I just dropped my detergent the manager on duty had it replaced free of charge. The store is clean staff is friendly. The best one in plant city. Not sure who she is I didn't get her name she was busy taking care of customers while I help associate clean up the mess.

I use a bike for transportation and I don't like it when they tell me to leave my book bag at the counter I use the bag to put the items inside they did it to me three occasions twice buying lime juice and once buying a bottle of soda. rude as hell too they don't even ask me nicely. two stars for being reliable when you're in need of something.

It was a great store lot of good clearance items found things that I couldn't find before at other stores were nicely stocked had a great time shopping there. The cashier could have smiled a little more the customer service from her was poor.

Re-grand made the place look nicer yet management is still the same she was very rude to me another customer, and her own employee's.Talking about her personal life and other employees while checking us out . Honestly it's a dollar store so I didnt expect much.

Manager there white lady old grumpy hating life and trying to ruin it for others harasses you and follows you around the store and she's been there 15 yrs idk how but uses it to her advantage cause she probably won't get fired
