I brought a fitting took it home didn't fit I Got thewrong size took it back and they replaced it. Got home opened it up and realized they gave me a female end the one I took back was a male end. So I took it back and they would not replace it. I know it says on the door they won't replace or give money back on opened packages BUT this was their fault they replaced it with the wrong one. Glad it wasn't that expensive. They got it going on they would have made double there money on my me. NOT! TSC from now on.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Most of the time you will get asked can they help you immediately upon entry which I like as it reduces the time searching for items you came in to get. They'll also leave you alone if you just want to browse. Good inventory levels.

Coming from a larger town in central Missouri It was a bit of a cultural adjustment in being in a small Florida town. Ragan’s hardware store fast became the hardware store of choice. Nice, polite, knowledgeable employees no matter their age. No matter my dilemma they were always there to help and make my chore list from my brother easier to tackle. The military/veterans discount was a pleasant surprise as the Ace store from where I’m from doesn’t off one. Thank you for reminding me what a joy small town friendliness is. I will use you again on my next list

Everything was great. They had a kerosene heater wick replacement which I was surprised I could find in Perry without ordering online. They are well supplied in home items and the customer service is friendly and welcoming. Great place to go if you're in need for something to repair or replace for your home without spending outrageous prices.

I have no complaints about the cashier, as he was very professional. However, I visited the store at a time when they are rearranging items, I guess. All in all, I had a pleasant experience and it would have only been better if they had had the item that I needed...therefore, 4 out of 5 stars.

Beyond great service, both owners went above and beyond for us. We went to several local stores in need of 3 culverts and were told they couldn't order them even told by Gulf Coast Plumbing he would have to place 5,000 order.So Ace is the Place!!! Ordered 3 culverts on Monday and picked them up Friday all in the same week!!OUTSTANDING LOCAL SERVICE

Worst service ever! We purchase a eco 8 waterless hot water tank from them with a lifetime warranty and after a year it quit. Guess what they didn't receive our warranty card so they say it is not covered and they want you to troubleshoot the system. We contact the phone number they give us and three different people stating they would email the information and never received it. It says lifetime warranty, but after buying it then it is a limited warranty. Bad bad customer service they do not stand behind their products and want the customer to do all of the work on the unit and pay someone to come out and fix the unit, before they do anything. That is not a lifetime warranty that is a lifetime problem.

We heard an advertisement on the radio for a product we needed. When we arrived at the store, nobody knew anything about the advertised item, including the owner! He informed us that the sale started next month, but the commercials said... sale going on now! They would not give us the advertised sale price and we won't give him anymore of our business. About an hour later guess what we heard on the radio... the same commercial that encourage us to patronize his store. No Thanks

Pretty impressed. Grabbed the last couple of what I needed, but at least they had it. Prices were better than any of the ace hardware stores in Tally or PC. Will definitely be going back.
