture

I visited this CVS location today intending to get a Covid vaccine for my wife. Despite multiple signs advertising the vaccine as free, the staff seemed uninformed and told me it's only free with insurance. This confused me, as I believe that insurance doesn't necessarily mean something is "free."When I asked about the vaccine's cost, I was quoted $200. I inquired about any changes in the government's policies regarding vaccine pricing, only to receive an unsympathetic response. Additionally, when I asked if there were any available discounts or coupons, I was brushed off without any effort to check or provide assistance.To add to the disappointment, I couldn't help but feel discriminated against, particularly as my wife is Latina, and we lacked insurance. However, my subsequent visit to the local Publix on Pine Island was a breath of fresh air. The staff there were kind, informative, and even found a coupon to reduce the vaccine cost from $200 to $130.In light of this experience, I won't be giving CVS my business in the future and commend Publix for their outstanding service.

***MinuteClinic worse experience***I confirmed my appointment at 7:20am. I arrive at the appointment 5 minutes after my scheduled time and the link provided said my appointment has been cancelled. I was in the waiting area when both nurses/reps came out and told me to use their system instead and my appointment was not found. Then she said their system usually waits 10minutes after appointment time to cancel. Don’t know if CVS and MinuteClinic are one and the same, but this is a poor reflection on CVS and will probably just use its competitors moving forward.

I don't have enough positive comments to express about Jorge, at checking out at the cashier, he was so patient and helped me used all the coupons available to me and advised me about a product I was buying that was in a 2 for one offer, Really appreciated his help and patience with me. Whoever hires the people for minute clinic needs to seriously interview better… I was yelled at by a minute clinic employee for asking a question about receiving an email stating CVS cancelled my appointment. The nurse/provider raised her voice and rolled her eyes when I asked about it and directed me to the pharmacy. Other patients watched as I was berated by this lady. Pharm techs were gossiping like little girls behind the counter and stated they were paging me overhead for my vaccine appointment, meanwhile they just called me by my last name (Joseph for pharmacy). That could have been an employee and I didn’t understand. I ended up walking out because I was so frustratedThey need to train their employees better and hire new staff for minute clinic. I work in healthcare as well and would never treat patients like this. Won’t be returning to ANY minute clinic or CVS, I’d rather go to an urgent care.

Since moving to this pharmacy I have only had issues. They claimed that they held my prescription for 2 weeks and returned it. I was prescribed the medication last week so how is that possible? :)I also was notified it was not filled until 3 days ago

Daniel in the pharmacy department is definitely one in a million. He is always so sweet and caring. The whole pharmacy staff is usually pretty nice but Daniel helped me today with my son's medicine and he wished my son a speedy recovery 💙 people like him are rare these days. Thank you for a wonderful experience in such a stressful time for me. Love this CVS

Customer service here is always acceptable, but the wait times are insane. Whether I call ahead, drive thru, or go inside, it’s a minimum 15 min wait. I can’t seem to understand why the pharmacy is so ridiculously slow. Even if I’m the only person in line, it’ll take 15 min for me to pick up a prescription.

Horrible service. Stood in line for 30 minutes for prescription that was not ready that was supposed to have been ready. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes to just wait. That 10 minutes turned into 40. I received a text prescription was ready and was told i had to go back into the line which was even longer at this point. Respect people's time, i was instore already 1 hour and 10 minutes for a simple antibiotic and you want me to now go back into a line a wait more?

Advising my brother, friends and business associates to divest their shares of CVS. They are following the same business model as K-Mart and Sears; less staff to reduce overhead, which translates into longer waits, and poor customer service. They are definitely on the "Blockbuster Road".

After waiting for an hour for my appointment, I waited 30 minutes into my scheduled appointment time while the "doctor" was speaking to someone else about administrative matters. He told me that I needed to come back after lunch when he should have taken me in to have my DOT physical done. I was not going to waste half of my day at CVS for something that should have been completed so quickly. The attitude of "professionals" in the Miami area is horrendously short of giving people their proper consideration. Everyone needs to call these "professionals" out on their unprofessionalism.By the way, go to the 595 Truck Stop to have your DOT physicals done. Don't waste your time here.

I rushed out yesterday to take my mother into the “Black Friday Madness” and forgot to grab face mask for both my children. I stopped into this CVS which was the closest to me. Asunta was unpacking goodies and I asked her where the masks were. She stopped what she was doing and walked me to the masks section. She stayed with me and helped me find different masks for my Children ages 3 and 9. She even scanned a few and I was able to snag a great deal on the face masks. Thank you Asunta! You were extremely helpful and made my experience super easy and well worth it!

This location is extremely slow and the overall customer service for CVS is horrible, in comparison to Walgreens. In the drive thru, the wait is at least 15 mins per car, in the evening. Everytime I come in person or utilize the specialty pharmacy, the service is poor.

My insurance company requires me to use CVS. Otherwise, I would be at Walgreens. This location is ALWAYS so slow. Whether it’s inside or the drive thru. I’m sitting here now in my car and there are 5 cars in front of me. It is taking them 10 minutes per car. I will be here for almost an hour. So frustrating.

Least helpful pharmacy staff I’ve ever had the displeasure of helping. I’ve always went to the pick up window to update my insurance info with no problem and the last cvs I used to pick up from even helped me with finding a birth control my insurance would pay 100% of. After waiting in line forever I was told I couldn’t be helped at pick up and to go to drop off which had accumulated a lot of people while I was waiting. Updated my insurance and when I found out I had to pay for bc asked if they might be able to help with finding one that was free but was told they don’t do that. Except I know they can because I’ve been helped before with this afternoon my doctor literally told me to ask them. Will never have my items picked up here again. Not to mention I was told my prescription was ready and when I called yesterday to update my insurance I was told to come in to do it so I told the woman I would be in the next day and yet they still put my script back making me wait even longer. YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST.
