Great experience with each step of my order. Placing the order, paying, and shipping went smoothly. My only ‘beef’ was that I didn’t know some of the meat wasn’t from animals raised at Ferguson Farms in Florida. The chicken and ground lamb appeared to be local. The bison and elk came from Wisconsin. Not a big deal, but I would like to know what’s local and what’s not when ordering. Maybe I missed this info on their website (?).

Steaks are fabulous! it's hard to find decent grass-fed meat at the grocery stores, Ribeye and NY Strip from Ferguson were juicy and delicious. well worth the price as you tend to get what you pay for. So much healthier and better than feed lot beef.

This meat is fantastic 😋, I used the flap steak, cooked it in a cast iron pan, and used a new seasoning called Mexican BBQ. I cut up the meat in small pieces and used tater tots with salsa, fiesta cheese, and sour cream.Omg 😲 it's fantastic. Even the silvering on this meat was easy to take off. All I can say is WOW! The whole process is easy! Order online, pick your meats, delivery date, and pay. The communication is outstanding, the pastured meat is by far the best we have tasted and was delivered on time completely frozen with no issues. The flank steak made a tender beef stroganoff and the whole chicken, the tastiest homemade chicken soup and the ground beef, incredible burgers. Thank you for such a great experience so far.

Everything is packaged and shipped really well. I used the chop meat(ground beef) in my dirty rice for Mardi Gras and the taste is so fantastic. I have always used store bought meat, but this meat doesn't have a lot of grease like regular meat and it's a lighter taste.Hands down this is the best meat I've ever tasted. After moving to Florida I wanted to find a source of Clean meat. Luckily I found Ferguson farms which is not that far South of me in Central Florida. I have only had one shipment but everything so far has been amazing. The Chuck roast I did in the crock pot and the flavor and consistency were so good. I also tried the hot dogs and the chicken legs. No weird after taste in the chicken and it was delicious. Can't wait to try the rack of lamb! So happy it comes from the USA since most of the other lamb comes from Australia. And they just change their laws to allow ingredients I don't want in my meat. Very happy so far. They have an old world blend of ground beef that has organ meat in it and I am going to make a meat loaf with a pound of that and a pound of their ground beef. Trying to add the organ meats for nutrition. Good variety and important for me to know where my meat comes from. I am carnivore so this is what I eat.Update: 12/8/23I am now on my fourth shipment. The meat is consistently good. The chicken is better than you can get in any store. There is an old world blend that has organ meat in it and I mix it with beef for meat loaf and I will be making my dog's food with it. Adds so much nutrient. I found out the lamb does come from Australia but it is so good. I especially like the rack of lamb. They also have dog treats which are just either freeze-dried meat and my dogs love them! Still very happy 😊Update: 2/29/24Still very happy with the quality. Monthly boxes. Well packed. Carnivore, so always get ribeye steaks, chicken, ground beef and dog treats.👍

First time trying real beef. I will never buy from a chain grocery store again. Blown away by the quality and taste...and smell! While you may save a few dollars in a chain store, the taste just isn't the same, not even same conversation. Can't recommend enough.

Ordered three packs of grass-fed and grass finished short ribs. One was super meaty and the other two were a bit more fatty. 48hour sous vide cook and came out perfect. Much more flavorful than other short ribs I have made.

Update: Better than ever! We love getting our grass fed beef, pastured poultry and wild seafood from Ferguson. The flavor is amazing and everything is so fresh. We love the addition of guinea hens. I can’t imagine going back to supermarket fare.Every order we’ve placed has arrived on time and the quality been fantastic.❤️ Ferguson Farms!—We just received our fourth order from Ferguson's and we couldn't be happier. The meat is high quality and tastes like the Real Food I remember from childhood (back in the day when my family fed on fresh dairy milk, wild elk and deer, self-caught fish, whatever was ripe from the garden, and of course, grass fed cows.) Delivery is reliable and most items remain completely frozen in transit. I noticed that ground meats tend to thaw a bit, but I just use it that night or pop it into the freezer - I haven't noticed any spoilage or degradation of quality. It will also last longer in your fridge or after cooking than supermarket meats. The offering of Head To Tail Blend is brilliant: we should all eat more organ meats but a lot of us don't really enjoy them by themselves - I am one of those. However HTTB grilled burgers are the BOMB! Thank you, Ferguson's, for the healthy and delicious option.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING QUALITY!It’s not too often you have the experience to literally tell the difference in a food. I am very sensitive to grains and chemicals so when I read that Ferguson Farms was 100% Grass Fed and antibiotic free, I was skeptical after having stomach issues with other companies with the same claims.Last week I had free range chicken wings (local grocer) which left me nauseous. Meats from the Big Chain grocers leave my stomach with extreme heartburn and indigestion.I DID NOT experience that with neither the wings or the steaks from Ferguson! We also loved the Bearded Butcher Seasoning with our Surf and Turf box. I’m definitely impressed, and provided the quality stays the same I see no reason to continue my search. You have gained a customer for life.
