I was able to find everything on my list and I was even able to get some chocolate covered Bavarian cream donuts which were delicious. This Walmart even had regular cashiers working the registers and packing the groceries. I was not even checked at the door for my receipt. I loved this Walmart. I hope it stays the way it is. Thank you Walmart

I was going to use Apple Pay at self check out well it turns out that Walmart doesn’t take Apple Pay. And that’s fine. I was not mad about that . I was very angry at the attitude I was greeted with when I asked the question. The woman proceeded to say don’t get mad at me because we don’t take it . It’s not my fault. And I proceeded to tell her that I was not mad at the fact that Apple Pay was not taken there I was angry at her attitude. Do better with your customer service. I was polite asking a simple question and was greeted with the coldest we don’t take Apple Pay and an eye roll . So I won’t be coming back. Winndixie is my go to now employees are very nice to customers :)

I absolutely love the options for curbside pickup and home delivery if you don't feel like going in. Best thing Walmart ever came up with. I also like the variety of products they have.

Usually, I have good experiences at this store. I must give an extra shout-out to an employee, Jennifer, that I interacted with yesterday. I believe she was doing order picking by the meat/deli case with pizza. She went out of her way to look up an item that was not on the shelf. She went to the back to find it for me. She was a very kind and helpful young lady. I've had many of these experiences here. The only negative I have about this store is I wish they had ship to store and the wait to checkout. I understand most places are understaffed atm. Also fixing locks on the bathroom stalls in the back would be fantastic.

I like Perry Walmart cause it's easy to find what you want. And the employees are very helpful. The greeter at the door, Anthony is so helpful and friendly.

Zero stars. Do not recommend.Waited in line at the 3 checkouts open and it was taking a while so I decided to use self checkout. So I waited in line there too. There’s nothing on the sign that says you can only use self checkout for so many items. After I start checking myself out, a lady comes over and tells me I need to go wait in line for a register and can’t check out here. As I’ve already waited twice I continued. Then I needed a security strap taken off my item and she told me I’d now need to go wait in line at the service desk. What a mess. I even saw the magnet key there by her. So I go to the service desk and she can’t find the key. Why? Because it’s over at self checkout. The employees at self checkout were rude and shouting at people rather than walking over to them and helping. They seemed more intuit their own conversations. I’m glad I don’t live here and never have to come back to this location.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Careful when buying any meat here. I bought a 3 pound roll of ground beef and took it home it smelled rotten and I hadn't even opened it yet. When I had my wife return ed the meat there was no apology whatsoever. Went back 3 days later and the ground beef in the rolls literally smells like wet dog. I would be careful buying anything perishable here. Shameful on the management. Think I'll call OSHA to inspect the store and do my shopping at Winn Dixie from now on

Nice store friendly staff the only thing different between this one and Hastings is self check here you can only do 20 items in Hastings you can do your whole cart. There’s no problem with that. The lady that checked us out was very friendly.

I've come to the realization that Walmart/Great value translates to far less quality. Although great value products cost a few cents cheaper giving you a false sense of economic buying power, ask yourselves how much you end up throwing away because their products are substandard compared to Brand named products. It's all about the turnover and repetitive sales. Face it Walmart brand sucks.

October 2020,Sad to say they have gone down hill at this Walmart.Middle of thebday, NOT that busy. Literally NO shopping carts at ALL.We ended up using in store containers to get our stuff & returning them.Another customer said this is an everyday issue.2019This is one of the better Walmarts. They have actual cashiers, at least more than one. They keep their store stocked a lot better than most Walmarts. This store is kept cleaned up & organized most of the time. Even when they were putting all the Christmas stuff up, they didn't just leave stuff sitting anywhere as they stocked.My only complaint, their selection in children's clothing is very limited. They just don't have much of a selection. Here it was, October-November and it is hot here in North Florida. Yet they are selling winter jackets like you should get up in the northernmost states if they were having snow & it is in the 90s here.

This store is just the right size not too big or small. Hubby works there and recently moved from the meat department with a $2raise to the deli dept. main complain I have is no one is ever the jewelry department. 😊

This store smells like raw sewage in the entrance on the grocery side. They keep changing the rules for self checkout. One week it will be 20 items or less, and the next week it won't be.It wouldn't be an issue if they actually had other registers open, but they don't. There is usually only 1 line open at the middle one where the tobacco products are sold.Also, I have never seen a store that uses so many plastic bags. They double bag EVERYTHING. Even single items get double bagged. If you make an order for delivery or pickup it's pretty much guaranteed that they will put all of your items in their own individual bags. I don't really blame the employees for doing this because I believe this is how they are trained. Management needs to do better. You can walk around in the parking lot and find plastic bags in pretty much any spot you look. All of the waterways around here are full of Walmart bags.

