Waiting in the drive thru line for more 20 minutes for a prescription marked as ready for pick up with only one car ahead of me is honestly unacceptable, especially with my sick 2 year old in the car. Do better.

I am so impressed by their pharmacy. They had my scripts out in a flash. I am so impressed at their compassion they had for me the past two or 3 times I have been there. I'm amazed also by their cashier took care of me with compassion as well. I won't go no where else!!

Waiting half an hour or more in the drive thru or at the counter is normal here. They frequently have one person working both. The other day I sat in the drive thru for MORE than 30 minutes without moving at all, there was only one car in front of me & I did not see or hear any acknowledgement from an employee that the car was there. I gave up & left without my meds, and now they text me constantly saying that I need to pick it up & they won't keep holding it. Problem is I don't always have an hour to sit around waiting because they are too cheap to staff their pharmacy. I would never use this place if my insurance would let me switch. Sadly Aetna now OWNS CVS so anyone with Aetna is screwed.

This pharmacy is a joke. They don’t care about you at all. Went to pick up my fiancés script after oral surgery and was told an hour. Ok no problem. Take her home and come back. Told another 20 minutes. Wait 30. Told need to update insurance. Ok… here ya go. Updated. Sweet. It’s not ready yet. I’m still working on it. Sorry. Gonna be another hour. And here I sit. 2hrs later. Ridiculous. Get it together guys. There’s 5 people back there. And it’s not even busy.

Store is understaffed and existing staff is stretched too thin, undertrained, and understandably grumpy. Prices aren’t always accurate - be sure to check the buy 1, gets 1s you are purchasing to make sure the discount actually applies. Often it doesn’t and people don’t notice. Do what you can to avoid the pharmacy at all costs. They are overwhelmed and unable to meet patient needs in a timely manner.

20 minute wait in the drive thru to even get an acknowledgement is absolutely unacceptable. The way the staff addressed the customer's is equally disturbing. Thank goodness for Express Scripts for our normal medication, I cringe when we need something immediately from this pharmacy because the experience has been terrible each time. If you have another option, take it.

Just a truly awful place. We have to get prescriptions from CVS due to our new insurance or else I would still be at Walgreens. Staff is rude. Pretty sure they shorted my child’s medication and messed up my husbands without an apology. Usually on hold for 20+ minutes if I need to speak with someone. Website has said numerous times that a medication will be ready by a certain time and if you show up at that time it isn’t ready. Also the notifications that medications are ready are sporadic. I’ve received many AFTER I’ve already picked the medications up 🙄

I came here to fill a prescription and RPH Patricia Mitchell was questioning why I was here in Florida, and trying to fill prescription written by my doctor out of state. She then stated (after I gave her my "personal reason" to be here in the state) that she would only fill prescription this one time. I have not had any issues at any other CVS pharmacies filling prescription anytime I needed to and I drove here because no other pharmacy had it where I locally am staying. This pharmacist should never had asked very personal questions as she did. She obviously had a stigma from the start because of the medication I was filling. She was not pleasant, ill-mannered, and was acting prejudice towards myself. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB along with the State of Florida Licensee office for Pharmacists. I want to prevent future customers and people from experiencing the same thing I went through today. Her actions were unethical and should require immediate correction. I know my rights along with the laws within this state and any state I enter.The 2019 Florida Statutes:Section 465.003(14), F.S.

As a doctor I’ve had the worst experience at this pharmacy it is the worst place to send any patient medications they never fill it what’s the point of the pharmacy if they don’t fill medication scripts

Waited in line at the drive through for 30 minutes to pick up prescription with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window I sat there with no acknowledgement for 20 minutes while the guy at the window appeared to be typing whatever into the computer system. I had enough and drove away. Awful pharmacy. Go anywhere else. I am moving my prescription to another pharmacy.

My prescription was put in at 930am i come at 440pm because i was told they are short staffed so i gave ample time for them to fill it.. drive thru is closed so i had to goinside and wait for 20min in the line to be told i need to wait another hour and MAYBE it will be ready. Its beeen 7 hours since the prescription was prescribed yall... why is it not ready

Terrible customer service. Rude employees working in the pharmacy. If you have to fill a prescription, highly recommend going to a different CVS or even Walgreens. They need to clean house in the pharmacy and hire people with a basic understanding of customer service.

Only one cause zero isn’t an option. The mask rules are a joke and they violate the 6ft to get in your face to yell about a mask. Wow lost a customer forever. Walgreens never looked so good.

Fast and helpful! Filled a written script for my daughter in just a few minutes and sent us on our way with a few medication syringes to last our vacation.
