This is my dog the day we took him in to be groomed. We are already paying around 70.00 for the grooming and he was just cut three weeks ago but they tried to upcharge an extra 25.00 for tangles. We regularly get him groomed, I spend more money on his haircuts than my own and take him once a month so the extra they tried to charge for “tangles” seems excessive and especially since he has no matting and isn’t even that long. In addition, he had extreme anxiety about being there. We left and will find service somewhere else moving forward. Maybe a non commercial local groomer is the way to go. Really unfortunate because we were a regular customer until today.

This comment is specifically for Leah in the grooming department. Her attitude was piss poor when the store wasn't open. I asked a question if I was able to bring in my dogs early and her response was "Well we're not like other stores - when I stated, other Petsmart locations allow owners to bring their pets in a little early. This is was my FIRST time at this location and her behavior was unprofessional. I did call the store to speak with the manager and I shared my concerns - received a "I'm Sorry, I'll have a talk with her." I shared, an apology from the worker was needed. Nothing when I picked up my pet. If I don't hear anything I will just escalate the issue.

The team at the Plant City PetSmart are consistently friendly and very helpful. Though we are focused on certain parts of the store, it always seems well stocked in all areas and clean. No animal smells, which is amazing.

Great customer service and a variety of pet supplies food and treats. I am doing dog training and the trainer in Plant City, Alex is wonderful and has patience with dogs. The groomers in Plant City do a superb job in that area. It was my dog's first time and they too didn't push her and gave her time to adjust.

Did a fine job giving my dog a bath/brush with the furminator. However, I won’t be returning. Dropped him off for an 11:00 am appointment, and it took them well over three hours. I checked on him a few times and each time I heard that they kept having all these other dogs dropped off and they had to take care of them first. What’s the point of having an appointment system if people can just walk in and get top priority? I’ll do it myself next time and it won’t cost $100 and 3+ hours.

Seen that they have a walk in's welcome sign. so I called up there to give them a heads up I was coming in. thats only for nails and bath. Sign is miss leading. but they call all the time for me to bring my dog in. but when I call its always a were too busy today how about tommrow.Lots of people sitting around from what I see when I simply tongo buy dog food. But there too busy. Thanks but no thanks anymore.

I took my puppy Roscoe here for grooming for the first time and I absolutely loved the experience. From the time of dropping him off to picking him up was a smooth process. I would definitely recommend Sadie to anyone!

Always friendly & helpful service. If you have any questions about what is best for your pet they are happy to help. One employee even recommended a cat toy that people keep telling her their cats love, & it just happened to be one of the cheapest ones. (It's the pickle, I now have 4 because both of my cats love them so much)

Took both of my dogs to Petsmart primarily for nail trims since I can't do it at home. Scheduled for both dogs to have baths since we were there with the German Shepard to get Furminator treatment. Leah called after 2 hours and said she couldn't do either one of their nails. She said maybe if she had help. I offered to help but not allowed to go behind door. When I got there three girls working standing at counter on phones. When asked if one of them Could help they said no. Asked for Weimaraner bath to be taken off as well since they are easy to wash. . Said manager agreed but we were banned from the grooming salon. I still eneded up paying 74 dollars and the German Shepard looked like she hadn't been brushed. Don't waste your time. Bad customer service.

This must be the worst Petsmart in Florida. Too small, they never have the products needed. It's worth the time to drive to Lakeland or Brandon.

Take your dogs to get groomed with Sadie and her team! Been going for years and my dogs and cats absolutely love them. I’ve known Sadie a long time and I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe she’d EVER give anything but the best customer service. She’s always done a great job with Reggie and treats him like he was her own! Love love love them!

BE CAREFUL ADOPTING PETS HERE!!Decided to get a kitten as a companion for my adult cat. Unfortunately he came riddled with fleas I didn't notice until it was to late. There was no warning which I would have preferred as I would have taken steps to kill the fleas on him before introducing my older cat and allowing him on the cat furniture. Now I have to deflea everything and both cats!!