I'm sorry, but I truly enjoy Wal-Mart. I'm here "at least" 3x a week.The employees are, oh so helpful, kind and enjoyable to talk with.There's a new manager here, and she is one adroit professional, and a pleasure to speak with.I almost always receive a helping hand with a group of happy, honest, friendly workers.They really do a wonderful job.Thank you.

They need more staff training. I get too much anxiety from shopping there feeling like they don't want customers there and they just want to go home. That is rude, in my opinion. To hear employees talk to each other about closing or going home. The store is clean and they have most everything you need.

The store is clean and there are many options to choose from but the workers are not so helpful. There was no one to help with fitting rooms even after waiting for 15+ minutes. Also our cashier , Ishia was apparently having a rough day because she stopped mid scanning someone groceries to have a conversation with a woman and rant about some issues she was having then by the time it was our turn she turned her anger onto our poor groceries. She would just throw out items into the bags and at one point spun the bag holder around so hard that one of our bags went flying onto the floor. I said “ seriously?” And she responded “ that was not my fault” so I guess the grocery bags can fly at this store… who knew? Anyhow great store but there needs to be some weeding done in this garden.

The eye of hurricane Idalia came through Perry and the area to the north and smashed the town pretty good. Lots of trees down, roofs smashed and lives shaken. Wal Mart had their sign all smashed up, but once inside, it looked pretty normal. I'm volunteering with hurricane clean up and needed a sandwich and energy bars. The Murphy's Gas Station outside didn't look like it had been touched.

Yesterday at the perry location I was in my car waiting on order a man was very disrespectful to I young lady walking in the location talking loudly. So I walked in behind them to make sure she was ok. Cause a man should not be talking to anyone in that manner. I saw her call for Ap they never came for 20 minutes, and then when he did, he talked with the guy who was very disrespectful and was talking to the young lady very aggressively. And made the comment. Do you want to get shot at Walmart. Now I know this isn't part of his job, and the tone he had was very disrespectful also and not in his title. Another older lady who worked there was just looking and not stopping this issue. I see staff love to point the finger, and not stopping is a bigger problem. One thing about me is that I always look at your name tags just in case your job isn't done correctly. So Ap guy M is what I'll call you today and staff P. Homeoffice want not be happy with the leadership you give. The other online staff was more helpful and knowledgeable about what steps to take than them 2. Leadership is a title that is given, but everyone has leadership etiquette.

It's a Walmart, huge store, very clean. Stopped to pick up bottled water. Area had been through a hurricane, parking lot was filled with FEMA trailers, there were volunteers running smokers giving out meals of smoked turkey legs, peas and carrots and peach cups. Turkey was delicious. The rest, well, it's a Walmart, though this one was very neat and clean and HUGE

It just gets worse every time I have to go in there... one regular register open and self check out is now for 20 items or less only. That and the smell of sewage at the front of the store when you walk in makes it a very unpleasant place to shop. Much nicer to order delivery or pick up

Check expiration dates before you put items in cart. On multiple occasions I have seen ( bought with out knowing till I got home) expired or past sell by dates on items on shelves. From sweet tea to bread/bagels. This Walmart needs a overhaul, open freezers are falling apart and leaking. Check out area needs a good cleaning. How hard is it to wipe down the belt you put your items on? every time it’s filthy. If you provide wipes I’d do it myself. Self check out is only express 20 items or less, I’d much rather use it at least it’s clean but I can’t. Store is out of a lot of items most of the time example; milk, almond milk, freash fruit, frozen food items like broccoli etc. I will say employees I have interacted are always kind and helpful. The store it’s self needs a lot of work. Do better Walmart the people of this town deserve better. The people who visit this area deserve better.

Hard to find what I am looking for since nothing is in the right spot. Even if I find the item who knows what the price is. If you are lucky there might be 2 registers open but honestly you are faster to do self check out or you are waiting half the day in a checkout line. I do not work there yet do better work than most employees by doing self checkout. You will never find someone able to help or have the knowledge you are looking for so not worth the time to bother asking.
