This review is for the pharmacy. We travel all over America, and use Walgreens where ever we travel. This Walgreens is the absolute worst that we have ever used. They need to train all their employees how to process prescription prices when you are using Singlecare or GoodRX. We had to get into a heated debate with them in order to get the discounted price. They wanted to charge the insurance which was $6 higher than the Singlecare price. Terrible customer service and they have an attitude when waiting on you.

Horrible experience tonight. I went in to purchase items and had a $10 rewards if you purchased $10 merchandise. When I got to the counter , I advised Tavish the male cashier of that. He said it should work. He executed the sale and it did not work. I advised him and he said well it should have. I asked him to call the manager up and he said he would get in trouble. I asked him again and he called her. She hastily came up , complaining of being too busy to deal with it. He tried again and it did not work. I asked him to void the sale. He did and said it would take a few days to credit back to my card. He is young, scared, no people skills and has absolutely no business working with the public. Tavish needs to learn his job. Very disappointed with this location and their staff. It use to be the best one around. Now , it’s by far the worst.

Well a Ms.Sky at Domino's Pizza on pine Forest road has what you call common courtesy and it is so great because some people don't have it and the pizza ow my God a peace of heaven I swear

Great customer service every time I visit this store, especially from Kassie. She went the extra mile to help me in the photo department! Very personable people who are super nice & fun to talk with. They’re always willing to help me find the things on my shopping list, which is rare these days. Thanks, you are the best!

Stephanie at this location is the BOMB. CVS clustered up my scripts and then just sent me packing. I went down the road to Walgreens and everybody down there I've delt with is amazing. Recommended!!!

I really enjoy their FedEx drop off service that they offer, I am here about once a week and they are always very friendly and helpful. I've also found that a lot of the items in here are a lot cheaper than some of the other places I shop, I just wish they took my insurance and then I would not have to go the cvs ever again.

We had a very good experience with this Walgreens. They easily received our prescription from Walmart pharmacy. They worked smoothly with my Tricare and made sure everything was ready to go. They also made sure we understood everything we needed to know about our prescription.

Was picking up a prescription for my Fiancé. Didn't catch the name of the pharmacy tech, but she had red/blonde hair and was extremely rude. As a nurse, I can definitely understand that sometimes your job is frustrating and customer service is a struggle, but some effort goes a long way. I don't think I was able to complete a single sentence without her cutting me off, and she was more interested in talking about how she wished she was clocking out than actually finishing her job so she can leave. The one star is for actually being able to pick up the medication.

The worst, they are rude they don't answer the phone then when they do it 30 to 1hour then when you finally do get to speak to the pharmacist he was rude it amazes me that when people are truly sick and they're trying to get their medicine and have had two major surgeries the you would think that you would try to work with the patient to get their prescriptions done right but not Walgreens they're going to do whatever it takes to make your life a living hell and already put someone who's feeling at their very worst they're going to add to that person's problems by being unhelpful rude and ugly.

This location is the slowest Walgreens I had to use. The pharmacy seems either understaffed or just doesn't care. Maybe corporate Walgreens should consider looking into this matter and replacing or adding staff. Staff also seems to be bothered by the drive thru rather than greeting the customer. I would go elsewhere if I could.

The same prescription has to be filled every month and without fail the inept pharmacy seems determined to create a problem. With so many bad reviews it is obvious they couldn't care less. It is time to take the necessary steps to change the pharmacy preference to Publix. If you have decent service be prepared for that to change for the worst. With bad service, expect no change.

What an absolute pile of garbage. Filled my first 2 prescriptions from my non-local Doc no problem, but today they now can't. No policy change, same medication, same doc, but, can't fill the RX because "We just can't fill from non-local providers anymore"

Was the first walk in to the clinic, nobody in the store or checked in online, yet at a WALK IN CLINIC I was told to wait in my car until my apt 6 hours later. Also tried to schedule online apt the day before but your website is broken.

Recently I had to come back to Walgreens cause of a insurance change. Walgreens pharmacy is awful. They are incompetent. I take pain medication three times a day. The person I talked to wouldn't let me fill till the 31 instead of the 30th. They are closed on the 31 for memorial day. So I had to be in pain all day and go threw withdrawls from not having any pain pills in my system all cause of ignorance. It WILL be brought to their attention. Will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Every months I have issues with them. Not once. In a while it is every single month. I have since left Walgreens and won't be back.

