2-23-24 follow up I called to see where it was and they claim it’s still in the fedex box.Left on hold for over 10 minutes listening to them work. I was calling to see where my delivery is from nearly 2 weeks ago. I hate that my insurance forces me to use Walgreens. The worst service ever at all locations and the app is no help at all.

Pharmacy is awful! They double charged me for three Rx's, refusing to honor Good RX prices, and are more than triple the price for Rx's than all other pharmacies in Pensacola when using the Good RX discount!!! I'm changing pharmacies today due to having to deal with these types of issues for the last year. It's infuriating that a place that's supposed to be in the business of helping people can just basically steal money right away from them!! It's hard enough to afford medications at all this day in time, especially without insurance. I hope this is helpful to those who read it. BE AWARE OF THIS PHARMACY!!!

The pharmacy tech was so rude. She kept questioning if I was the veteran or my husband. I don't even have a husband. She looked and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Do not recommend this place at all.

Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Publix Pharmacy is much nicer and polite.

I’m epileptic and this pharmacy had my meds waiting to be filled for 2 days, whilst they had it in stock. The pharmacist who’s a man, is super rude. Along with every one of his assistants. They do not care if you rely on a medicine for your survival, they will get to your prescription when they feel like it. Going on 2+ days of not having my seizure medicine even though it’s just sitting behind the counter :) thank you Walgreens!

The staff here was so fantastic! I had a photo order that needed to be rushed and, despite having to juggle several other customers and some printer issued, Tina and Mike made it work. All the while managing to be calm and warm the whole time.

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with for my prescriptions. Not helpful and rude when I was just trying to figure out why a medication was delayed. The tech or pharmacist I spoke to didn’t attempt to give me info or help me, just threw her hands up about it. They consistently fill wrong Rx that I’m not even prescribed anymore, and I had to call them 4 times over a week and a half because they were not leaving notes about the Rx and kept giving me the runaround. Walgreens as a whole is my preferred store, but this particular store is extremely disappointing.

Walgreens nearly always has exactly what I walk in the door for n bonus, they always have unique & awesome stocking stuffers every year during Christmas time!!!

By FAR, the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. And I've worked in Healthcare for years - still have never dealt with a worse pharmacy. They will take DAYS to actually get a script in the system that's called in from the doctor.And God forbid that you order OTC items and go through the drive thru for pickup. That big girl with the tattoos all over her neck, chest and arms is absolutely abysmal! (And I haven't anything against ink, but just so you KNOW who I'm talking about!) DONE with this pharmacy. CVS and a Publix right next to them.

I've enjoyed this location for over a year, and had to write a review because of the awesome service I received from TJ recently. He helped me with my photo purchase and was super kind. I think he sensed my anxiety over Christmas preparations and just wanted to ease my way. Thank you TJ!

I rarely go to this Walgreens, but when I do it’s for quick shopping and to drop off FedEx packages. Every single time I go to drop in a FedEx package, I’m seen walking in the door, most of the time by management, and they literally just walk off. I stand there for about five minutes each time to see if anyone’s going to welcome me and assist me, and multiple employees just walk past me, don’t acknowledge my existence, and then whenever I finally ask for help they give an attitude. Honestly very terrible customer service, and I’m never one to usually complain. I wish I knew the girls name that checked me out today, a younger darker skin girl. She didn’t say a word to me, and was very short whenever I finally got assistance with my package.

I wanted to write a positive review since there are several poor reviews about this place. I’ve only been here twice, once to get a prescription and once to get a COVID test. When I got the notification that my prescription was ready, it took me maybe 5 minutes total to go inside, pay for the prescription and leave. For my COVID test, I made an appointment the night before and go to the drive thru about 10 minutes early. I waited in the car (2 cars ahead of me) for only 5 minutes before getting to the window. The total time for me to get the test and leave was maybe 5 minutes as well. For both experiences I felt that it went very quickly. The customer service wasn’t over the top but no one was rude or anything.

Every time my wife and I come here they have the same issue with our insurance “not being on file” which extends the visit by at least 20 minutes. Then they’ll only have one pharmacy tech trying to help both registers and the drive thru while the pharmacist hides in the back filling scripts. The only thing this place has going for it is friendly staff and good customer service on the front end of the store.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Unwilling to assist or find medication at other Walgreens when out of stock at this site. Insurance forced us to leave our favorite pharmacy CVS where they always went above and beyond with customer service. I usually do not post negative messages but where my family's health is concerned I feel it warrants mention so others can choose wisely.

I just want to say that I just met to very customer service oriented employees today!They were Ericka and Kendall! These two ladies went above what they had to do to assist me with my issue! They were very professional, worked together to resolve not only my problem, but also maintained contact and assisted other customers as well! Thea two ladies at the Walgreens at 5995 Mobile Hwy need to be commended for there dedication to customer service!It was a pleasure to watch them do there job with a smile and professionalism!Thank you both

This store refused to fill a three pill pain medication prescription because they were closing in 20 minutes. They person working was very snarky and rude about it. I don't understand what's so hard about putting three pills in a bottle.

Came in with my sister for her covid shot. We had an appointment for 12:20, but they told us to come in at 12:05. So we did, and we filled out paperwork. Then we waited to be called back. Some people came in after us with appointments after us, and they got called back for their shot before we did! Finally, 1:00 comes around, after we've been waiting 55 minutes, and they call my sister back for her shot. The lady that gave her the shot was friendly, but had no idea what she was doing. She literally stabbed the needle very forcibly into her arm without giving her any warning. And then afterwards she was like,, oops i probably should have done that differently.. Definitely not coming back here in the future

I don't know who they're hiring at the pharmacy. I was delayed an hour for my first covid vaccine dose because it took them that long to figure out they input my last name wrong in the system. Then with my second dose they would not listen. I wouldn't have made this review if I didn't have such an easier time at another location. Save yourself and go to a different location.

This Walgreens is very irresponsible they can't call a replacement for a pharmacist we've been waiting for 3 hours since early this morning it is now going on noon and still do not have a pharmacist and have people sitting out here in their lobby waiting to get their prescriptions and she's in route for the last 2 hours

My husband and I use this location and I love the people. When I come to the pharmacy to get our medicine the employees are very sweet and have helped me with my questions from my stomach issues to my dad's dry skin. They are an amazing group!

How a pharmaceutical company (which Walgreens is,) can be so inept and stay in business is apparently above my pay grade. Aaand when they screw up, which is often, they spend more time trying to convince the customer is wrong than fixing the problem. The only person who cares is so overworked I feel terrible when things go wrong

The first and last time I fill a prescription at this location I dropped my prescription off and was told 30 mins an hour later I was told they were just now getting to it and they had one girl behind the counter eating sunflower seeds in plain sight of the customers which not only is disgusting knowing that she probably handles medication but that she is doing it out in the open where the people in drive through as well as the rest of he customers can see her all in all I won't ever be going back to this location
