My wife and I recently visited the Deli department at Publix, and it was an experience that truly stood out. From the moment we entered, the warmth and sense of humor of the employees set a wonderfully positive tone. Lynet and Jamie, the delightful duo behind the counter, were nothing short of sandwich artists. Their skill and dedication to crafting each sandwich was evident, making our meal feel truly special.The customer service we received was exemplary. The attention to detail, coupled with genuine smiles, made us feel valued and well-cared for. This visit wasn't just about enjoying a great sandwich; it was about experiencing the high standard of Publix's customer service.Impressed and thoroughly satisfied, we spontaneously decided to do our bi-weekly grocery shopping at Publix instead of our usual store, Sam's Club. Even as we were leaving, Lynet and Jamie, busy as they were, made sure to check on us again, ensuring our entire experience in the store was pleasant.We extend our gratitude to the Publix management for employing such outstanding staff. Lynet and Jamie are the reasons we will now be regular visitors to this store. They didn't just make us sandwiches; they made our day and gained loyal customers in the process. Thank you for such a memorable and joyful shopping experience!

My family and I shop here all the time as we live fairly close and we have always had great service. Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming from the time you walk in to the time you check out, my favorite to get when in a rush would be a sub or hot food. They have many different selections and are very patient when ordering!!! If you haven't tried their subs, you are so missing out!!

My mother and our family went to this Publix, and were treated like second class citizens. We stood at the deli waiting, every employee walked pass and looked and didn’t say anything. Another customer walked up and got service instantly. A little communication could have went a long way. We asked to speak to the customer service manager and he was no help at all. We overheard him say very unprofessional things and it felt very geared towards our skin color.

Great clean store is helpful staff. The gas station at the front of the parking lot is when I say excellent I mean every time I go in there the staff is the warmest and friendliest I've ever met! Plus a bag of ice is only a dollar!!!! They really are here to serve the public 💪😉👍

I rated this Publix experience a 4 star only because the employees lacked that happy, smiley and helpfulness that I've experienced at all the other Publix shopping stores. It wasn't that they were not helpful, it just seemed like none of them wanted to be there and treated there job as such. This was the 1st time I've ever experienced this feeling at a Publix. Hopefully I just happened to go shopping on an off day and it's only a once in awhile happening. I love Publix and I truly hope the employees at that particular Publix are aware of the feelings that they have the potential to influence in others.

I really appreciate this Publix Pharmacy staff for always being kind and a smile for their patient customers. So even though there are pharmacies closer to where I live in St. Petersburg, I chose store #1344 in Pinellas Park for their kind professionalism.

When I give a 3, it’s definitely not great. I’d give them a 2.5 if I could. For the most part this is an okay Publix but the last time I shopped there the Deli was an awful experience. I stood there for 5 minutes and 3 different employees chose not to acknowledge me. I would never be a rude customer so I chose to leave and grab some other alternative options but it was disappointing. A lot of the cashiers are great but that deli….not so sure. Oh and the “deli” is one of the best things about Publix and their stores. Please get it fixed!

This Publix feels a little older and smaller than many of the ones that I regularly shop at, BUT everyone was friendly and helpful as I expect at Publix and I was able to quickly find what I was looking for and check out was relatively quickly thru the self-check-out although I prefer to check out WITH a cashier.

This is about Publix "Aprons Meal For One Cuban-Style Pot Roast." This is not about this particular publix. The meal was very salty with 810 mg (35% the daily value) of salt for the single serving. That I could see from the label, so that was my fault for getting it. What I couldn't tell from looking at it was how much fat was in the meat. I'm posting pictures. I had only had two small bites of the vegetables so that you can see how much of the rest of the tray was supposed to be meat and how much was actually fat that was left after I ate the meat. The leftover fat is at the bottom part of the picture. The vegetables are at the top.

Came in today for my granddaughters birthday cake. Publix has some of the best cakes and pastries. Always order ahead as last minute cake decoratons can come out poorly. Today's however was great. In and out quickly even at a late rush hour. Shelves stocked, clean as always.

Sub preordered wasn't in pick up area. Went to deli and waited in line to get the sub, but was told to go to front counter. There I waited in line again.There was no sign telling me to get sub at front counter. So a quick pick up it was not.

A little different than the other Publix is in Pinellas county like the one on Gulf debate a little bit different, but Publix is Publix and Love!. My Publix is where shopping is a treasure and where it’s a pleasure except for the one on Dale Mabry. And this one on the corner of East base the right if you’re coming from Belcher and East Bay in coming towards it

This store is well managed. The inventory is usually very good. It sadly is in a part of Pinellas that has some disfunctional people. My most disturbing concern is how many people can be seen in the parking lot that are actively smoking weed with young children in the car. This ain't my normal Publix and it's the only one I can all but guarantee I'll see or smell young parents blazing in the car before going inside. Lots of pajama wearers also. It's also the only Publix I've been to that has armed security. But then again the store is clean and clearly well managed. The clientele is what needs improvement. But that won't keep me from shopping there when needed.

This place has a lot to offer the community. Large, great selection of food, plenty of cashiers, a Liquor store, and you can renew your vehicle registration all on-site. For anyone who is still going to the DMV.. try going to publix.. you walk in and walk out within 5 minutes.. and best of all.. no appointment needed.

Last weekend 12/16 I was hosting a 30th birthday party for my boyfriend at an Airbnb nearby, I had preordered from this publix. Unfortunately something went a little awry with my preorder, however Erik in Deli did EVERYTHING in his power to make it right. Incredible staff who made the absolute very best of the situation. Great customer service, incredibly sincere and made sure I left satisfied. I would recommend this publix to anyone for the customer service and holiday spirit alone. One of the best, cleanest supermarkets I've been in. My shopping experience is always a wonderful pleasant time. Publix has many wide varieties of foods and drink. Their displays are always field with the freshest food. A sanitize their cards and stations and are very aware of social conditions.

Publix corner of Park and 49th st is great!Employees are Friendly and knowledgeable. And if you don’t see an item you can fill out form at customer service. I wanted Anys meatloaf and Dr Prawgers General tso… 2 weeks later they were there? This day I wanted the oatmilk that was bo-go but the shelf was empty. I asked employee (pic) if there could be more?….he could have just said “ whatever is there” but instead he went in the back and found it. 🙂. Music is great in this Publix too!

Very friendly, helpful employees. The produce is always fresh. Good prices. Kids can also get a free piece of fruit if a parent opts to not allow a free cookie from the bakery. Just look for the stand, in the produce section, with the alligator on it.

Friendly staff and great customer service. Clearly marked isles, clean store and the items I need and love. And if you like BOGOs as much as I do then you'll love Publix. Best BOGOs in town.
