Had a couple of pleasant transactions with this company and we were planning on buying more frequently. Unfortunately, the latest experience made us decide to take our business elsewhere.The salesperson that was assigned to our account has zero skills to maintain healthy business relationships. There was a miscommunication and we were polite and factual in our claims. However, the salesperson's reply was very rude, derogatory and unprofessional. We just accepted the loss politely and moved on. There were also a bunch of DOAs (we ordered snails and they sent us a bunch of empty shells) but we didn't bother making a claim because of the salesperson's inability to handle a simple situation professionally.
