Good selection of food and accessories, as you'd hope for a supermarket like this.Staff were great and honest - I complained about how cold it was in there and said to turn down the ac in December and I was told the owners of this store/building won't allow the heating to be on. So it wasn't high ac - nothing was switched on at all. It was unbelievable how cold it was. The locals knew and were all dressed up in coats but it was sunny outside. Jeez...

They do have a good selection of meats. But.....The employees I believe are hired just to make one feel very unhappy.And the prices are really up there. 75% of there foods can be obtained at Walmart across the street, for 1/2 the price.

Almost always never crowded. Always a clean store. Friendly and very helpful staff. The fresh produce seems to run out very quickly and the meat department seems to have slim pickens at times. Though they do have a lot, I wish they had more healthy and gluten free options.

The Customer Service is awesome. The front desk went above and beyond to get in an out of stock item. I got a call from Renee when the item arrived. This store is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Very expensive nowadays. There are not Whole Foods. Nice lady in training in produce. No one at deli spoke. Was told you can't check out at the service desk, which is strange after my 29 years in retail, you were always check out at service desk, I have worked the service desk at Publix, Goody's, Kohl's and K-Mart. The pharmacy dept was total pros like always. Love their pharmacy.

Great place to get crabs and friendly service from Cashiers. We always grab crab legs with Cajun seasoning and steamed but this time, they added garlic butter and blew my moms mind. Just what she needed for a great Mother’s Day treat. Very happy with this location and will definitely return.

Clean store and friendly staff. Deli too forever to order - not because they were busy, but because the person had NO TRAINING. Super slow, couldn't find the meat, couldn't work the slicer.Other than that, the deli meat was fantastic tasting, and I've never been in a cleaner Winn Dixie before. Very impressed!!!!!!

The store is clean and has some good options. However you will never be able to find an employee for help. And on the odd chance you do you have a very small chance that they will be friendly. Calling there is a great way to have the rudest person working answer the phone. Went in twice to get a cake done could never find someone and when I did I would be rudly talked to and I'd leave immediately after. Tried calling and that was an even worse experience. At that point I asked for a manager in hopes maybe I'd get the bakery and was told they never allow anyone to talk to the manager and hung up. So with that I'll take my business elsewhere since the obvious could care less about business and customer service.

Well? We are traveling through Florida and stopped in Perry for a nice little break from our trip enjoying the KOA campground in town. Decided to do a little grocery shopping. We went to Walmart in town and immediately noticed that it was a very unkept, dirty store. Even the parking lot! Not what we are used to. The next time we needed groceries we decided to go to Winn-Dixie in town. From the minute I set foot in that store I could not believe how neat and tidy the store was. I would never ever write a review on a grocery store. This deserves it. It looks like a movie set! It was something to behold! Bravo. Great job. The shelves were so amazingly organized and lined up it looked like nothing I’d ever seen in a grocery store before. WOW guys!!!

I hate to say this, but it's the absolute truth.I got food from the help yourself ready-made food. The shrimp was awful. I couldn't even chew it it had cooked so long. It was mainly all breading and no shrimp.The scalloped potatoes were terrible, the broccoli and cauliflower was just awful I couldn't eat it. But the Wonder of it all it was only 1:00 and lunch time was at 12:00 so I would think that the food would be fresh but I was so disappointed I would have liked to taking it back but I threw it away instead.I enjoy their cold sodas I think that's a wonderful thing that they do. They do a lot of good things but they definitely need to improve on that food bar. $6 and something a pound and I had to throw it away.

Always have a pleasant time when shopping at Winn Dixie. They are good with having there fresh meat's on display and l love their sales they have on Wednesdays. Pharmacy staffs are always nice and polite too. They make sure I have all my medication I need and never run out. Service is always with a smile with Winn Dixie.

Just did my weekly shopping at the New WinnDixie and it’s nice to see a clean well organized store for a change. I haven’t shopped in this store for well over a year, I drive to Live Oak and shop At Publix. I’ve heard so much about the new and improved WinDixie in Perry so I stopped in to do my regular shopping. My total cost for my normal weeks shopping was $265.00, absolutely ridiculous pricing for the same things I get much cheaper at Publix where my normal bill would be $150-175.00.WinDixie, you will never be Publix so bring down your prices so your community can do their grocery shopping in your store and not have to drive an hour to a better store and spend less money. I will never shop here again, it’s a total rip off. It’s sad that everything people are forced to go through these days, a store would take advantage of them. You have a clean store, it should have always been clean so why charge so much for for the same foods? Sad!

Shopping here is great when you're In a rush and have the membership to get the sales. It's faster then standing in one of the three check outs open out of twenty or waiting for a self checkout spot to be open so you can do someone's job for them while being watched closely by a Walmart employee so closely you feel like you stole something just to pay for your items and go to leave and be asked for your receipt by the supposedly "customer greeter" that's there to welcome you inside but really they're actually there to check to see if you paid for everything you have before leaving the store. Makes you feel like your doing something wrong even though your not so when leaving the store you kinda feel awkward. So if you just need something for food and want to get in and back out without feeling weird after waiting for 30 minutes or more in a line or 5-30 minutes to do someone's job and feel like a suspect in the process, then this is definitely a great option for you.
