This Circle K Convenience store is located in Barberville but had a Pierson address. This store is new and is quite large. They have a lot of fuel pumps. The store itself is big and well stocked. They even sell hot food and have nice outdoor seating to enjoy your food.

This would have been a 5 Star, but the beautiful new store only has self check out and for me, that is irritating. I understand that this is the new way, but one register for those of us that like an interaction with a human being or don't want to learn how to do self check out, this is disappointing. Other than that, the new store is well stocked, with plenty of gas pumps with ethanol free and diesel as well as diesel pumps for semi trucks. Plenty of parking and space and they still have a Subway inside the store. Edit: There is one actual cash register, but it's only for corrections.

The cashier Audrey or Aubrey, is extremely rude. I work at another circle k and I'm so glad she don't work at my store. Her attitude is just inappropriate and terrible for the customers that we value as a circle k employee! Every training video Ive watched talks about customer values and how they always come first which as they should. However the behavior she displayed today was the exact opposite.

I stopped here at 4 AM on 3/21/2024 to my surprise only to find they had no regular coffee. Seriously with all the circle k locations a district manager could not resolve this issue. Now what prompted my rating I stopped on my return trip for fuel (approximately 52 gallons) only to find no paper available to print a receipt. This is a new store and unbelievable that their corporate office would allow this behavior

The Subway in this store is the most superb! The two ladies that run this subway were extremely clean and the food was fresh!!!! I wish they worked at the subway where I live! Great job ladies you deserve recognition and praise for a job well done! My sandwiches were delicious! Thank you!

Coffee machines are still down it's been several weeks and you can tell the store is losing money. I didn't get my receipt out of the machine again which for this location is rare. I hope this store gets back on track.... on a positive note I would like to say that the staff that runs the stores professional and courteous for the most part. It seems as if the "odd ones" ones have been weeded out.

The staff here is extremely rude and very disrespectful, to the point of having to ask for a manager which the cashier then simply disregarded me altogether. Perhaps the staff here at this store specifically should have to go through a basic etiquette and common courtesy class before being put out into the wild with us. !

Judy needs to get her attitude checked out!She clearly doesn’t know how to talk to people, raised her voice at me and the woman before me. Customer service is the biggest thing in a gas station like Circle K, so giving it a one star.

I have been a customer here for years. And I just can’t say enough about the ladies that work at Subway- friendly, service with a smile but as for the Blonde behind the main register……. Extremely rude and lacks customer service!!!I stopped for a cup of coffee, only two cup sizes to choose from so I grabbed the smaller of the two. Pushed the button for medium and it filled 2/3 of the cup. I then show the cashier that the coffee cup is partially filled and ask, what size cup is this? She replies, Large. I say, well I pushed medium and she quickly says well you’re paying for a large. I tell her that your cups are not labeled how is any one to know what the sizes are this isn’t a guessing game. Well, you have a large cup so I am charging you for a large. I should mention that she said, it wasn’t her fault that I pushed medium and that she was still charging me for a large. My response, no you’re not because now I am not getting coffee at all and I proceeded to spill it out and throw away the cup and exit.This could and should have been handled differently- oh, you’re right. Would you like to fill it up some more or no worries, I will just charge you for a medium. I will be back only to see those friendly smiles from the Subway ladies but refuse to be a customer to Circle K due to the lack of organization and customer service.

Love the people that work there they make you feel like a friend! The deals that Circle K has with their text and games are amazing at saving .20+ off a gallon, or a freebie snack or drink! Even sometimes a free Monster Energy Drink! I love that they have Chevron/Exxon is the gas they sell as a cross country camper Chevron, Exxon, Mobil gets hands down THE BEST MPG! Tried, tested, and TRUE! So for friendly service, great deals both in store and in text and online this is by far my favorite convenience store/gas station.

Cashier had a horrible attitude. If you choose to work with customers you need to make your business welcoming instead of talking down to them like they are stupid or something. I had half the mind to jump over that counter the way this lady was talking. Absolutely crazy. Will not be returning. Can get what I need elsewhere. Whoever was on shift 06/12/22 at 5:45 PM needs to be spoken to about having a professional attitude and manners. The amount of one star ratings at this location is completely unacceptable. Period.

April continues to lie about cleaning the bathroom they claim to clean it but they just push dirt around and when confronted about the lie she gets defensive instead of trying to fix the problem she avoids eye contact rolls her eyes and pretends like the fact that I’m trying to help her, before coming to the point of leaving a bad review, is bothering her. This place is filthy, dirty, disgusting.The soda machine has Mildew and dusty on top, the hole store is disgusting, floors and every door inside is nasty to even touch it, if this is the way the store is so is the management and top manager of the company that runs the business, shame on you!!!!
