We took our border collie in for a bath after she rolled around in something and got it all over her. They were able to fit her in even though we called towards the end of the day on a Friday. They did a really great job and she is so clean! Our dog is a little bit nervous around people but she seemed to do really well there. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone looking for a groomer

Love this place, they treat our dog Henry like he is family, perfect grooming jobs every time and if a small problem comes up they will contact us for knots and such. We highly recommend and wouldn’t take our pet anywhere else. The staff is always nice and always remember our furry friend. 5 stars!

First time visit. Very friendly family business. They do grooming as well as boarding.I took my dog in for a flea dip, washing, and teeth cleaning.He was there for a few hours. When I picked him up, he was happy and still playful. I guess he made some friends.After checking out, I was given a bag with some treats for him.I'll update this post the next time I'm there.

Disappointed with incomplete service and communication. Promised to call me back twice and it’s been two weeks.In response to your response, my dog growled one time when you grabbed his back paw. You came to him from behind and he was not expecting that.He did not try to “eat your face off” That is ridiculous. I can’t believe you just wrote that.Nevertheless, I was apologetic and you told me you would help but did not call me back -twice.If you could not handle a large dog, or my dog, you should have told me before I paid or partially refunded me since you could not clip his nails. Instead You said you could do it and would call me to come in later in the week, but it’s now it’s 2 weeks later.I never had a problem clipping his nails with any groomer. He would go once a month just fine.I have since brought him to another groomer who clipped his nails in 5 minutes and told me my dog was great. No issues.So thanks again for your wonderful communication.

Tabitha and the ladies are AMAZING! I’ve been going to them for about a year. Their prices are SO reasonable and affordable and the staff loves my baby Chase like he’s their own! They always let me know what’s going on. The communication is on point! I will suggest Shampooches to ANYONE that has a goldendoodle! Thank you again ladies for everything you are doing!

Life is too short. I took in my 8 year old feisty Pomeranian dog for the first time. When I dropped him off I handed the lady an intake form with all of Milo’s information. I included on it that he tends to get aggressive and bite when being groomed because he is also blind. Then 45 minutes after I drop him I get a call with a panicked voice does your dog bite? What’s ur dog’s name? I answered his name is Milo and yes he tends to bite and asked do you have a collar to put on him while he’s being groomed? She replies, you need to come in and assist . I say okay I will do that. I go in and Im surprised to see the groomer holding a baby infant. I tell her it doesn’t make sense to me that I would drop off my dog for the very first time and you would not read his intake form. In response to my questions she gets really defensive and tells me Im being rude and that I could take my dog somewhere else. I say ok I will do that and ask can I have my intake form back. She barks back while still holding the infant in her arms, “no that is my property”. Hokey dokey life is way too short to being this tense about grooming difficult dogs. I picked this place because the reviews got me believing this place was professional and experts dealing especially with difficult dogs. Well that is not the case. If you are reading this and you know of a better groomer please let me know. Money is not an issue.

We called Shampoodles when visiting Florida. Our Chessie was dirty and stinky and we needed help. Courtney said come on over and she and her staff gave the best bath ever to our Maggie. One week later she still is silky and smells great. Shampoodles is outstanding! Thank you!

I took both my dog and my daughter’s dog here to be groomed and have their nails clipped. I honestly didn’t recognise my daughter’s Westiepoo, Coco! She looked fantastic. Excellent place!My dog is a difficult one to be groomed( he doesn't like it at all).But Hailey was so patient, caring, and understanding with my little one!I didn't care if he looked handsome or ugly . ( I wanted him shaved). The first time I brought Bentley (standard poodle) here, Courtney and her mom were so patient with me. His previous groomer didn't tell me nearly as much as they did. They taught me how to brush him, different tricks and more. Bentley has been going to them for about 6mths and I am more than pleased with the service I he gets. They are patient with him and he always leaves looking like the handsome guy he is!!! Anyone who has something negative to say about them are just petty as hell because these people really care about the animals they service. Glad I found them 💜Oh and they also helped me out last minute with my boarding need!!! #itsthesmallthingsthatmatter

This is good place to bring your furbabies.one my Chihuahua has a vets appointment we got out vets office about 11 am this was awesome they took all 3 of my furbabies .. Should great ladies in the shop. My furbabies will be back..Like the fur cute

I wish I could select “no stars”.First time taking my pup here……very disappointed in Shampooches.They ask you to sign a waiver acknowledging that they might clip or cut your animal and that is fine. Unfortunately, they did cut her on her neck but they did not tell me when I picked her up. I found her cut two days later. They also do not need a copy of your pets vaccines.

Not only was my Aussie groomed perfectly...I was very pleased with how flexible they were with me. They made some accommodations for me to be able to bring my pets to the them since my work schedule was proving to make it difficult. And the day I brought them in, I actually got stuck at work and wasn’t able to pick them up right away either. They were so professional and I truly felt like I was leaving my dogs with a friend. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Although my 2 dogs smelled nice, I asked for other services to be done and I do not think they were. No communication. I had to text to see if they were ready for pickup. $87 for 2 dogs and I am not sure what even got done other than bathing.

I took my lab/retriever here he’s never been to a groomer before and he has extreme anxiety. Courtney started on him immediately because she saw how scared he was she let me walk him back to the bath tub to get him in to make sure he was ok. She did really well with Mason he was very happy after we left. Definitely will go back to get him in the habit of it this!

We took our furr baby Easton there two weeks ago and they are the nicest people. The second I started talking to them I could already tell they truly loved dogs and I felt comfortable leaving him there. He came out smelling so Amazing and looking so handsome :) two weeks later he still does! We are heading back today for a nail trim and to bring our new puppy in for a service. I will definitely keep going back ❤️🐶🐶
