I went to Tractor supply to buy a pair of boots for picking trash along the side of the road. A very nice lady approached me and ask if she could help me. We both wear a size 10. I eventually found a matching 10. I enjoyed the customer service and our conversation. Thank you so much. She had American Flag boots

I can always find what I need. There are plenty staff around to help out. I came into get chicken feed and scratch. Their prices are competitive with other retailers. They also offer Vet services on a regular basis, at a reasonable price

Went looking for Christmas gifts for my kids. Had a very small selection of little girl farm clothing which was disappointing. Also, very difficult to find someone to help with questions regarding items. When I finally found someone in the back stockroom of the store they tried to help me, but ultimately another employee had to step in because the first employee had no clue what I was looking for. I almost always seem to have these types of issues here.

I picked up two orders of several items ranging from 35 lbs to 50 lbs. My experience was pleasant. The only thing which would have made it better is if an offer was extendedto help me to my car. I place online orders because it’s difficult for me to lift things. I understand staffing is often an issue these days and this may have been the case.

A great place for shopping and customer service. This store has a little of everything. I bought a couple of ladies blouses and they fit great. My dogs loved their treats. I spent an hour just looking at merchandise throughout the store!!

Terrible talked to 4 people and no one could show me where the product was that I just called about 15 mins before and everybody that asked if I need help had something they were in the middle of and would come back and help me. I walked the store 5 times and never found my product. The last lady was very nice and I completely understand why she had something to because she had all her stuff in her hands and had not clocked in. This Wil be the last trip here glad we just got a northern tool!

Awesome bargain bins up front... even better ones in the back. They had a discount rack with a Bosch 12v Impact driver for 25 bucks without the baterry, and a Bosch 12v drill with 2 batteries and a charger for 75$.... thats about 33% less than normal. Really kicking myself for not buying them.. there were only one of each.Otherwise, everything is reasonably priced I think. Of course, it too has been subject to the general inflation, just like everywhere else has. A dollar just doesn't go as far as it used to.Really, since you cant get some of the stuff they have anywhere else (they have an abundance of actual tractor supplies, quality welding supplies, hardware that u cant get elsewhere... theres no beating this place for somethings, especially if u need it today.

Spoke with an employee 3 times to purchase a grill and make sure it was put together and had no issues. She went out to check to make sure they had them in stock. I couldn't give her my card over the phone I had to do it online. Okay, I did. Go to pick it up and it is damaged in numerous places! The full price grill paid $429 total after tax and it was damaged! Spoke to her 3 times she never mentioned that! What a waste of time!! Now we are on our way to Academy Sports...

I went there to get dog food but they had a brand of salmon oil to put on my dogs food. So excited I didn't have to order it. Next I walked past the wind chimes and they were calling my name. Last awesome thing is a employee of the store walked up and said " ready to check out". Didn't have to go to a cashier,so impressed with their products and customer service

You've a 50/50 chance of what you need being in stock, but if you call first, they're generally willing to check. There's always a variety of cute novelty items to make you feel better about not scoring the brand of chicken scratch or dog food that you came in for.

I have never been more disappointed in a tractor supply. I have tried to give them multiple chances but they keep getting ruder and ruder. The employees are horrible cashiers they have horrible customer service and they won’t honor there coupons/rewards they send out that are still good until 9/15 I’m very disappointed and hope they teach there employees better.

We were pleasantly surprised they had a dog wash for only $10. They supplied everything we needed, from the shampoo (multiple choices) to brushes, nail clippers, dryers, and towels. It was so quick and convenient!!

We only stopped in for about 10 minutes to pick up something for an electric fence. It was very easy to find, and reasonably priced. They had chicks during our visits so if you need baby chicks check out tractor supply

Found horse bedding pellets that I was trying out for the cat, the kids got excited to see if the live chicks were still available. I got bottled water that I randomly needed. They carry almost everything you could need. My girls loved the farm animal plushees, very friendly staff. Popular store

Always a must when in town. Quick convenient and friendly. Only downside is the lighting always seems a bit dim.One of Tractor Supply's older stores based in a strip mall. With the building expansion of Pensacola, a new stand-alone building with a hay shed, propane service, and their own dedicated parking lot would be a benefit.
