I purchased a kayak for home delivery and the kayak was delivered damaged and full of water. I asked for a replacement to be delivered and the store manager would only provide a $50 refund. The next week they were selling the same kayak for $50 less. Totally unhappy with the customer service here. Other TSC's have always been top notch but this guy is a piece of work.

The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to go with my purchase. They also helped load a large item into my truck. They showed great care when bringing my purchase out to the curb and loading it into my truck, even offering some scrap cardboard to lay down in the bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I typically order via the app and have the staff bring my items out to me since I have a 2 month old and would rather not have to worry about taking her into the store. The past three times I have done this, it hasn't been the best. Items were not ready, I had to call the store to tell them I was here (the app typically tells them), and had to wait over 20 minutes for them being out my items and/or load up hay. I'm understanding when it comes to retail, but at a certain point. I should not to have to wait for over 20 minutes for someone to bring out 2-3 items or load 4 bales of hay.

I purchased a hand tool a couple of weeks back to use for work. I frequently visit this location for various items throughout the month.The tool broke and I went Sunday to redeem the advertised life time warranty and replace my tool for use the following week of work.I was told by some lady who worked there tractor supply isn’t responsible for the replacement and I should contact the manufacturer.I wouldn’t have purchased the tool to begin with if I knew tractor supply wasn’t going to honor the advertised warranty.Lousy customer service!I had planned to make several other purchases that day.However I’m not going to continue to spend money with a company that won’t stand by the products they sell.

My husband and I love going here. The employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. We've never had an time they didn't go out of their way to help. It's a supply and feed store but it's very clean. It s worth the time to just check it out. Believe me, you'll find something you'll want. We always do, even when you forget you needed it.

There's a great variety of stuff in this place at a reasonable price. I enjoy looking around. They also have some clothes, shoes and jewelry. I purchased a pretty nice bird feeder at a good price, squirrel resistant. The only complain is that the staff here are not friendly.

I'm not sure about the store itself, I went there for the Pet Service advertised, and it is not even open.I dislike very much about leaving my house driving for 40 min. and then someone says, " we do have all set up for the past 2 YEARS, but is NOT open yet!!!????If you are wondering why I didn't call....take look at the website yourself and you will know why, I hope everything gets better soon.

We try to support local businesses, but several have extremely raised prices, mediocre supply and less than good customer service. Jacob was amazing! Not only did he meet our order needs, but he had all the answers and helped us find great deals. Very convenient and pleasant place to shop

Visited here, but didn't buy anything. Was looking for trellises, but they were all damaged down at the bottom, washed worth the price. Wish they had a propane station like the one in Lakeland.

The best location!!!! Unlike Lowe’s, they dont mind me walking around the store for 4 hours. It’s Sunday tradition it’s no different than a mall. Staff is very friendly!!clean bathrooms.

Only place in town that had generators in stock during Hurricane Ian's aftermath. Staff is friendly and willing to help. They even insisted on helping me load the generator into my truck after purchasing one. Definitely recommend this location.

It's tractor supply if you're there then you probably need something and therefore it makes it a cool place to visit. It's always a good time when they have baby chickens to look at and there's always some fun things to look at on their junk shelves. Not much else going on here except for tractor supply stuff.

Tractor Supply in Plant City is a great store to shop at for all types of merchandise. When you see people who work there, stop and pull product to the front of the shelves and quickly organize the shelves, then you know there are employees who care. They are always very helpful to their customers and courteous. Plant City Tractor Supply has a "family feel" every time I shop there. Keep up the great work!

A great collection of all kinds of items. They have a lot more supplies than just for tractors. I was even able to find wood pellets for my grill. The staff at the Plant City location are always friendly and helpful.

Love tractor supply but I do not recommend any metal chicken coops. I spent $1,000 on a decent size that was on sale but v the locks broke. I have to block the doors to keep out predators. Only disappointed In the one product. Still love the store.

Employees were very helpful. Even though a young man wasn't in his area he helped load chick and rabbit feed in our buggy. They were 50 pound bags. And another young man who had helped us getting chicks, came out and loaded the bags if feed in our truck. Highly recommend this store.

I this this store. I have three pet bunnies & I come here for their food because you can get it in bulk, like their pellets last for 2 months or so. Their hay is cheap, their food is cheap. I also get their bedding and it lasts for a while. I prefer going here then Walmart. My husband has told me about it a few years ago & I've been coming here since.

Got some good deals this year at Tractor Supply.. the only down side they don't do military discounts.. Bumper...Remember this: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Tis my favorite place to visit in PC. Staff are friendly and helpful, great selection of items, store is clean and unpretentious. So much easier to get in and out of than the big box stores.
