I love there grooming department ! Melody was great grooming my dog Roxy. They are affordable for bathing, and saves me so much time and energy! Yes I use to use the self serve dog wash but this is so much better ! I do an okay job but they do an even better job, and they are more affordable than most places around here for bathing services. Highly recommend to give it a try if you are tired of using the self serve wash !

Kevin is the manager who greeted us on Easter morning showed us around detailed the products explained everything how to use the self serve dog wash area. His knowledge was outstanding, his demeanor and professionalism was fantastic, we really enjoyed it and we will be back!

Didn’t care for the dog washing station. There were only small terry towels, the shampoo was all watered down so any of it barely lathered, floor was soaked, grates in the wash was bothering my dogs paws, there were no aprons & the pipes were openly dumping water under the drain. For $10 I could’ve just saved the trip and done the same at home with better end results.

I am a big fan of this store!Yesterday, after bathing my dog, a service which I appreciate greatly, I stopped in to ask the groomer if I could get her nails clipped.The young lady on duty. A sweet deaf lady whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, was absolutely wonderful!. She helped us right away and was great with my rather uncooperative Shepherd.I can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism, her expertise and her cheerful attitude.

Absolutely love love love this store!!! Very great customer service and wide selection of merchandise for my pets… Would recommend to anyone with pets or looking into owning pets! I adopted a banana ball python from here and she has been thriving!

They don't take care of the animals very well.I got a guinea pig there recently and she's about 2-3 months old. The day I went to get the guinea I asked if they could trim her nails before I take her home. They told me no and that they don't groom the guinea pigs. So I brought her home a bit annoyed. About 2 weeks later after having her and having her get used to us I found her nails sharp and starting to curl. Which made me mad becausethey didn't even try to trim her nails while she was there. There was also another guinea pig in with mine and is still there and her nails haven't even been delt with. If I had room for another guinea I would love to get the other one but sadly I'm not able to. They claim they're licensed to carry the animals but not maintain them in certain ways while they're there. Makes no sense at all.

The customer service and groom room is always top notch, so this isn't a review of the employees. It's absolutely absurd to charge $50 for the dirty dog self-wash card at the end of 2023, when at the end of 2022 it was $30 at other stores. I don't have the capability to wash my dog at home, but now I'm needing to seek cheaper alternatives for self-washing stations because of "inflation" 😞

The staff is great I was just disappointed in the self service dog wash. No brushed, no ear cleaning stuff. The water wouldn’t stay cool. I had on all cold water cause I have a husky and there already wasn’t a lot of ventilation and the water kept getting warmer which was really weird

I love this store. Just wish they carried more beef and fish products. Everything has chicken in it and my dog has allergies to chicken.I do enjoy shopping at this location, always nice and clean

Nice place, friendly people, We love the DIY dog wash.The selection of products is on par with other stores but in a smaller building it seems.Prices are on par with others as well.The DIY dog wash is $10 but if you purchase a 5 wash card it’s only $25 and considering they provide everything from water, soap, towels and a blow dryer if you dog allows it’s a great value.It give our boy a reason to get out and he seems to like the wash more than the tub at home. I like not having to clean the tub at home afterwards

They need to revamp their online inventory (which they said they are working on), didn’t have the dog food we were looking for even though their website said it was in stock. Made a trip there for nothing. Friendly employees.

I came to Pet Supplies Plus to purchase my German Shepard mix puppies "Earth Animal No Hide Stix" for their birthdays today and I noticed a little black bug. I assumed that it was by coincidence that was on it because the stand was by the front door...my daughter and I looked at the other flavors and I noticed the other flavors in each box had little black bugs "ALIVE & DEAD" on their backs! DISGUSTING! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.☆ UPDATE ☆ I called the day after I posted this and left a message for the owner with a younger girl and she stated she would give to the manager for the owner and its been 7 days since this incident i have NOT received a call back!

Absolutely wonderful helpful knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of pet products. They have from bird, to fish, to cat and dog products. They have a grooming staff and even a self pet wash area. They even carry items for rodents like mice and rats to bunnies...selection of leashes and training items for dogs and plenty of treats

Was there for the self bath station. Everything I was expecting and more. They have two tub, equip for all size dogs. Shampoo, conditioner and towels are all provided. Also a deshedding tool is available. The staff was very nice and helpful for it's my 1st time and had no clue what I was doing. Will definitely be back.

I was surprised. I thought Pet Supplies Plus was incredibly expensive. And it is...but only for certain items. Treats & toys are definitely pricey but for your "better" food brands like Fromm they're actually cheaper than ordering online. I would do some comparison shopping. The store was clean. Staff was helpful although no interaction other than at the register. Definitely get a rewards card to save additional money

Got a betta fish, while its not the prettiest but you know. They dont have a very huge variety of fish and colors as other brands (petsmart ect..) They didnt have much fish decor either but the tanks for their size is pretty cheap such as a 10 gal and others. Great place to get cheap tanks. Overall great service very nice people as well, very helpful and helped me pick this guy out.

I had placed an order with PPS for delivery. I received my items and unpacked them. About an hour later I received another package at my door with a note inside saying that they were sorry that the item was missed from the original order and that they hoped my dogs enjoyed their treat. I didn't even realize that it was missing! I appreciate PPS honestly and for completing my order!

This is quite literally the greatest place on Earth. The ninth wonder I would even dare to suggest, and no, I do not mean the producer. I cannot put into words the enlightened experience of shopping at this store. If you are wondering, "What do they mean by pet supplies and plus? What is the plus?" Then let me tell you friend, it is about the journey, not the destination. The plus is the friends you will make along the way, the workers who guide you along to find the perfect product for you. Come see for yourself. Time is ticking.

My husband and I always took our dogs to the grooming department. We never had a problem until August. We go to pick up our dogs. My boy was cut not once but 2 times. They didn't even call us. The cuts were so bad we had to take him to the vet for stitches. We were told that Julia the groomer was let go and said we could bring them back for a free cut. My boy is so traumatized he attacks when clippers go near him. So, we figured instead of getting a cut we would bring our girl dog in for a bath. The manger and staff was so rude to us and told us we were lieing and that never happened. They were very disrespectful. I guess they also forgot that there vet also seen our dog so there is a record of it. Why are they trying to cover it up. We called upper management and no one will call us back. I don't recommend this place to anyone if you want your dog to come home in 1 piece. We also found out that the groomer that was suppose to be let go is still a groomer there.Not only neglect but very rude staff including the store manager!!!!Update, we were told from the area manager that we would be contacted after my husband calle them. They never did, guess the hole company doesn't care about pets or how there staff treats there customers. Stay away!

This is my go to pet supply store. I like to feed my cats Basic Instinct and Honest food. The prices here are cheaper than Petco and other pet stores. The staff are helpful and accommodating. They always have the cat supplement I like to give my kitty's too. I also like their deals and reward program. Parking is great plus it is next to a really nice Publix.