As far as wait times. I've never had and an issue. Waiting 15 mins or so to get your prescription is a norm at any pharmacy. Complaining a out waiting in a drive thru made for you convenience is kind of ridiculous. The staff is everything but mean. They are awesome. Anyone one would beg to differ, has obviously held no form of employment, least not retail or general public if I had to guess. The rest of you find something else to do like work on your social tact. Your rock Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff not the nicest. Was told twice on a visit they would be right with me. After about 3-4 minutes of waiting they come to the counter to tell me they had nothing for me. Used their app and selected this location and then was told it’s at another location. You would think their systems would be up to date to flag them to call their customer or alert on the mobile app that there is an issue. I chose this location due to work but will be seeking a new location with a friendly staff, prompt to in face customers, and offer to follow up right away. Maybe they just need more employees or call for help when backed up.

I'm not sure who's at fault for this first part but it seems like anytime my doctor escribes a new prescription Walgreens does not receive it and leaves me to do the work in trying to figure out why.Staff has never been kind. Only exception is Jeremy who didn't give me an attitude. The ladies, especially one who where's glasses always seems to act like I'm an inconvenience to her.I'll be switching pharmacies asap, I don't recommend this location at all.

The drive-thru pharmacy needs to change their process. If someone is bring a script and going thru drive thru, let them go park while it's being made ready. Others in-line, whose scripts may have been called in hours earlier, should be able to "grab and go". (The line today was 7-deep, waiting on one car, for 30 minutes).

I had a really bad ear infection and had to get immediate relief. I scheduled a visit at the Minute Clinic and was seen by the ARNP Tiffany Cook. She was very inviting and made me feel at ease when I was in a world of discomfort. She did a great job and should be recognized.

Unfortunately, I need to use this Walgreens store for RX, but also body care, diabetic supplies and general items. This store is short of these items. Also, cold drinks are usually empty. This has been consistent way before the pandemic. Not sure if management or corporate is responsible. Also, landscaping is full of weeds. A huge pothole when you turn off Pine Forest road.

Update your website and update your signs. Stood in line for thirty minutes for a "walk in" covid vaccine to be told appointment only...get it together! I understand staffing shortage but it would of literally took the lady there seconds to put me in the system because there are multiple appointments available!!

Cashier would not let me purchase tobacco products because my brother and his son was in the store prior to me coming in. I spoke to my family and then we were still talking and she said that she needed to see everyone ID even though they were there first and I had arrived 10 minutes after them. I honestly believe the woman was showing discrimination.

During my life, I've noticed most people talk about the negative things that have happened to them, rather than the good. Most anyone can find bad in something if they look for bad. I recently was prescribed drops for my eyes I needed to use right away. My regular Walgreens, close to my work, did not have it in stock, so they called other Walgreens to find the Walgreens at Pine Forest Road and 9 Mile Road had what I needed. Taylor informed me, my insurance did not cover this, what I would call a rather exspensive, prescription. I paid cash, as I needed to start the drops immediately. That could have been the end of it, but between Taylor and Pepper, they got my insurance company to pay for the drops and 2 days later, Laura gave me a refund less my copay. You can look for bad in all this if you want to, but I see "ALL GOOD" Thanks Walgreens

Horrible serviceI waited at the drive thru pharmacy for over 20 mins. Once I finally got to the window the employees were avoiding the window completely. I hit the call button and they all avoided even looking in my direction. After waiting more 10 mins with absolutely no customer service I finally left. I have always had great service until tonight.

We have given this pharmacy 6 months to get their act together for no other reason than the convenient location. We have had nothing but problems. The pharmaceutical department is the biggest group of ignorant people I have met. They have done everything from charge us for another person's prescriptions to bill our insurance company for the wrong refills. The latter of the two caused a major headache since now my husband is on hold for medicine that he needs to sustain his life. (He has epilepsy). On top of it all, with the countless mistakes they have made, they are NEVER apologetic in a sincere way. They are VERY RUDE and I pity the people who must use them as an only option.
