I would avoid going to this AT&T store. They try to talk you into a higher priced plan. I was signed up for a plan I didn't want. I had to go back 3 times to get it straightened out. When I finally got what I wanted. The employee submitted my payment twice. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get one of the charges for my payment reimbursed to my bank account. Huge waste of time and a pain to go through.

When replacing my screen saver on November 11th the salesman put an iPhone 15 pro screen saver on my iPhone 14 Pro. A week later it has a chip on the edge. I went in today to tell them they put the wrong screen saver on my phone.The gentleman said the screen size is the same so there’s5.8”no difference and refused to change it unless I paid for another one. I told him to check online and he’d see that they’re 5not comparable. He refused so I reported to AT&T and a manager said the screen savers are different for those two phones even though the screen size is the same. The 14 pro screen saver is 5.8” X 2.8”. The 15 pro screen saver is 5.6” X 2.6”. Learn your products if you’re going to sell them. AT&T made it right and they noted the store that did this.

Gave my daughter my phone and got a new one, store switched the SIM cards and now that I’m wanting to unlock my phones that I paid for in full last year apparently it’s showing it’s black listed or not paid off in the system because they are not supposed to switch sims while phones are under financing. Completely ridiculous!

The sales people at this store are always friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to help! They are knowledgeable and always help to ensure you get the best deal! I’ve been coming to this location for the past three years and it is now the only AT&T store I will go to!

This afternoon I got a notification stating that a new line was successfully added to my account, 😧I just want to leave this review because I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS TRANSACTION.. !! Very persistent not really listening to my concerns. I asked for a simple request to pay off my wife’s and mine cell phones but they gave me a hard time because my wife’s phone was under promotion. Which I did not care about I just wanted to pay these phones off and be done. Overall my experience took way longer than it should and the customer service was not all that great. Prior to this experience all my other visits to the store was pretty awesome only because of this one female worker who I do not know her name but she’s awesome.

My individual experience with customer service was unheard of and unmatched. The staff went above and beyond with only my best interest in mind. They double check, triple check then cross check to make sure I got the best product for the best price in the best zones for products best services. They were knowledgeable and patience. The best AT&T store around, let me start with this guy David... He knows what authentic customer service is all about. I never felt more at home. He is by far the best sales person I ever met. He took the time to go over all my options on my plan, helped me save money and got me an awesome deal on the new Galaxy S10. I'm gonna recommend this store and David to all my friends and family!

Today came into the the plant city store. When I arrived at the location a young lady by the name of Daniela help me. I love how there is fluent Spanish speaker at this location. She greeted us and explained everything to me. I love how she makes me feel more like family then a customer. Daniela went above and beyond with her customer service with making conversation asking where we from etc. The best part is that I told her I just arrived from Mexico and she was giving me advice on things that would make my life easier in America. By telling me to save some money and open a bank account so I could put my account on autopay to save money. Honestly she is beyond the best and look forward to coming in to do business with her.

Really need more workers.Went in to find out about military discount on a Saturday . Only one person working helping a customer.Spent 20 minutes there waiting. Left for about 20-30 minutes. Came back same people being helped. Waited another 15 minutes asked about military discount. Was told it would take awhile and he still had to finish with the first customers.During this time 2 other customers came and left after waiting.I understand waiting your turn but who has hours to waste at an undermanned store?

The best service my family has ever had. We all purchased IPHONES, me and my husband also purchased a tablet, 3 phone cases and 3 shield protectors. Hunter at the Plant city Florida location stayed late to help us complete our plan and set up our phones. Please let him know because of his amazing corky personality and eagerness to please we enjoyed giving AT&T all of our money. Lol! Thank you 😊

I switched from TMobile to AT&T. About a month ago I went to this store. I thought it was great. Thought everything was fine. Like I said, "Thought". I was charged twice. The people in the store will yes you to death. But can't do a thing for you, except take payments. I ended up calling 611, which was stellar. This stores "manager" "Joe" is all he would tell me, I had given him all my info, SS#, everything.said he couldn't verify my account to discuss it because he said "How do I know you are who you say you are?" Are you serious??!!! How does Customer Service do it??!!! With the info I gave him, that's how! WHAT A WASTE!!! I NEVER GOT CALLED AS REQUESTED, ETC ETC... DO THE OWNERS KNOW? DO THEY CARE?I've gone to other AT&T stores in Brandon, they were/are great. I avoid this place like the plague. You should too!

Came into the store in plant city switching from sprint to att. The Rep Daniela was great help she explain everything to us on the bill and got us two free phones whitch were the LG g8. She is the best rep so helpful and caring. She made us feel like family. I would recommend going to the att plant city store. I recommend Daniela as a rep!

I only needed a SIM card to replace one that went bad in a hotspot. The rep, Joe Smith, politely mentioned some of their other products that were available, I can appreciate the cross sell effort, sold me the requested SIM card, and I was on my way within 5 minutes.
