A surprisingly not terrible store. It looks like it was remodeled in the last few years and features long aisles with lots of stock available. The bakery department is about average in size but the prepared meals, cheeses and produce are larger than other stores in the area. Prices are a little high but if you shop carefully and use the app to get digital coupons and rewards it softens the blow a little bit.

Rented a carpet cleaner today, and it was filthy. I showed the CSR a picture of what I had to clean before I could use it. He gave me a thumbs up and told me I was good to go. So I guess before taking one of their machines, make sure it's clean don't just assume it's ready to use. Yuke!! Attached is a picture of what I had to clean before I could start my project.

Just picked up some necessary things. Store was clean and well organized.Workers were polite and assisting. Fresh food was well maintained and inviting.I had an effective and efficient experience: I got what I wanted and was in and out in no time.

Martha Golf and Gary Bradley are the best pharmacists in Pensacola in my opinion. I believe Jarred is the name of the tech who also is super caring and is great at his job. They all work together and communicate with each other. They stay on top of their game and get their customers out as quickly as possible. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful words to express how thankful I am for these awesome people who work at winn Dixie. I can say that I have been treated with the upmost respect every time I come here.

As far as the grocery sections, it's fine. The problem with some of the employees. My guess is only a few people in there think they're getting a fair wage. They are the few who smile. The rest look like they'd rather be at the dentist.

Good place to shop with other businesses around in walking distance. Cashier was less enthusiastic as me but I overlooked that.

Love the new look. They really work hard to make it a great grocery store. I absolutely love the deals on meat. If you shop the deals you can get great values. They are super customer oriented and have always treated me right. Much better than the faceless careless Walmart.

The deli man Kris was so awesome. He was onto his game. Answered ever question I had professionally. However I called before I came and who ever it is that answers the calls answered with Hello and then was just quiet. I said is this windixie and said is that the number you called. It's October 8th 2023 at 504 pm. What an unprofessional person. Get rid of that girl. Kris tho raise that man's pay.

Winn Dixie was doing their cleanup and getting ready to close when I went there. The produce was healthy, fresh, and mouthwatering. W.D. had bagged and sealed any fresh food items that didn't sell near the end of the night. It all looked good! The store was clean and the crew was nice.

Winn Dixie is a really good grocery store. The employees are so cordial and helpful. The prices are a little higher than they should be. Shopping the sales is the best strategy here.

I do not understand why customer service does not open as soon as the store opens. Store opens at 7 am and customer service opens at 8 am. Much happier to shop at Publix because they at least have customer service open at the same time the store opens. If customer service doesn’t open until 8 am, you need to put a sign up at the desk telling customers so we do not wait for someone to show up only to be told it opens at 8 am. Makes 0 sense and you are missing your early morning shoppers as a result. People will go to Publix down the road if you keep things this way. The store upgrades are nice however you could improve on your customer service. If you allow people to come to customer service when the store opens, they will without a doubt buy extra goods and you will still make money. They would buy grab and go deli/bakery items on the way to work. You are missing a lot of business. You may not like having customer service open but it draws in extra business in ways you do not know. People buying/cashing lotto tickets as well would purchase extra items in the store.

Terrible store…the prices are high and the selection is bad. So bad, in fact, that I put stuff back and left to go somewhere else. 5 dollars for a bag of spinach? And it isn’t even that fresh!

Today I needed SUPER BOWL snacks while they were still BOGO. Got almost every thing I needed. Every time I go in the Blue Angel Pkwy store they have moved thing's around, So I'm basically going UP & down ALL of the aisles to find what I need. Also I got A l DID GET a lot of Mark down products. That OUT dated today. Whoo Hoo.

