Groomers were great.However, making an appt for just a nail trim and buff is impossible without actually driving down there and making an appt. It takes forever to reach your voicemail, and you don’t offer just a nail trim online. So I have to physically go to the store, and IF the nail person is there, I then can schedule. If they’re not, I have to leave a note with my info. Come on, just put the nail trim option on the website.

My dog needed her nails trimmed. I was a walk on. I was initially told by one lady that the next available would be a 45 minute wait. Another gentleman then stated he was almost done with his current dog and could take me in a few minutes. Very appreciative of this man’s customer service and friendliness.

Selina K did an amazing job with Mork!!! I had questions when I arrived and she answered all of them., Mork has been abused previously and she made him feel so calm... I really appreciate the job she did! Mork looked so handsome when they brought him out after he was done!

Justyne was very helpful to make our appointments convenient for timing with two pups. She had great suggestions for their haircuts. Also, when I picked both of the pups she leashed them all up for me. Justyne was wonderful and had great attitude. :)

We took both our dogs, Minature Schnauzer and a Maltese, there for grooming. Drooped them off at 10am and was told they should be done a bit 12/12:30. At 12:30 I arrived and only one Schnauzer was partially done. I waited and then was told the Maltese would be ready at 2:30. I brought the Schnauzer home, the haircut was horrible and when she got home she must have stood at her water dish for a couple of minutes. She hadn’t had any water the entire time she was there. At 2:30 I picked up the Maltese, again the haircut was terrible and when we got her home she was so thirsty. Evidently they weren’t given any water the entire time they were there. It’s absolutely unacceptable to me that it should take so long to get a haircut an untrained person would do and for the cost, over $100, it was all unacceptable. I will NEVER use this grooming facility again!!!

My first visit but certainly not my last. My PUG had not been groomed since the beginning of the pandemic and desparate for shampoo and nail trim. She is a senior and arthritic. Justyne listened to my concerns and was very accommodating. My dog looked great and was very happy; which makes me very happy!

Justine is always welcoming and excited to see our dogs (even when they're being unruly maniacs). She always has a smile and is cheerful. The dogs are happy and excited when we pick them up, they look and smell great and their nails are buffed to perfection!

They messed up the date and my phone number and said that I canceled my appointment when I never canceled my appointment I had a flight for the next day and they would not accommodate me so that I can have my dog cut and groomed

Delaney was the best, our little guy is a nervous fella and Delaney was able to cut his nails and bathe him. I appreciate all her efforts and yes we will still visit Petco, although for future nail care we will take him to the vet. He needs a little TLC to calm his nerves.

Bear is always groomed like we like him to be. Grooms are willing to listen to our requests and comply with them. They also check the dog for obvious symptoms which I greatly value.
