The pharmacy does not want to take your call. I called and waited 20 minutes to speak to someone. She finally picked up and asked me to hold and then transferred me to the front of the store, who then had to transfer me back to the pharmacy. She left me on hold for another 10 minutes, then picked up and told me she couldn’t fill my prescription because they were closing in 5 mins. I guess I will be switching to CVS since Walgreens doesn’t seem to want to fill a prescription

The pharmacy manager Sal is great. My family was stuck at the strawberry festival with a dead battery. He was so kind to help Jumpstart my car. Above and beyond! There can only be one!

I never review anywhere but I am going to do this to save other people time, I have never had issues with a place like the pharmacy here. I have tried calling prescriptions in and almost every time they don’t have the prescription ready or show that I called it in, so I switched to the app and it’s the same issue constantly . I have no idea if they just have some kind of horrible system issue where they are not getting the information over but this has been continuous and I am finally am just going to have to switch pharmacies.

Horrible customer service from the manager for the closing shift. I’m fully aware that the store was about to close 10 mins before midnight but I needed to transfer money to my bank account due to it be Sunday & one of my current banks is limited to atms. So I came in with a lot of 1s & the manager was slick towards me saying “ You and your damn 1s! Why don’t you get a bank or something! Coming in here 10 mins before we close! You did this last time!” All I could do was laugh at her while she had to recount my money, because I should have went off & hurt her feelings!! That was unprofessional for a manager to say! I’m not a child & I definitely have a bank! You don’t know what people have going on. With that being said, I’d rather go somewhere-where a company wants my money and not here! This was a simple task! Just recount the money & transfer it! It was only $389.00 !!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve worked money center & customer service at Walmart 12 years ago & never would I ever say that to a paying customer! You were still open for business!!!

The pharmacy will lie to you about what medication they have so they don't have to look. Then on a Friday afternoon they say they don't have the meds and it's too late to call your doctor to get a script changed! AVOID them! And they don't apologize for lying to you!

My grandmother called today to check on her perscriptions and see when they would be filled. She talked to someone in the pharamacy and instead of just telling her he would fill it tomorrow he goes and asks how long she been taking the medication and takes it upon himself to say hes going to call her doctor because he does not feel like she should still be on this medication for as long as she has been not knowing her condition. Truly disrepectful and dishartening to hear as me and my family have shopped here for years.

I have been a long time loyal shopper at Walgreen's but it is time to say goodbye to this once popular drug chain! The main problem here is the prescription service and isn't that why we come here to start with? The problem seems to be inadequate staffing as wait times are too long and the staff appear to be totally exhausted by it all. There was a time when you could count on being notified when your prescriptions were ready to be refilled, but that is no longer the case. If you have 15 or so drugs like I do, most times you will find yourself running out and still no notifications!Just by looking at the stock performance, its obvious this is not just a local store problem, but a systemic one throughout the chain. Get it together Walgreen's before your chain becomes just a memory like so many other businesses.

This location has been by "To Go Place" since the doors open. Little bit disappointed when I was waiting from 6.20-6.30 am for the store to open. Still closed when I left. Other than that the staff has always been on point and very helpful. The Pharmacy staff; just as great and has taken the time to save money on prescriptions.

Customer service is lost on the manager that was working tonight. She made me feel like a criminal while trying to buy four packs of diapers with digital coupons. She would rather me walk out empty handed than offer any assistance. She seemed to enjoy that my coupons wouldn't work. People like her do not belong working with customers.

I ordered photos online an 8x10 and 5x7 I ordered it yesterday morning and said it would be ready by two. I went up there this morning to pick up. I had my order number email ready. There was a lady already there waiting and had hit the button for assistance. We waited almost 10 minutes for someone and the lady in front here was not ready and her experience with customer service was not friendly and rude as well.When it was my turn I stated my last name and because the girl seemed new like she didn’t know what she was doing I let her know size so it would be easier for her to find even though she continues to look they the boxes for Christmas card size.They told me they couldn’t find mine and asked for last name and phone number. She said they don’t have order. I said well I have the email right here would you like to see order number and she said that the only way to look up was name or number. She said maybe you have wrong store. I said no it’s this store and showed her order she said maybe you have different name I stated it’s my name and number and again showed her email order number it is very unprofessional to keep acting like the customer is wrong. So I don’t have my photos and there was nothing they could do about it this was for a memorial service

The employee Tracey Hoff in pharmacy is unprofessional and rude. I am surprised she is still employed there given all the complaints made about her. It goes to show that Walgreens allows prejudice and terrible work ethic.

Very disappointed with the treatment I received at this location, I ordered a store pickup and proceeded to pick it up, Carmen who was helping me informed me that the pickup is still in progress but that she would finish the pickup for me. Not even 2 minutes later does she come back to tell me that none of the products I’ve ordered are in stock so she canceled my order. I was really upset and decided to go look for the items myself, come to find out EVERY SINGLE item I ordered was in stock. If you weren’t in the mood to finish my order all you had to was tell me to come back later when it’s ready instead of lying to me.

I love this pharmacy. Always have my prescriptions ready and since I am signed up for texts it alerts me if my prescriptions are ready or have issues. The refill requests are usually the same day which is awesome. Friendly staff and fast service.

