I went here to get a publix sub. The server named symone. made my publix sub. she was quite rude. and kept speaking over me. when i asked for packed of olive oil and vinegar. she just tossed them. and then customers after me she treated so well. I don’t know if she treated me differently because i was like different skin color. Very unprofessional.

I went to pick up a medicine for ailment and asked for refill of blood pressure meds I get every month. I feel my coming back at 3pm today wasn't necessarily needed since I feel the refill could've been filled yesterday while I waited for my antibiotic to be filled this way I didn't have to make a 2nd trip waste gas etc. Apparently the rep at Publix doesn't have any mentality like that for her customers now that gave is above 3.50 a gal. No mentality to help out. I even asked if it could be filled while I was there on 031824 and she said no. And truthfully if she did her job which clearly she didn't care I would've gotten it filled and not have to go back today to pick it up.This Publix in my opinion is not customer service oriented and doesn't care staff are working here

The store is really nice but I feel like the employees are working hard then the managers also some of the mangers are targeting miners just because there miners for working there bakery manger has an aditude but customers service is very nice and welcoming

Hours online are incorrect it costs at nine pm and 8pm on Sundays. It doesn't give option to update hours online unfortunately. I learned the hard way by driving all the way here. Which BTW sucks.

the store is clean and the employees are always helpful. If you are heading to the strawberry festival stop by here first, get you admission and your short cake tickets. To avoid some lines at the festival.

Shopping anywhere else truly is a let down. Whether it's slight or an "Oh my gosh, I need out of here and into a Publix immediately" moment, the subtleties of the cleanliness alone makes shopping a pleasure!! Not to mention, the professionalism, helpful associates and integrity of the department managers!! I have loyalty shopped Publix forever because they do not disappoint, including, if something does go wrong, they make it right! Pure joy

This location is not good about checking the "best by" dates on their inventory. There have been multiple times I've come home with my groceries to realize the item I just purchased is passed it's "best by" date. Otherwise, the store is always clean and not too busy.

Jorge, in the Subs section, he is literally the best employee by far. The guy went faaaaaaar and beyond to explain to me and advise me on what stuff I want in my sub because it’s my first time ever getting a sub from Publix. Give him employee of the year already, I personally never seen an employee anywhere else as welcoming and patient as Jorge. Thank you.

Publix Super Market at Plant City Crossing is located at:2515 Thonotosassa Rd. Plant City, Florida 33563.This is one of the finest Publix Supermarket that I have had the pleasure of visiting.The selection of groceries is amazing, and the store is very clean.The employees are very friendly and helpful.I Strongly recommend !!!

Went to get fried Chicken from Publix and was told it would take 45 minutes to get this fried Chicken. So I did some shopping and waited and waited and waited after the girl told me it would take 45 minutes. Another lady got there and she was waiting with me , and she waited thirty minutes for us to be told that it would take fifteen minutes for the fried chicken to be made after we had waited forty five minutes for myself and thirty minutes for this other lady , it was ridiculous

This is my first publix visit, so this serves as my opinion on all publix (assuming most are the same).The lights are too aggressive!!!! The prices are higher than i appreciate for the average item!!However, the selection and the prices of some harder to find items (compared to the average store like kroger or walmart) are great. Habeneros - 1lbs for $5? Amazing. Basic ceral for nearly $10? Not great. Deals like 2 boxes of frozen turkey sausage for $10 when 1 box is 7? Great. It's a definite give and take, but it's one i can appreciate. Drinks and snacks are reasonably priced, but many frozen dinners aren't (i like that, though, because it almost forces you to buy fresh produce to make your own meals).So all and all, it's actually really nice. But you only need half the number of lights! Why so much bright!?!

When I worked there I was told by a customer I was going to burn in hell because the rotisserie chickens were not ready yet. Not a great place to work, I still have trauma from working there.

After yesterday's visit we have had enough of rude managers and workers. We will drive out of our way when we want something from Publix. Bad experience at the deli, I spoke to a manager who listened,sort of, then walked away not towards the deli. Basic shopping at Winn Dixie now

Love this Publix. Generally fully stocked and good prices especially their sales. Newer self check out Isles makes things even easier unless you are like me and enjoy the smiling faces behind the check out registers. Those lines are fast also! Keep up the good work Publix employees!

Best grocery store around. Only 4 stars because the last 3 times I went they were out of something and I had to go elsewhere. I don't understand why the cashier asks " did you find everything" I answer no, and they don't respond back. Why ask in the first place?

Love the staff here. They are helpful, kind. I once picked up a buy one get one free, one staff chased me down and brought me the second free item! We shop here frequently due to the excellent customer service and there is always a riding shopping cart for my husband to use. Only once in the 4 years we've been here that we couldn't find a riding cart. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
