My fiancé was rudely questioned about parking in a handicap parking spot like we don’t have a handicap tag upfront. Not to mention the entire time shopping they kept following and staring at him as if he was doing something. Once he went to self check out he was told that he couldn’t use it that it’s only for 5 items? Since when has it only been for 5 items? We have always came to shop here and have use self checkout multiple times with plenty of items since there’s only ever one register open. This dollar general needs to revaluate who they’re hiring and how they talk to their loyal customers! 0/10

How can anybody be expected to shop in this mess... Dollar general you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing your store to be this messy witch also makes for an unsafe and very unpleasant shopping experience. Every isle had inventory waiting to be stocked. Step up your game or close your store and clean up.

I would also give this store zero stars. I was in there with my service dog today. As I was checking out she asked if I took my dog into restaurants? I said yes and she just shook her head that I took her to restaurants. Does she talk that way to people in wheelchairs just cuz they're in a wheelchair. People have invisible disabilities that you can't see she better learn that and learn to keep her mouth shut. I'm more than likely won't be back to Dollar general.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly even though there had been some sort of accident on a clothing isle and an employee was visibly shaken by the amount of work ahead of her. Yet this same employee stopped her work and helped me find the exact items that I was looking for that I had already searched for for 20 min. Again amazing employee's! If i were to have my own business and were looking for quality employee's I would honestly come to this store and poach their staff for my own bennifit. Only downside was the store looked to be an older dollar General and could have used some deep cleaning or pint to brighten it up. Overall great experience and will definitely shop here again!

The most beautiful and up kept dollar general I’ve ever seen. Nothing on the floor or out of place. And the workers we’re kicking butt stocking the shelves!

Good prices. Good service.The morning cashier girl dropped what she was doing and took care of me in less than two minutes, which is quite fast. (Monday 2/18/19, 10AM.) I was rude and timed her with my watch. 1 minute and 25 seconds from the line to my car. Give that girl a raise!Often times the employees at places like this ignore customers, play on their phones, etc.. But not here.$1 spiral bound notebook, 70 pages, college ruled.$3 fine mesh strainer.Can't beat those prices!

Clean, but I feel like all local Dollar General's are struggling to keep enough workers per shift. I had to go to 3 today to get one bag of cat liter (store brand).

They have things you need at some what affordable rate, for the most part.. Even tho they are catching up in cost with other places... Dislikes.. Floor is always over crowded with stock carts full of stock blocking merchandise and cluttering Isles.. They use to be well stocked and clean.. But not anymore

Store is a joke. Manager doesnt seem to really car whats going on, nothings ever stocked, employees make you wait while they finish a text message before they ring you up. Heather is just plan rude if you ask her for help, makes it very clear you inconvenienced her by asking where something is or when something will be back in stock! I have never been in a more disorganized place.

Store is usually stocked, but they do leave carts in the aisles. Parking lot is fairly clean. Normally fairly fast at cash out.

I went to the one across from Tomlin Middle school in Plant city to buy a google play gift card. I spent 23 dollars total( bought some other things also) and when I got home the gift card was not in the bag. When I called the store they claimed they handed it to me with my receipt, but when I told them I had the receipt and asked them why I didnt have the card they told me I must have dropped it. I said I never had the card I thought they had put it in the bag or I wouldnt have called to see if it was still there on the counter. She then claimed that they checked the cameras and saw that I grabbed the card off the counter! So which was it? did you hand it to me with the receipt and change or did you leave it on the counter for me to grab myself?? Needless to say they didnt help me at all blamed me and hung up. I wasn't even rude and said it's probably my fault for not seeing it but just wanted them to check if it was still there. All they had to do was say no, but the fact they went on with the charade of looking at the cameras to call me a liar and say it's my fault that I must have dropped it seemed to much to me.I'm out that 15 dollar google play card and someone there must be enjoying it for me. Cause I KNOW I didnt get handed that card nor did I pick it up from the counter!

There was one employee who was rude to a Spanish speaking customer. He kept speaking louder AT her like being loud would make her understand English. Needless to say I wasn't happy.

I wish I could give something 0 stars. I rushed to Dollar General for dog food after football practice, pull in at 8:58 and my son jumps out of the car. The DB with the long hair looks at my 10 year old and locks the door right in his face. I honked at him and he pointed to Publix... Yes everyone please... Shop at Publix or basically anywhere but here. They obviously don't want your business AT ALL!!!!

Worse manger ever I was at the store yesterday . A young Spanish girl was in front of me there was a problem with her coupon. So she asked him to take one thing off he got mad void her whole order and told her she can take her coupons some were else. As she walking out the door he said if your gonna be a coupon you need to learn English . Really as a manger he had no reason to say something like that. I will never go back to that store he needs to be FIRED

Best dime store to go to for cheaper candy, too big bags of candy foe $6.00 also party Laverty, balloons for $1.00 beer on sale, pop, ice cream $4.00 for. A half of gallen, tv dinners,at half prize.

Just wow !! I'd give no stars if I could! The lady working on 4/27/2021 at 11:39 am ! She was horrible and rude a dog running around with no leash. Lady screaming . Store full of people with no mask !!!! Just horrible. Will never return.

For your general shopping needs it is quick to stop in and grab a few things in this store and not fight the larger crowds in some of your bigger stores I find that very convenient.

The key holder or whatever she is with the blonde hair is so rude everytime I'm in there she gets so grumpy when someone asks her something and always here her talking bad about other co workers that's not very professional we shouldn't have to shop and feel uncomfortable by a employee

Very nice people however the line was too long and too much junk around the check out area
