Went to get gas and use the restroom after working my Amazon shift I was told conveniently both of the restrooms were out of order how is that even possible so where is the associate using the restroom???.Does he clock out and go home when he has got to go to the bathroom?? I understand he don't want to clean it but per Circle K policy the restrooms are supposed to be available for the customers. He closing them because he is too lazy to clean them. Needless to say I took my business to racetrack their restrooms are always open and clean and they have fresh food to eat unlike the Circle K I just left who had no food on the grill whatsoever at 4:00 in the afternoon.

The cashiers are nice and definitely do their best. However, they have 3 registers and never more than 1 open regardless of how many people are working. To make it worse they installed a self checkout and that is almost always the one being used by the only available cashier. It’s makes no sense. There could be a line of 10 people; still just 1 cashier on the self checkout register instead of the non self checkout allowing the line to go faster. It’s super annoying and counterintuitive.

Went here today the employees are rude amd clearly don't know how to work at a gas station I have worked at plenty and never in my life have I been told to treat customers the way these folks did the manager with the lip that pokes out and the glasses he is disgustingly unprofessional and my husband who is of another race than him he shared at him with a dirty look the whole time stay away from this place ......

DO NOT STOP HERE !!! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES ( LOUIS the old female cashier)I don’t live in Florida, and thankfully I will never be returning back again to this DISRESPECTFUL place. It is very unfortunate, that this gas station is being represented by a very RUDE lady by the name of LOUIS !!! I made a quick stop to pump gas and the incident happens when I got my change back. From the very start of greeting Louis was very rude and disrespectful. For my change she gave me an old, dirty & ripped $10 bill. I asked her to change it and rudely she did. She was back talking to me as all I did was ask for a bill that was not ripped. Once the gas pump was finished I returned to Louis for my change which was $8.72. Louis purposely again gave me a $5 bill that was extremely dirty and disgusting to even hold. I asked her to please give me another bill , as it was extremely filthy !! She was very rude, back talking, acting as if the register money was hers. She denied me a different bill, but thankfully another customer behind me got change out of his purchase and he switched me the filthy bill for a cleaner one that he had. It’s very unfortunate that Circle K hires this type of employees who don’t value or respect the meaning of customer service. I hope she was just having a bad day and not racially profiling me because out of all the customers, I was the only Hispanic in the store who she was rude and disrespectful too. As a tourist, I’m very disappointed by the customer service that Louis gave me. I won’t be stopping to any Circle K during my stay, in order to avoid rudely experiences by its employees.

The over night cashier is not the brightest bulb in the chandelier.. I didn't get his name but he's really short and comedically he tried to get confrontational. Bad experience and I won't return.

The convenience store is a good store been coming here for a long time, however the new rule they have of no cash back on purchases need to be put back into place no one wants to pay a $3.25 surcharge fee at thet ATM. You neednto put back the cash back offer for when just paying for gas and using the gas card cash rewards card for your $0.06 cent off a gallon. That's the reason why it is a "convenient store" !This goes to ALL THE OTHER CIRCLE K STORES!!!!🤔🤔🤔😤😤😤

This place is great, I remember coming here when I was a kid with my dad before he passed. We would get some drinks and snacks before going into plant city and the. Feeding the squerls in the Walmart parking lot. The place hasn’t changed in years besides the polar pop machines. It is a good upgrade and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have some family bonding time
