Employee with MGK nail polish and tattoos is completely rude. He had an attitude with my niece because she was bagging the groceries. He went on to accuse her of not paying for potatoes and then ran into her with a cart and said nothing. Horrible customer service.

I like Aldi's stores. I go to Michigan and also in Plant City, Florida. My first impression was their great selection of Gluten free food. But prices, and quality foods keep me coming back. I love all the gift items quality and variety. Today at the Plant City store I watched a great cashier that I have to give a shout out to his managers. His name is Sly, with a great smile, and he handled the customer before me with such patience it was amazing. She went back and changed her ice cream two times after he had rang her up..then she didn't have her money and had to go to her car. My groceries were spread out the whole time while I waited for her 4 or 5 items. He still smiled as she waved goodbye.

Love this place since it opened. Great products at great prices. The Staff are limited due to passing along cost savings. Well that is what corporate would say. They work hard to take care of customers and keep the shelves stocked. They are awesome. What is on the flyer will not necessarily be on the shelf .. that is not the Staff's fault.

This store is the best example of a convenience store. Without the high prices and with quality to boot. The shopping cart and bring your own bags is spot on environmental stewardship. Noticeably happy engaged workers manafests to happy customers! By far the best all around quick groceries store.

Aldi's has the best cheese selection and fish selection of just about any place we've been shopping at. Some of the other foods they might be hit or miss depending on when you come in and what they have. But, for cheese and fish - salmon in particular- they get the top notch position.

Nice store, better than other locations in the area. Been here a couple times, in better condition and cleanliness is better.Better stocked than others.You really have to watch all retailers, dry black beans are cheaper at Publix! A super basic dry good cheaper at a huge store.Know your prices, don’t assume.Men’s room needed a little help, as shown in the video I have posted.

What happened to this Aldi? Covid aside, I have lived in the area for about 4.5 yrs now and the Special Items section started to look like this after the 1st year of living here (after 2017). I have to go to the Brandon or Lakeland locations to find any of the Special Buys/Items. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Staff is still amazing and friendly.

Love this place, just went there for a few things and you know how it is when you do that … well stuff started falling in the floor from arms and this awesome Gentleman that works there came running with a box and then when I took off he came to my rescue with a cart, I didn’t get his name but thank you from the bottom of my heart, you Rock!!!!!!!!

Only a 4 stars because I do have to check my receipt at the end to make sure the cashiers don't charge me more than one time for the same items. I once bought 6 cream cheese (cheesecake) and they charged me for 3 and then 6... so they charged me for 3 extra cream cheese. Has happened before with produce. I guess they're just so rushed, mistakes happen. I shop here save money not to be double charged for items. So now I do check before leaving the store. 🙂

I wish I could rate staff only here because I’d probably leave a one star review. The gentleman checking us out did not greet us and literally said one word to me which was “no” when I asked if my card worked. That’s it. Not engaging at all.But…the store was clean. Food was fresh. We continue to shop here because we like the variety but man, it would be nice if the staff was a little more happy to see you.

I have only been here a couple of times and I have found that the store brand quality of most products compare well to name brands. To get your best deals you must shop with a shopping list and know the prices for items at other stores. I come here on a big shopping week and this is my first stop. I usually wind up going to 4 different stores and the local Farmers Market in order to get everything I need at the lowest prices possible. I always start at the store furthest away and work my way back home.You will need a hard quarter for the shopping cart, but you get it back at the end. I have found that I can usually make a couple extra bucks by gathering up shopping carts left in the parking lot and returning them to the corral.

Used the self-checkout and was charged twice for a single transaction. When I sent them proof they said to take it up with my bank. The manager at the store said it's not the first time this has happened. Be very, very cautious when paying with a card and double check your account afterward. I'm disappointed in Aldi.

Bring humans back as cashiers. Get rid of self checkout lines. It was crazy. People were everywhere. The hand scanner cord was too short and accidentally pulled out when we went to use it. If I have to scan my own groceries, you need to significantly lower prices.

Last weekend was my second time visiting an Aldi's and both times were disappointing. There is no way that Aldi can complete with a regular grocery store. I left and went to a real grocery store to get the items that I was needing. It's a BigLots with a cooler/freezer section. Again, disappointing.

Update. Since ALDI remodeled a couple years ago, the fruit quality is not the best. I buy it when it's not quite ripe and let it sit on the counter to ripen. After a couple of days it goes from not quite ripe to rotten in the middle. This is a great place to buy all of your dairy needs and some snacks.

Make sure you take your groceries out of the box, what I do is I get a empty box and I put all my stuff in it in the buggy that way when I'm done all I got to do is pick up the box put the box in the back of my truck drive home and carry the box in the house since I don't get any bags. But I tell you right now those cashiers like you to take everything and set it on the counter and then they'll put it back in the box. I've never had a bad experience there. If you want green bananas this is the place to go, update 05142023, now it is self checkout and it is amazing and fast. Do it your way and quick
