Ineffective management with poor communication skills. The french speaking employees (Emmanuel Alliel, Nassim Jammal, and Tamera Winogradsky) were all very impolite and unappreciative for any of the hark work that EA Distribution's employees do for them. A simple 'good job' or 'thank you' would go a long way. Not a very professional place when there's name calling behind people's backs too.

Besides the reviews based solely on employment (or people being upset that they were fairly terminated), EA Distribution is a local company who helps the local economy though commerce, promotional products, local taxes, local hiring practices, and by partnering with many local businesses.I would recommend any of the multiple products manufactured and/or sold through EA Distribution, because there is complete transparency throughout the process. As a CSR, I would be happy to tell you any details about our products, as we are proud to stand behind and sell them.I have been with the company for 3 years now. I've stayed because we are treated respectfully and fairly, in a casual work environment (temps included).
