My husband and I stopped in for lunch for the first time today. We were blown away by the quality and selection of grocery options! Not only was our food delicious but the service was wonderful. We will definitely be returning!

The food was very disappointing again. I hope the review will result in significant improvement.1. The Fresh Market Savory Buffalo Wings were too hard and lacked taste. Customer tried to tenderize the wings.2. The potatoes in the Fresh Market Baked Potato Salad were too hard. Customer could only eat two bites of the salad.3. The Fresh Market Chicken Pot Pie (24) lacked chicken, peas, etc. It was impossible to eat it.4. The Fresh Market Corn Muffins (6 ct) were acceptable.5. The Fresh Market Ricotta Cheesecake Slice (each) was acceptable. Unfortunately, the Fresh Market Strawberry Cheesecake Slice (6.67 oz), which was very good, was unavailable.Thank you

Always a great option to have some quality meal ready to take home. Conveniently located in Pensacola the Fresh Market offers many choices a amazing variety in quality food. Also the best in produces and dairy products. If you are look for a quick access or a last minute party goodies provider so you can pick and check it out. Recommend definitely!

Was in the store yesterday (I’m a regular customer) and one of the cashiers checking me out was literally throwing my groceries from the cart, to the ring out section and then throwing into bags. I’m not exaggerating- check your videos around 5:15pm. I came back in because my eggs were cracked. If you follow me around the store via your camera, you’ll see that i checked my eggs for cracks before putting them in my cart. But the cashier throwing my groceries around cracked the eggs and thank god I checked and came back in. I went to a new cashier who told me I could simply run back and get a new product. That was great quick acting service, but I don’t appreciate the first cashier who was being a jerk. She smashed my bread! The blackberries I purchased fell out of the container. She mixed fridge and pantry items in my shopping bag which didn’t make sense. I’m just really annoyed and don’t know if I will come back.

Love it especially rotisserie chicken salad! But lately it's awful! Not shredded well big chunks of chicken ans more dry chunks dark meat. What changed? New staff different directions? Please change it back!!

I quite enjoy the fresh market selection and friendly workers. They have a nice bakery, deli, and fresh produce sections. I normally like to try different brands and new products. It reminds me of a smaller version of Whole Foods.

We were dissappointed with our experience in the Pensacola Fresh Market. We drove from Navarre several days before the holiday(Christmas). We knew ahead of time what we wanted and found everything but one item, but as we circled the store reviewing through the different department the one that stand out the worse in customer service was the center deli and ready food area. Not one person greeted us and not one person ask if we needed help. This unexceptable, considering we could have choose any other store if we wanted. Yes, did finally get help only by myself raising my voice slightly asking for help. Also we will not be visiting your establishment ever again and second we will never think of shopping at any Fresh Market. Oh, final thought your front end service and check out were awesome.

My husband & I shop here regularly & have always been happy with not only the products they offer but the overall hospitality as well with the exception of yesterday being Thanksgiving but in an most amazing way. It was just my husband & I having Thanksgiving together but I had recently had a surgery that prevented me from being able to make a meal. My husband on a whim called them the day of Thanksgiving & explained our situation to the gentleman who answered the phone. Noah turned out to be our Saving grace that day and put together such an amazing meal for us with no notice, last minute. My husband & I are forever grateful to you for providing such an extraordinary service and Fresh Market should be very thankful to have him as an employee.

Nothing beats ME being like a kid in a Candy Store. Thank You for The Fresh Market in Pcola, FL.Store Mgr-Scott & his Staff do a great job here, the store, the restrooms & overall appearance are ALWAYS clean & welcoming 👏.Never was much into the Deli Section of any Local Grocery Store, but more into The Fresh Market's assortment of Steaks, Produce, Chips, Nuts, Herbs & especially their Bakery Items. They also carry a wide variety of Hot Sauces as well🇺🇸👍.

Somethings not right with their market style bacon. 2 weeks ago I bought a batch which was too salty to eat. Last week I bought again, thankfully it wasn’t salty this time but I opened the pack and it was cut so only fat was available, no meat. Quality is down 👎

Good selection on some products but the pricing on many items is outrageous. I'm glad i live near Everman and not near here. For example glad force flex 40 13 gallon garbage bags is over $16 here and $8.90 from Walmart.

Despite the name, I won't go here for anything "fresh." Last night was probably the 5th or 6th time it has happened that I have bought produce from here only to get it home and find it was bad. Usually, it is a potato with a rotten core, or an onion similarly afflicted. However last night it was mushrooms. I bought a container of cremini mushrooms. Today, I opened the container to find that the stems (not visible from the packaging) were plagued with mold. I encountered no difficulties from staff returning the item (other than the time and gas it cost me), but buyer beware. In my opinion, Publix has cheaper and better produce; it is normal to examine what's available at Fresh Market and find vegetables that are nearing or exceeding their shelf-life. Inspect packaged tomatoes for leakage, mushrooms for mold, and I guess just hope for the best when it comes to potatoes and onions, should you choose to shop here. On the other hand, they have some nice pasta sauces and frozen items that are difficult to find elsewhere. Have a great day and remember to tell your family you love them. Perform one act of kindness daily. You are loved.EDIT 1/12: This store responded to my review roughly a week later (see below) stating that they wanted to know more about the visit. Evidently they didn't read my detailed account of what happened, nor did they provide a customer care number, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence that they have a genuine interest in customer experience.

Not a bad store, we don’t have a lot of options in Pensacola. But this is in a horrible location. So far north from downtown, and located at a horrible, crowded intersection. Getting in, out, and around the small, poorly laid out parking lot is miserable. I avoid this market now because of the location, crowds, and commonness of my items being sold out in the store

I was very disappointed In the customer service. When we checked out we where asked for our phone number and both numbers I gave where not in your system. The girl cashed out did not ask if we wanted join or use her card to give us the discount. Very disappointed in the service. Will not be back.

I go to The Fresh Market a lot. It's my favorite store. It's very nice, neatly organized, clean.As you enter the store, you see all the flowers for sale first. The wonderful fragrance sets the mood for a great relaxing shopping experience. There is soft classical music playing in the background. You immediately know you are at The Fresh Market. There is no other store like this.You will find a great selection of rare spices, coffee, chocolates, wines, cheese, seafood, and all sorts of things.The staff is always very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The prices are somewhat average. Things are generally more expensive here than at Walmart or Publix but less expensive than at Ever'man health food store.I often grade a store or restaurant by how its bathroom looks. The bathroom at The Fresh Market is very nice! And it's clean and smells good 90% of the time.Their website and online experience and phone customer support could use some upgrading. I had trouble logging into their website, and when I called their number, technical support doesn't exist. There's no place on the site to leave feedback either.

Store has nice products, but cashiers could use some customer service training. One cashier told us she was closed and we moved to another register. She then checked out the next person. Still wondering what it was she decided she didn’t like about us…The next cashier acted like working there was a hassle, she didn’t tell us how the store card works, even though we tried to sign up she offered no help to get the deals, she just let us pay full price for everything. This was our very first time ever visiting this store & we really were given no reason to return.

This has to be one of my favorite grocery stores. Great selection of food or snacks. Produce is top notch. Very clean store. All their carts work as they should. Friendly staff. Their burgers are awesome. We couldn’t help but load up on some of their candies. While we are in the area we will definitely be shopping here. I wish there were more around to shop at.
