Not sure why everyone has a terrible experience I been there 3 times to the pharmacy greeted with kindness and care. Maybe new staff? Had a 5 prescription, explained I wanted 3 and I got exactly what I needed in a timely manner. Mr. Charles is a delight! I don’t come across a lot of fun people who enjoy what they do and he loves what he does! Always a great experience! Love you guys!

Get Todd to retire. He keeps complaining that he works there anyway. The unnecessary side banter about "oh if I don't show up or call out, then you know what happened."The dude is working as a cashier as he portrays he's on his deathbed.Pharmacy staff needs 48 hours to fill a 1-month script? Weird, but okay. I should've known that pharmacy would be problematic based on the reviews. I personally don't mind that it's not the same day, but over a day? Really?The store is clean enough, so someone is doing that right.I usually only come here for the ATM. The rest of the store is off-putting.

This pharmacy is super unprofessional and has made me uncomfortable the times I’ve interacted with them. 1. The first time I came here the older gentleman that works in the pharmacy (a pharm tech) kept making comments about my hair and how he could do this all day with me. ew sir I am here to grab my medication, not hear your unsolicited flirting in the drive through.. 2. I had a prescription sent here and they delayed it for a WHOLE month until I called and asked about it. The first time a woman picked up and told me it would be ready immediately and I would only have a week to pick it up. All of a sudden on the second to last day my prescription disappeared and I called to ask if I can pick it up, another female pharm tech answered and was super rude telling me they don’t accept new patients (but I’ve picked up here before??) that none of the Walgreens in the area have my medication since they have the same supplier and I would be wasting my time calling around/ just switch medications. So not only do I not have my meds but you wasted my time. BTW, I sent my script to a pharmacy 10 minutes away and IMMEDIATELY got the medication filled. Pharm techs clearly need training on basic customer service. I understand you are understaffed and under appreciated but please keep your attitudes in check, people rely on you for their medication. Do better

Now I know why they have a 2 star rating!!!Always a very unpleasant experience EVERY TIME with this location! From the heavy set older unkempt man at the front cash register who literally looks homeless and is extremely rude and lazy, when asked for help locating certain merchandise in the store, to the pharmacist and the tech in the back who act bothered by our presence when picking up our prescriptions! Even the phone tech is very unprofessional when she calls and leaves voicemails on your phone... I can't understand a word she says!!! This kind of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE!! WHO hires these people??!!I must have bad luck because every time I come in here, it is always the same miserable staff!As of today, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO WALGREENS ever again for prescriptions or anything else!!!!!I will take my business elsewhere.

Walgreens online and auto refills was so good. Now if I order online, the order never gets filled. Auto refills are late. So now I have to call, which is a time consuming task, and it never gets done with one phone call. I’ve asked a gazillion times for bottle caps that are not child safe, but that never gets done. I have my prescriptions mailed, so I’m stuck if they don’t put on the caps properly as noted in my profile. The staff is nice, but overworked. I’ve received vaccines here, and that goes well, except the lack of privacy. They discuss your medical history in front of whoever’s around, so I do try and get them elsewhere whenever possible.

Charles is an extremely unpleasant human being. I came to pick up 2 prescriptions and from the start he seemed annoyed that I was at the pharmacy at 5 pm. He asked for my info then goes “credit card please” I hand him my card and say “what’s the total?”. He told me and I said “oh well I have 2 good rx coupons”. To which he was VERY annoyed by. He dropped his jaw, rolled his eyes, and rudely said “ok give me the coupons” and stomped off. When he came back after about 10-15 minutes he proceeds to look at me and go “are you ready for me to run this now?” with my credit card in his hand and again, in a very annoyed tone. Jeez sir, sorry I had to get my prescriptions! Won’t happen again!? My god. Lighten up buddy!

Went to this Walgreens for dropping off a Fed Ex package but the large heavy set man(looked like a homeless man at first glance) working there was very rude and refused to take the package saying that it’s too big to take but that was not true since it was well within the size dimension limit for FedEx or Walgreens for that matter. The worse thing about this experience is that this man violently farted as I was leaving the store without excusing himself. That’s very disrespectful and disappointing that Walgreens would hire someone so trashy to work in their stores.

Long wait time the last several months in drive thru, whether you are the only car or second. The young woman who normally works the window acts like she doesn't want to be there, slow and not competent. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is just unacceptable, period. The tech I've dealt with is unbelievably rude. Medicines lost, refills just gone. No explanation. Many more things I'm not even going to list. But definitely do not recommend.

The staff at this Walgreens have always been nice and helpful when I come in. And I stop in a lot since since it's so close to our house. Have consistently had amazing service here. From help with finding something in the store, to picking up photos, to checking out at the register.Pharmacists and techs are also friendly, competent and try to get you in and out as fast as they can. I love the email/text reminders to refill. More convenient than going in person and waiting. The follow up call from pharmacist to check up on you after picking up your prescription is also a nice touch.

I will call and I made an appointment I have great insurance I paid $1,500 a month for my, doctor she tells me everything's great she's going out to write my prescription she's very nice doctor she'll follow up with me monthly she just wanted to release to verify with my previous doctor Oswald which is a horrible doctor his name is Dr Oswald Williams if you go to the website you can see my review there to catch up on what's going on. She tells me she's just going to look at my records but then she comes back after talking to Dr Oswald and she tells me I'm sorry I can't see you after speaking to Dr Oswald. These pop-up Walgreens pharmacies are not good they lie to you they they want to control what it is is the Democrats are it's sort of like government control instead of private doctors Walgreens is making it more of a government thing. So she told me there was no problem getting on my prescriptions I spent too well over an hour there and when she finally it's hot in there there's no air conditioning she finally comes back she has a bodyguard with her and says that she can't write me. this was a very bad experience I wouldn't suggest going to this place I wouldn't suggest going to Dr Oswald there are several other doctors in the area and these are two that I would steer clear of I also have it all on audio and video I will be sending that to the higher ups at Walgreens because this was a total a 100% circus.One star nasty The only five stars are the f*** in reviews that they give themselves.. real.

