Loved shopping here. The entire store was just fantastic. The staff were so nice and helped me find what I was looking for and even put it in my vehicle for me. Love this store ❤️Will absolutely be shopping here again.5 Stars

This place used to be a joy to shop at but lately it's a nightmare. I don't know if the management has changed in the last year or what, but there are only a few employees that seem to want to help you and it sure isn't the management. When the website says they have 5 of an item in stock and they have one on the floor and the rest in the back, nobody is willing to get them for you. Instead, you have to return the next day to get them. But yet, the next day comes, you try again to get the items, and was getting turned away again until one employee stepped in to help get them. Management's response was an eye roll and dismissive wave of hand to the customer. Customer service is not one of her strengths. This is not the only time I've had issues at this location recently with the same manager. I will not be spending anymore of my hard earned money at this store. And P.S. clean the nasty dried boogers from the men's restroom. Disgusting.

Love TS! Most of the staff is very helpful & nice everytime we come. The cashiers always make sure we know about the rewards & benefits. There have been a couple of grumpy employees toward the back when you happen to run into them & ask for help. Everyone has bad days, just remember that your kindness, or lack thereof, can change someone's whole day 😌

Never been in one before. Very clean and fully stocked. Some things are pretty expensive and others are incredibly low prices. Depends on what you are looking for I guess. Staff was helpful, well dressed, and very knowledgeable about what they had and did not have. Fairly impressed.

I have been satisfied with the local store generally. However, I am disappointed today. I need some bar oil for my pruning saw. The store was out. The problem is they had several new chain saws but no oil That has to be a sale killer. If I had needed a saw they had gas but no oil.

I don't go here often, but everytime I've been the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Great place to buy vaccinations for your cats and dogs. My kids love this place too.

Clean store wish they sold bales of HAY there I have to drive to another tractor supply to get the hay? So that store ends up loosing a sale cause I buy my hay grain at the same time makes it easier.

The management and employees are on 2 different pages . About store policies ect . The worst store customer service around PerryDon't bother with online or ordering over the phone at this location??????????????? Please educate your employees

I said it last time I went to the Perry store .that was going to be it ..Well I made the mistake of going agine.i will never step foot back in that store. The help is by far more interested in gabbing with each other up front than helping customers that are asking for help. Five employees gathered up front .I needed propane .no one would help .there was a young man out side putting cables thru the things out front it was starting to rain.we as I ed for help.the rude young lady told us we don't sell propane when it's raining. ..then when we left the store the young man asked did we find what we needed ? I told him no that 5 employees where to busy talking to each other and where told you don't sell when it's raining. Well he went in and came back to fill our tank. The same girl screams out the door across the parking lot I already told her man .No....he just hung his head and said sorry about that..we got our tank filled and left..unhappy with the help. .except that young man who appeared to be the only one in the whole store working..OK Tuesday of this week we went back .mistake but it is the last time.same girl to busy talking to help us .when paying for propane. I only got half of what we paid for..my husband asked do you have tiki torch oil? She looked at him and asked well did you look? What the hell are you kidding me. We left and will not be back ..where was the manager at? Why are these girls not working , why are they still working there????