I went primarily for grooming for my 2 dogs.First - the groomer that I scheduled with, wasn't even there so we got an assistant.My dogs are seniors, so I paid extra for express service. The problem with this is that every time someone came in the salon, rather than someone else taking the customer, my dogs came off the table, service got interrupted, and never actually competed.The groomer didn't finish drying either of my dogs. They were not brushed out with the undercoat rake. Their furry paw pads were not trimmedMy female came out with her coat looking straggly and choppy.I spent over $150 to have my dogs groomed and didn't get everything I paid for.No worries. I won't be back.

Friendly customer service from the moment we entered the store.Took my Choxie in for her rabies shot using the visiting ShotVet folks. Friendly staff, but the time standing in line was crazy long. I would suggest a couple more vet techs to help run two pet lanes, that way the vet doctor is not just standing around between patients.

I take my dog to get groomed by Claudia which by the way is a very wonderful groomer she even took me through the store to purchase what I need for my dog later when I go to pay, for some crazy reason the point system doesn't give you the points, if you're doing the point system it makes a big difference,they till me I have to call customer service.. I'm giving Claudia a high score & high points & high Stars .

This is such a good place to take care of any pet needs we have! It's fun to see people walking their dogs in the store, socializing then. Good prices and selection clean floors, stocked shelves, good deals and friendly employees! Love that the Shot Vet comes and we get a great discounted price on their vaccinations. The on-site groomer makes an easy drop off, pick up. Good staff that work there and care about your pets.

James and Austin are 10/10 amazing. Purchased 18 huge dog crates today and they were extremely helpful and loaded them all for me and made sure all of the parts and pieces were in order before I left which I wouldn’t have even paid attention to if not for them!Super helpful!! Thank you guys!!!

This store has people friendly attitudes & pet friendly knowledge. They're always willing to answer questions for adult & children who want to be pet lovers. Ex; Katie took 15 minutes away from her store chores to answer my daughter's questions about wanting to care for her own leopard skin gecko. We have visited this store for needs pertaining to our dogs, birds & fish. Never rude, impatient or even too busy to help anyone who asks for it. My whole family recommends this [PetSmart] location‼️Especially if you have questions about any animal they have available for purchase or accessories for. You are sure to find all the answers you seek here as well as very affordable prices.

Took dogs in today and will likely not be back. Which is sad bc we do training there.. They are just starting on my dog and it's been 2 hours. When I arrived I was told they tried calling me all day to see if I could come in early..OK!!!! They then thoroughly examined and questioned an old scab on my puppies ear after i told them dutung the storm his sibling snapped at him snd got his ear. Etc..then she had others in the store assess and give a 2nd and 3rd opinion hoping they'd agree with her foolishness... bf she took him back. She said it wasnt an open sore but it drew blood when aplying pressure..then there was talk about not washing his head...Then they refused his sibling bc she had a red mark in the pit of her arm that was red and had some hair loss. I explained ...She has been pulling on a new leash alot and I think the harness is rubbing. None the less she said it looked like it was infected or had discharge and again consulted her 2 other peers hoping they'd agree neither were impressed but she said she was worried about infection....Really!!! I am nurse of 20 years...of humans not dogs but come on!!! It was NOTan open sore.although I appreciate caution I'm not an idiot and can tell when folks are behind and need to make room on their booked out scheat any cost be able to end their day ontime when I called 2 hours later his batch had just started and they explained they were short staffed....I figured but !!! But a little honesty would've probably had me come back.....but to do it like that ...is bad customer service and bad bussiness..and we could see right throught it all...

They were very helpful. I got to revise this the lady tried. But she wasn't as knowledgeable as she thought about the product it has the same ingredient as the flea medicine and you can't mix them so make sure you call the manufacturer. But she did try.

Everytime i go here, all of the aisle arr organized and the pets are always being watched over. I bought an African Sideneck Turtle from here and she is VERY spoiled.