I have been coming to this location for a while now and I have to say that the service I receive from Carrie is the absolute best. She always has an amazing attitude and is incredibly helpful. I would love for her to be a location manager or even higher up in the company because I know she can make any location amazing.

The main female pharmacist they have here needs to be replaced. She appears lazy and isn’t very helpful. Her complete lack of building rapport with customers, combined with wanting to leave right on time is not the definition of customer service. It is the definition of selfishness.What really angers me is that she had, at minimum, 30 minutes to work on filling my prescription before they closed at 9. But no, she “can’t get it done by 9 because the power flickered 25 minutes ago. Sorry sir.”My Walgreens off of Patricia Ave in Dunedin would’ve made sure I had my medicine. I trust them, and they know me and call me by name.This Walgreens has completely lost my trust and business. I’d rather have a pharmacist I can trust and rely on. You go home little lady. Hope this was all worth it for you.

The Staff here is WORLD CLASS!! I was on the expressway and my blood pressure shot thru the roof. I pulled in to the Walgreens in Saint Pete. I told them I had never been there but needed help. One of the ladies up front (I wish I knew her name walked to the pharmacy with me and alerted the Pharmacist. The Pharmacist and her staff took care of me and a lady named Shanna even offered to bring me snacks if they admitted me at Northside Hospital. They kept me calm and treated me like family. I will never forget how they made me feel. Being there when someone needs you the most is something that God Bless you all and I pray you all have wonderful lives...you deserve the best. Thank you!!

Their Sunday flyer advertised Northern toilet paper on sale. I called to make sure they had it in stock since I would be going there on foot. I was assured that they had it and she {the sweet but not too bright cashier) would have it for me up front.When I got there after walking in 85 degree heat, she was clueless about my call and told me they had no tp. The obese and cranky manager didn't care that she lied and lost a customer. Incompetence atop stupidity.

Don't go to this store! I used to stop and shop this Walgreens after shopping in Park Place Mall to check they're sales on weekly ads. They're rude and not friendly to a customers.I stop by this Store to check if they have Dove products for men and Liquid Handsoap from the ads, the employee on the back said that they're out of stock for the week, i said to her what u mean? I stopped by here yesterday and one of the workers said you would have it today? She says no sorry we don't have it in-stock. So then i said okay, and walk towards the front register, then I decided to check back and get something else to same area where the Empty Handsoap shelves were displayed then the Restocking employee pointed out to the Handsoap and said to me, there's 4-5 of the Liquid Handsoap we just got it, but you can Only buy 4, because there's a limit on the products. So, she (lied) to me that there's no Stock. I said what? It doesn't say that on the ads there's a limit? She said it's the Walgreens Policy. I said okay, I'll just buy 4 then. First of all, I do not see any Note: there's (Limit of 4 per Customer) not even the Weekly ads Newpaper. They're we're no price tags that it was on sale. So I went to the register and bought the 4 bottles. And then I asked nicely if i can get a Rain check for it for next week I come back so I would still get the Bogo sale deal. Shanna, is female the (boss) walked by behind me and sign language"no" to the Cashier, and when I asked for a Rain check, he said, oh sorry I can't give you a Rain check! I answered what? Oh my god! Then the cashier told me that the BOSS said I cannot write you a rain check. So I said, okay i guess I'm gonna have to call your corporate office. And after i said it, I think the BOSS heard what I've said, she came back & wrote me a Rain check for a Limit of two bottles (big deal!) Ok, I should of not take it if i was greedy right? So I said ok I'll take 2 Bottles RC. I said to the cashier that I thought you said that you can write me a Rain Check for a Limit of 4? They said No we can't.P.S If you think that the products is a great deal? Then put a Limit sign on it. Very inconvenient.

Terrible picking up meds for mom and pharmacy tech named James points to the vitamin section and says should be over there. HELLO the reason I asked was I didnt know where it was. I'll never use this one again. Palm harbor curlew and 49th st great service. Did speak to a fellow whoni believe was the manager offered to help at this point I was over it spent 15 minutes looking. Do not use this pharmacy or store. Today is 1/21take a look at this two sections of stouffers and only 2 or 3 family size. Hello!!!! Publix has a much better selection..... time to get on the ball. I see you fools walking around talking about displays and marketing instead of giving us what we ask for.

Called about some photos getting developed, no one at the photo station so switched me to front register, told lady I was checking in on some photos I was having developed, told me “ok I’ll go check and print out whatever we got.” Didn’t ask my name for the pictures and then hangs up on me... if you don’t know what you’re doing for the other department just say that and put me on with someone who can thanks.

Kora the cashier is a real sweetheart . She always brightens my day . That’s more then I can say for some of the other employees there . If I don’t see Shanna or Kora I typically don’t spend as much time in the store . Tasha the shift lead needs to learn how to leave her bad days at the front door !!

Please save yourself the time and don't go here! They have messed up my prescription order ever single time I've been there. On the 4th time this happened I got frustrated and ended up getting yelled at because I asked why they would call me if my prescription wasn't ready. They are the worst!!!!!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been in. My prescriptions are routinely wrong and no-one answers the phone to enable me to get my prescriptions rectified. Go elsewhere! Anywhere!