I have been going to this Winn-Dixie as long as I've lived down the road from it for 16 years. Here are the positives... I've always loved that it's just like our very own hometown grocery store. I always see someone I know when I'm there. The BOGOs are awesome, of course! I usually buy stuff that's on the BOGO sale even if I don't need it, because it's a good deal. I didn't buy a ton of stuff today, but what I bought was $100; if I had gone to Walmart, it would have cost me twice that. Here's the negative side.. They have been remodeling the store for a while now. It's very difficult to find what I'm looking for now. There is spotty internet, which meant I couldn't clip coupons, and I usually have a multiplier in my app, but not today. That's another thing that changed.. the app, don't get me started. While the kids that were working today were nice, none were "friendly," meaning when I spoke, they returned the pleasantries. They were stocking on every aisle, yet most shelves were almost bare. The bathroom was clean, but there were no paper towels. I am not sure where the seafood department went, but they did have what I needed.. exactly one of what I needed. Not a soul working in the department either. I miss my store! The way it was set up was perfect.. of course, I'm the type of person that thinks, why fix what's not broken? I stopped shopping here regularly, about a year ago, to give them time to finish moving things around, but it was disappointing to see it's no farther along now than it was then. I guess the days of "hi, how are you today? Can I help you find anything?" are long gone. So, I will still stop in time to time to see what's on BOGO or to pick up one or two things, but my big shopping business will be done at Publix. Management should consider how the consumers feel about things before moving forward with unnecessary changes.

Lots of gluten free options. Everything on the shelf has a color coded label so that people with celiacs can easily find food that is safe without spending hours in the store. More stores should take notes of how they handle gluten-free products! Bravo. Plus they have a kiosk up front that gives you coupons every visit and you get points to save towards future purchases. Last purchase we got $18 worth of free points to pay toward our next visit.

Customer service is awful, hate automated service ruins the store. The lady watches you do her job and you have to listen to annoying robo cashier blare the prices in your ear no way to mute it. Your store will shutdown if you continue to use this system!!!!

Winn Dixie has always been hit and miss with produce and meat selection. However the customer service is getting worse. They want you to coddle them when they are wrong but don't want to apologize when they make a mistake. They have employees like Jessica and Jennifer who would rather make false accusations and not apologize. They swear it's not a race issue due to one of the pharmacist having a "black wife" was the male pharmacist words. But in a moment where I'm surrounded by 8-10 people that don't look like me and being called aggressive while not moving especially when it was Winn Dixie made the mistake doesn't look or feel right.. So I was aggressive enough for you to surround me but not enough to call the police. ...? Poor customer service, questionable customer practices. Followed up with corporate

Pharmacy is terrible. I've been going here for several months and had to make several trips. Seem they can never fill the prescriptions!!! Will never use this pharmacy again.Love the grocery side of the store, clean, and staff is always willing to help. They are a 10 in my book.

Once again the Deli crew prepared a feast for the man I help out. I got him some tender roast beef...wonderful mashed potatoes and gravy...chicken and dumplings...and green beans! He is in heaven chowing down! The deli people at the Blue Angel Winn Dixie need a raise! They go above and beyond to create a wonderful meal!😊

I can never get the pharmacy to answer the phone. In today's economy people on fixed income can't be driving all the way there to get the information when it can be relayed via phone. Even here in Florida gas is over $4 a gallon.

Love the BOGO section right at the front of the store! Decent selection on items. With meat prices going up over the last 2 years we don't buy as much. With that said, we can usually find a package or two of something for a good price. Very rarely any empty shelves for the items we want.

Worst store ever! I go to express self check out, they aren't working. I tried three of them. You need to train your employees. They do not have the knowledge to reset a self pay checkout. Go to check only to be waiting on person with 25 items. He gets to last item and of course, he wants to change out his chicken. Good Lord, tell the guy to go back through the line after paying for what he already has. Stupid, waited on him and waited on slow store clerk. I had one item. This store is not clean. They are remodeling And nothing is clean. Sad, very sad. Train, train ,train. Your employees are clueless.

This WD is always a pleasant experience and I've been shopping here since it was built. Competent and friendly employees, well staffed, no long lines, clean. I can't give it 5 stars because it's not Publix! 🤪 But it is a perfectly good place to shop.