The pharmacy is constantly messing up orders, refused to fill one of my prescriptions because I was using telehealth and actually suggested I go to CVS down the street. Don't know what type of retail employee suggests their competition to customers but she has convinced me. CVS it is.

this pharmacy was used to be good, but then I had some issues so I transferred my prescription to somewhere else. I tried to give them a second chance today. The new employee at the pharmacy was so slow - I would had preferred being at a DMV or a Social Security office instead. I went in at 4:29 pm and left almost at 5:30pm. I had a prescription ready to be picked up but the line was slow and huge. Walgreens was used to be good and fast. I almost feel like standing at a cashier at a Walmart instead of Publix.

The pharmacy personnel are nice but they are slooooowwwwww. At times I think they are moving backwards. A few weeks ago I had two people in front of me at the pharmacy. It took almost 30 min. to get to the counter. Like I said, nice people....slower than a turtle in a coma.

Walgreens pharmacy used to be great. But for the last year to year and a half, they are terrible. I request refills every month, and every month, at least one prescription goes missing. They never know what happened, and I have to go in at least twice to pick up meds. It’s time to switch back to CVS. I like Walgreens stores better, I just wish they could get it together.

Changed Insurance February 1st. First time taking new prescriptions two weeks later, and was told by two different staff members that the medication was not covered by my insurance. Paid full price since around $50 and very late at night. Had a followup with Dr. today, changed medication. Sent prescription again to this pharmacy, and again was told that medication "not covered" by my insurance. Since it is daytime, able to contact new insurance company. Medication is covered, but Walgreens out-of-network. Insurance says that Walgreens should have notified me upon prescription dropoff. Went into Walgreens and spoke to pharmacy manager who agreed with Insurance, that I should have been told both times that my insurance out-of-network and not covered However, could not offer me any kind of compensation for issue. Will not use this store again for any purchases of any kind. Dishonest and poorly trained personnel.

The pharmacists gave me 3 different lies (a new lie each time I caught them in a lie) as to why they wouldn't fill my medications. I have done business with them for years, and have never had problems before. The pharmacist and pharmacy manager are both unprofessional and liars. It's shocking because of the good service I had in the past. I called the head office and hopefully can get the problem resolved. I will not go back until the situation is resolved. I urge everyone to avoid this place until the problem is solved. I will tell everyone of the bad experience I had even after all the years of good service. Totally pathetic!

As a provider , I was trying to call it in a prescription to Wall Greens pharmacy, The pharmacist- Mr. Steve Schmedeke was very rude to accept the script. My patient had an emergency that the reason I called in. He did not keep any professionalism, instead yelling so badly to the provider & demanding to leave a voice mail.Finally, after arguments he accepted the script.This unprofessionalism is not an acceptable behavior. We always had high opinion about Walgreens. Hereafter, We will never bother your pharmacist / pharmacy staff with any more prescriptions.ThanksPaul

I’ve never had a better experience at a pharmacy. Normally there is some kind of hold up in any instance but this one and the staff not only made it very easy to transfer locations, but went above and beyond to ease my worries and questions about my prescriptions. Tried to get a prescription filled but they refused. Said it was against their policy, but they wouldn't tell me what their policy was. They're a pharmacy, should their policy be to fill prescriptions? Whatever. If they had told me why they were refusing it might have been reasonable. But just to tell me you're not going to fill my prescription without telling me why when I'm just about out of my pills is unacceptable. That could be used as an excuse for illegal discrimination.

I was a long time CVS customer and just got fed up with their pharmacy. Both CVS stores in Plant City are horrible. I called this Walgreens store and Ashley took my insurance info over the phone and had my prescriptions transferred over. Wow what a difference Ashley thank you for saving me from CVS.

Worst Walgreens . I make the drive to Lakeland just to avoid the bad energy of this location . Every employee in this store and especially the pharmacy are so rude and unprofessional. You can tell they are all miserable and I feel bad for them but no reason to be such nasty people .

Where is the zero star option? The idiot pharmacist evidently had a hot date on NYE. Decided to fill my prescription for STREP throat AFTER 5PM - and they were CLOSING AT 5PM. Actually had the audacity to tell me I could come pick it up THE DAY AFTER New Year's Day. Sure, lady, let me suffer two days with strep throat. Drove down the street to CVS, who went above and beyond to override it with my insurance company so THEY could fill it, since Walgreens in their infinite wisdom filled it within 5 minutes of the doctor calling, but had no intention of dispersing it. The most unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with. Nail in the coffin for Walgreens as CVS has my business. Happy New Year's, Walworthless.

Use to enjoy shopping here when my other usual stores didn't have what I needed until yesterday when I went to get a wedding card. As I looked at the very bottom they had two types of cards for sinful wedding cards for lgbt. As a Christian I will not stand for a company that pushes the lgbt agenda; epically one that allows cards that makes God's true sanctified marriage a disgrace.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. "DR. PHARMACY" (the pharmacy manager, Sal, I think?) likes to think he knows more than my doctor and his Little Princess is no better.Why do I have to give them any stars? There should be a Zero Stars option.
