Had been buying food online for an exotic animal of mine. Was paying $16 for 1 lbs. Stopped in to see what they had to offer and picked me up a 50 lb bag for $54. Dude carried it out to my trunk and everything. Great place.

The prices are fair and the store is very convenient but their stock is very inconsistent. They didn't have 2 different types of feed for 2 weeks and when asked when they will be getting more they responded, "when we sell more stuff to make an order". We had to go to another place farther away to find what we needed. I would like to continue to support Pierson Feed as they are local but if I cannot get what I need. When I need it then I will be forced to shop elsewhere.

It's way too commercial and not specific enough for the needs of many potential c ustomers. We go there to buy the least expensive goldfish we can which we keep in our water troughs to hold down the amount of algae. That way the cows get better water to drink.

Dr Don is awesome! Great services and really good prices. I didn't mind to drive 15 miles from Deland. Saved about 60$ on a visit and vaccination!! I'd suggest this place to everyone I know. Really treats animals good and not overpriced like other places

It's a great feed store. They accommodate all my needs from my favorite equine wormers to shampoos products. And they make sure they are always stocked with my favorite Seminole Feed and 3 string Alfalfa hay. It's nice to know that your feedstore makes sure that they have you covered.

First time I ever been here and went back the next day for another horse round bale! Quality hay and closer for me than the regular hay place....which was out of hay! 🤦‍♂️I believe Pierson Feed may have gained a lot more customers after this past week! 😎

I ordered special food for one of my horses, first week was fine, then went to pick up second week and the man who I spoke with the previous week claimed that I had never spoken to him about ordering the food, when I disagreed he changed his story and said that he sold my food to somebody else by mistake. I have been going to this feed store for five years and we live in a town of less then 2000 people. Only 30% have horses. Mistaken identity on special order food sounds unlikely. I would have understood if the food had not been ordered, but lying straight to face was pretty bad business. They may have the market cornered in Pierson, (lol) but I will never spend my money there again.

Not a very personable group of people. I called for information on vet and the Gentleman on the phone seemed peeved I was even calling. I asked a handful of questions and all had the same answer... " there's no one here today". This simple phone conversation; or no conversation for that matter, didnt make me really want to do business with this company.

Dr.knafer is a good veterinarian but today another vet was working dropped my pup off to get stitches removed and on our way home my daughter said fleas were jumping on her in the car and we look and our dog is infested with fleas!!! And i called and her advise was to come in to get flea treatment which she isnt do to get till jun 5th and then to wash her with dawn soap but this should have never happend in the 1st place she had no fleas!

What ever you do . DO NOT BUY THE ALFALFA Compressed brick. Supposably it was a 1000 pound compress a bail but for horses ate it and it was gone in one week. Also the quality was horrible it was yellow not even green.
