Great little country hardware store with just about everything you think you would find at a store like this. If you only need a few items to finish up a project or maybe a cup of worms for a last minute fishing trip with the grandkids, this is the place to go and save a bunch on gas.I am sure they could also help you out with bigger project needs, just ask.

I found them through uhaul to drop off a one way truck rental. They were knowledgeable, & polite. Their hardware store was impeccably clean, with many basic supplies available in store at reasonable prices. Just like all local hardware store were 20+ years ago. Very impressed, pleasant experience. Would recommend and will travel there for anything they have that I need.

Rented a U-Haul from this location for a 1 way trip to Sanford through the U-Haul app. When we arrived, the employee told us that we needed to call U-Haul as “their” truck was for in town use only. After calling U-Haul, they confirmed that the truck was in fact completely eligible for the 1 way trip and that the employee was wrong and should have relinquished the vehicle to us as scheduled and booked. I’m not sure if the employee just didn’t feel like processing the transaction, didn’t want to deal with my Hispanic husband, or was just poorly trained and uninformed, but regardless, this issue was a major inconvenience and frankly, ruined our moving plans completely- costing us valuable time and money. I would not recommend renting a U-Haul from this establishment. U-Haul has issued a claim against Lawson Hardware due to this event.

Great family old school service.. can find everything needed to keep my 2 wells running... Plumbing parts are very easy to find.. and they also sell propane refills .. and rent U-Hauls... Incase I over buy... Lol.. good parking for my box truck... Everybody friendly a it's nice to see kids in a Family hardware store.. I'm sure they are creating childhood memories for themselves

I love Lawson's! When I'm working on a project and need something I stop there first. They always have what I need. Stop in before you go to L____s or H____ D___t. Great customer service and convenience. Even if you don't need anything stop in and take inventory so you know what they have , buy a soda there's always a cold one waiting for you. And these people know their business! They're friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Lawson Hardware is a small family owned store. You will always get a hello when you walk in the door. Someone will always ask if you're finding what you're looking for. They will come down the isles and help you find everything you are looking for. Even have a couple rocking chairs if you need to sit for a few.
