I was pleasantly surprised how efficient and friendly the Vet, technicians, and the employees are.My dog had recently had her examination but was due for a rabies shot. Vetco provided the vaccine without requiring another examination. I highly recommend this professional service.

I understand that these are cheap feeder fish but it is absolutely inhumane and disgusting to have this many dead fish inside of a tank there are so many that the filters are covered in dead fish that are stuck to it every single filter in the goldfish tanks is covered I get fish die here and there this is as if they haven't cleaned them in months there are skeletons of fish in the bottom

Very nice and helpful people that work here, but they need to clean the dander better in the store. The minute I wallk in there, I'm sneezing. I always have to make it very quick trips - no time to look for extras.

Jeff did a awesome job grooming our dog Sparky! But we were very disappointed in the price!! We were told it would cost us $ 57 for the total grooming.When we picked up our baby the final price was $75!! We were misinformed from the minute we walked in..Another thing that we we were very disappointed, they even didn't have a bandana to put around his neck,once groomed.You would think at the price they charged us,they would have something available..We have a lot of friends that have pets maybe we should be compensated for our bad experience.

My overall experience with this service has been very frustrating and difficult. I adopted my darling ferret, Hank, a year ago from one of your retail stores. The associate went on and on about how much money I would save every month! He said it was incredible! So, I signed up. I have paid every month. I have tried to order litter, chew sticks, bedding, food and water additives for Hank. I have NEVER been able to access the website. Not from my email, the texts or the app. Yes, I have tried using my password and my savings card #. I even went into the store and the associateS called corporate to assist. That’s another issue. I do customer complaints for a living and your customer service team are just awful. They are rude, disrespectful, dismissive and unkind. I don’t know if they think it’s ok because they assume I am in my 20’s or 30’s to talk down to me. But I have 4 grandchildren! These people are probably my children’s age! The last agent I spoke with kept asking me if I had tried to log into the website. I finally told her that I had explained FIVE times that I could not access the website and I just want to be sure my account is canceled.😡 Honestly, the last delivery cost me two hours off work and I had to walk four blocks to find where the delivery person left it because they refused to bring it down the street to me. I have never had such consistently bad service from anywhere in my life! I know my clients would never stand for this and would be demanding refunds and compensation. Oh- one of your store associates actually told me your company is no longer dealing with ferrets and referred me to Marshall Farms for my future supplies. I stopped in that store yesterday- they had two baby ferrets for sale. So disgruntled!😖

Took my maltipoo to get groomed (bath) today 1/28/2023, the groomer Ariana explained that my dog had hair knots on his bottom area and that she will have to cut all his hair off his bottom area, so she explained that I will have to pay for, Bath, and cut (that’s fine), now fast forward to me picking my dog up… he comes from the back with his face looking the exact same as when I dropped him off, the hair around his eyes was NOT trimmed, he still had eye boogers by his eyes, I asked the groomer (Ariana) why was he not cut around his eyes and why was the eye boogers not not cleaned up, the groomer (Ariana) says to me, “because you didn’t pay for a full cut” I say to her.. from my understanding when you pay for a bath, the sanitary area, and also face gets trimmed, she argues that is not correct, my dog has been getting groomed since 3 months old I’ve never once seen a groomer do a half done job as the groomer (Ariana) has done today, also the store manager (David) isn’t managing anything, he didn’t try to fix the problem or even get a understanding as to what was going on, he said to me “Take better care of your dog he had hair knots all over him” (which he didn’t” I do not recommend this Petco for your pup, they have the worse groomers, they are sorry, lazy, and very unprofessional, and I will be contacting the better business bureau, I will be dropping pics below of my dog, the store manager (David) and also the Groomer (Ariana)

Have been at this location twice. New Fur Baby. Get a free membership and you notice savings immediately! The staff have all been Super Friendly and informative. Easy to talk with. I would recommend this location to anyone. The only thing I would add is for a chair or two. There is no place to sit down at any given time. But as they say you can't have everything!

Had an excellent experience with an associate who's name was Will, he was super knowledgeable about any question I had regarding my new puppy. I left with a properly sized harness, crate, and a dogfood brand that was fitting for my budget and healthy for the dog. I've been at this location many times before but this time Will really did leave a lasting impression, leaving me with no choice but to come back for any future canine and feline needs.

I accidentally sent my pickup order to the wrong Petco. Tony was so helpful. He called the other store, straightened everything out, and I was able to pick up my order from this location instead. Their fish and aquatic plants also look great. It's my go-to fish store.

Buy over 1o fish and 4 snail but they charged $0.10 cents for the recycle plastic bag . If no you have to care them all without a bag . They lied to tell us everywhere charge the same $0.10 cents for each plastic bag . Shame on petco never come back again . Btw the employees work there are so rude with 5 years old daughter . Next time if I want to buy the fish or tank I should come and support the small local shop better than petco

Don’t use the grooming service if you do not want your pet to leave sad, smelling like a wet dog since they don't dry your pet.THE WORST SERVICE EVER, the staff is very rude and they don't give you solutions.I will definitely not return to this place!!

I needed help in sizing my service dog's feet for booties to protect her dog pads. The Customer Service Representative at Largo Mall, Florida helped me to size them on my pet while I kept her still. We quickly sized them, and she was wearing them outside the store to prevent from walking on hot ground. She also helped me to find a dog food that would best for my new puppy to help her grow healthy. I was also informed about the grooming area and dog training classes which could help me to get my pet under control as a puppy. Thank you so much for your help. I am disable and it meant a lot to get the help.

I have been to this Petco to view animals a few times, they have a good selection. It is not massive but it’s not nothing. There pet supplies are abundant with good selection.I noticed the beta fish are all in tiny containers (like they normally are,) the water looks old and they hardly move, they all looked like they were going to die. I am not a beta fish expert but that’s just what I observed.There are people that bring in pets the few times I have been here and the last time a lady brought in a hairless cat which was amazing.

We had our mini-Aussiedoodle groomed at this Petco by Jeff on December 17th. Jeff went above and beyond with great service and did an amazing grooming job on our pup. He spent time asking exactly what we wanted done and then delivered exactly what we asked for. He was great with our dog as well. We will definitely go back for grooming with Jeff.

If I could give no stars, I would! Horrible experience just trying to buy fish! When I was told I could not buy a setup with fish, the sales rep or manager in flip-flops was totally rude infront of my 9yr old just trying to get a birthday present as if he's never spoke to a kid in his life! We buy our cat his royal canine food in a pouch at this place. They are hard to find. I also had a great purchase on a blackmoor fancy goldfish and an oranda. They are now almost 6 inches in length and beautiful!

Great location great staff great adoptable pets! A little bit longer drive for me but I wish I had started coming here last year. Discovered the World's Best litter the Orange bag and it truly is dust free. My little boy has respiratory issues and it was a struggle to find a dust free litter. And finally my prayers were answered ;)
