Some of the pharmacist are very rude. They feel the need to hold your medicine hostage. You can hold the POWER trip. If they want to act like the police, then go to the POLICE academy. Get your medicine filled elsewhere. I should be able to get my medicine on the 30th day ready for the next. But not here. Have fun going all day without your prescribed medicine. Stay away!!!

Today, I wanted to send the biggest Thank you to Johnny and Perry in the pharmacy!! For helping me with my car that wouldn't start in the drive-thru, while they were in heavy rain today. They're "Amazing"young men☆☆☆☆☆ Walgreen's is blessed to have these two exceptional employees on their team. I'm very grateful they were there to help.

I went in to buy somethings, and wanted to use the bathroom while there. I asked where the bathroom was, and was told. When I went ro use it. I was rudely yelled at, and told that the bathroom was closed. There was no sign or anything on the door showing that it was closed. Very rude and unprofessional.

Toni was amazing! Had a photo order that I needed last minute and she did everything she could to accommodate me. She was very friendly and gave me several different options. Her attitude was the best part of all! For something so simple it really makes it a pleasure when somebody’s attitude is as amazing as Toni’s was. Walgreens should give her a raise & hire more employees like her.

The pharmacists&pharmacy tech’s here are VERY RUDE SMH.!! The attitudes, the lack of knowledge on the meds and the snazziness because they can’t properly multitask omg soo annoying & so unprofessional BUT it’s the Walgreens on 49th street so I guess THE BEHAVIOR IS NORMAL

Had a little issue with Jose & Sierra when I tried to return 2 OTC approved items. Called OTC & they said I shouldn't have an issue at all. Finally James took care of it in less then 2 minutes. Got my pneumonia shot and the pharmacist was great.. the whole pharmacy staff is great. I like how items on the shelves have the yellow OTC approved sticker. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The automated refill line is horrible. Courtney is the BEST !!!

Great neighborhood pharmacy! Jose at the register is very sweet. John the pharm tech is super helpful. Crazy busy pharmacy. Sometimes the corporate software makes their work difficult, but the staff are the humans that work it out. Photocenter staff has helped us with complicated orders when we were in a crunch. Store has been well stocked and staffed through Covid and my Dad had his shots here. Manager knows her stuff!

Went in to receive my covid 19 booster, approached the window to a woman who seems like she does not like her job (gave me anti vax vibes seeing as she was not knowledgeable about the vaccine) I had first received the Johnson vaccine and her first remarks were “you know we only have Pfizer here right?” Obviously Johnson and Johnson doesn’t have a booster and as someone who works in Pharmaceuticals should know that. Only giving 3 stars because my pharmacy tech who administered my booster was very kind and made me feel comfortable. My point for this review is that maybe Walgreens employees will maybe work on their customer service and patient experience.

The Walgreens on 49th street is the only Walgreens that I’ve had a bad experience with. I’ve been trying for 3 days to have a prescription filled and delivered, but they just can’t get it done. They have complete payment, but just can’t seem to get it fedex to me. They keep putting it in for pick up. I put the order in online and called, and still no prescription. Hello, this is Florida where old people need prescriptions delivered, ON TIME. I suggest using another Walgreens, or another chain. It took this Walgreens 7 days to fill and deliver a prescription. Other Walgreens have only taken 3 days.

Worst experience EVER. I simply ordered Zyrtec online for curbside. Not only did they take 2 days to fill the order. They didn’t even notify they didn’t have any Zyrtec. Now imagine trying to pull up curbside and wait 30 minutes to then have to go inside the store wait in line to be told to wait again. Finally a manger comes to tell me they don’t have the order they said they filled. In fact they now want to process a fee for a smaller bottle of Zyrtec. Now if I had not went into the store to see the status of the curbside order how would they have told me I wasn’t getting my medicine. Worst service & management needs some customer service skills. Sad in this world we cannot even get clear information on medicines we need from the stores we buy them from. CVS for life!

Fedex services here is horrible. The staff do not know how to operate the fedex scanner and how to troubleshoot the problem when there was issue. Staff need proper training on how to operate fedex scanner and how to send confirmation via text message or email. They just get frustrated with customer and rude with customer because of their lack of knowledge on how to operate technology.

I love the Walgreens in Pinellas Park everyone is so nice and very helpful. I also got my covid test and vaccine there the pharmacy staff is also very nice and informative.

Asked if I had a Walgreens card. I put in the number and around 5$ was taken off. Cool right? No then all of a sudden it’s back up to original price because of price changes in product while at the register? Sketch!
