Nice selection ..... and was ready to buy .... but didnt.. no one approached me to ask if I needed anything... they didn't even say hello... and I was the only one in the store. There were 2 employees and I made sure they saw me because I looked in every section. I won't go back.

Bought a pair of boots for $317 cash! Decided 5 days later I didn’t like boots so I brought my boots back WITH ORIGINAL receipt to be told I can’t get my cash back! Not only did the girl at register constantly roll her eyes she was extremely rude to other customers in store also! Don’t buy boots from here unless you make sure they are perfect because you will NOT get your money back! The girl at register then proceeds to call her boss”TASHA” on her cell phone for “Tasha” to not let me get one word in on phone and told me come back Friday after I told them I lived 1.5 hours away her response is “sorry”! Beware of buying boots at this place ***RETURN POLICY IN PICS***

Anthony gave me an entire history lesson on the quality of boots made in the United States as well as Mexico. He changed my way of buying boots and went above and beyond to describe every amount of detail to me.Truly a different employee, especially after going to three different boot stores in the immediate area.

This was our 1st experience at the Plant City Russell's Western Wear store. They had a nice selection of women's leather purses & my wife found one that she liked, so we bought it. The store manager assisted us with the transaction.

I haven’t been to this store since it was Southside. Needed a new pair of boots. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, but didn’t hound me. They checked in once (it was taking me a LONG time😂), and I said I’m fine. Later, a young man named Caleb came over to see if I needed help…. Boy did I, and HELP he was! He was perfect; not pushy, but had great ideas and really tried to see exactly what was going to make me happy! I love my new boots!

I went to get rabbit food at tractor supply. my son was looking at boots they didn't have kids boots. So we went to Russell's Western Wear & picked out for my son. The store is really nice I will be coming back because they got some cute dudes and cute outfits for women. The employees were very nice as well.

Great store with a very friendly and helpful staff. I had a minor issue with a Jacket I bought and they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for anything western. Absolutely love there selection.

Always a very pleasant experience at this location! I avoid the Wesley Chapel store that’s near my home and make the drive to this location for the excellent service. Gage was more than patient in helping me find the perfect pair of boots and Anthony was very knowledgeable when it came to shaping my new hat. This store continues to earn our business because of the people they are employing, keep up the awesome work!

We stopped into the store last week. A big selection of western wear to choose from that we were there for a couple of hours. The staff were friendly & very helpful answering all of our questions about boots & hats!The tall gentleman even went out of his way to get us boxes for our hat & (2) boots we purchased. Needless to say that we bought more than planned when we stopped in....but the selection was so good we couldn’t help ourselves! It was retail therapy due to a loss in our family- our beloved dog - Sorona! Thanks again to the Plant City location for your selection, friendly & helpful employees! You cheered us up! We will back for all things we need western!

Stumbled across this place on my way home one day and I was really impressed with the prices and the employees. Brought my new dog back the next day and they fitted him for a harness (which cost $8.00 less than they charge at the big chain pet store nearby!), showered him with attention, and even gave him a pig's ear to try. They dont have a huge selection of pet supplies, but what they have is high quality and less expensive than the other place. From now on I will check here first. Highly recommended!

I was looking for some pull up work boots this pass Sunday with my wife in the Brandon area and not having any luck. So I called Russell’s in Plant City and told them what brand I was looking for and a lady ask me what size and told me to hold on for a minute. She got back on the phone and told me she had 3 pairs in my size. I told her thanks and I was on my way. So the wife and I walk into Russell and we was greeted by a lady name Tasha. I told her about the phone conversation I had with a employee on the phone and she told me that it was her that I talk to on the phone. So a employee name Caleb took me to the area I needed to go to help me find my boots. Got my boots and check out. I talk to lady Tasha and found out that she was the manager and thank her for great customer service. I highly recommend Russell’s. Thank you very much.

I've been there several times thinking the employees would change in a good way. I dealt with 3 different employees this trip and they will hardly speak to customers. Two of the guys never would say a word even when I ask them if I parked close enough for him to load my hay. So I just shrugged it off and then told those two that I appreciated it, and not a word back. Young lady inside at the checkout wasn't anymore pleasant. Won't spend any more money there. I don't need their merchandise that bad.

Went there to purchase feed for my son , walked into store area , as they were opening for the day. Tuesday April 13th , I spoke to a lady unpacking and sifting through boxes , she was very rude ,after our brief conversation I felt I never want to do business with your establishment again. After the response from Russell's it's clear that I wasnt thorough enough , I now know that feed is handled elsewhere, not the point , I dont go there often , my son does! Changes to your business have absolutely nothing to do with the handling and dealings with customers. Rude is rude and attitudes need to be addressed.

My husband and I did a lot of research on the GMG and we determined it was the one we wanted. That being said, we found several places that sold them and we chose to go here in April to purchase the grill. Not only was it slightly cheaper than the other stores, but we were greeted with a "hello, can we help you find something" but once we stopped looking around and went to the grills the gentleman immediately came inside to answer any and all questions we had! They did not try to upsell us (there was a more expensive one) and every single employee greeted us and asked if we needed help.Great prices, great service, an all around great store! Will definitely be back

I want to address Denise first. I have been going to South Site vet services for a while now. I love Dr Y and his passion for animals. My daughter had a show animal which came down ill. It was on a Saturday and Dr Y. came out late in the evening after his office shut down. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg but he was very reasonable. Love this vets office, staff and Dr. Y.Southside Store - Amazing store with quality customer service. It's not many stores where the owners will drop what they are doing to assist you personally when staff is busy helping others. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Quality clothing at reasonable prices and the best boot selection in the area. Also if you are not into Western Wear, they have other clothing options that meet any need. Love the womens wear selction.
