The installer, Mr James Peach, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He told me what he was going to do to install the water softener, we agreed on positioning and he said he’d be done in an hour. I told him if he needed anything, he should just come on into the house. After about an hour he knocked on the door and told me that the water softener was installed. He then walked me through the basic instruction guide that comes with every 3700 and gave me some tips that should help in running the system. Peach is a wonderful, enthusiastic agent for your products.All in all, it was a very satisfying installation experience.

He was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and all around respectable young man.What we really tuned into was how much he liked his profession- and how good he was at it. Great recommendations, clear communications/instructions and a quality install.At the risk of sounding 'over the top' on this review, I wasn't sure there were polite, knowledgeable, super skilled technicians left on the planet. Peach is all those -plus personality to boot. No, I'm not his mom, or friend or relative. Just an impressed customer.

I purchased my Eco system about 2 years ago. My sales rep was Joe A., great job explaining the advantages of Eco vs others. I especially liked the lifetime warranty. I had a service/repair visit today, my technician was Pete Sallas. Pete did an excellent job of explaining to me what happened to cause my electronic display to malfunction. He replaced the electronic module - under warranty. Additionally he showed me what he did to prevent the problem from reoccurring. And he left me some free salt!

Joe came out and explained the features of the new system and suggested a smaller unit for our house. He was friendly and honest about what we needed. The Costco discount was significant. Then the installers, Peach and Nick, showed up right on time and installed the new system and hauled away the old one. Peach and Nick obviously enjoy their work and made the experience fun! All in all, a great experience!

He took the time to explain everything we needed to know to get the most out of our system. He also did some patchwork outside to repair a big hole left by a previous technician that connected my softener and the work was excellent. Pete came to our home today to repair our water softener. Thankfully, he was able to find the problem right away(clog) and fixed it accordingly. He was very personable and took the time to explain the steps he was taking to clear the clog. Definitely an asset to your company.

Pete Sallas just came out and performed all the checks for my water purification system. He has it running like a fine tuned top. Pete cleaned the filters, checked and refreshed the salt level and tested my water for everything, then reset my timer for my next scheduled visit. ( Probably more checks that I don't remember.)If Eco water technicians are like Pete, then they will always receive a 5 STAR rating. I was lucky to get Pete the last time I had a burp in my water system. He was on time and had an immediate fix. Eco Water Tampa should use him as a trainer for any new technician.
