I purchased multiple items and used a store coupon of $2 on those multiple items which totalled to $24. When I went to return one item that cost $7.99 Target had reduced the price to $5.99 deducting the store coupon, which was not for a specific item, from the one item returned. As there was no minimum purchase it should not have been deducted from one item. The employees offered no assistance on how to correct this except that they could not give me more than the computer computed. I would have been better off with no receipt. Very disappointed

This is my local Target store, I visit frequently. It is a great alternative to the Walmart across the street. Even though this is not a super Target store, they typically have everything the larger store carries on a smaller scale. I love the 2 hour same day curb side pick up when I am pressed for time. I have used this service 3 times and 2 out of the three, I had my order brought to my car within 5-10 minutes. The third visit would have prompted me to give a 2-3 star review, but because of their manager that was working Saturday afternoon, I was pleasantly suprised as to how well he redeemed himself and represented his store, which is why I am still giving a 5 star review. I had been waiting for my curb side order for about 5 minutes and as he brought another customers order, he stopped to tell me that a few of my items were damaged by an employee putting something heavy on my order. He asked me to wait a few extra minutes while they replaced those items. I respect and appreciated him letting me know up front and for the simple fact that they didn't give me crushed items as most probably wouldn't have cared nor said anything. However, after waiting another 20 minutes and getting very anxious as I had an appointment to be at I saw an employee giving another customer that just pulled their order. I was angry at this and told this employee how long I had been waiting for my order and needed it asap due to my time crunch. Within a few minutes the same store manager (I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention him) came to my care and immediately apologized for my wait and handed me a $20 Target gift for my inconvenience and placed my items in my trunk. I apologized to him for my attitude but I felt due to their mistake I had been patient enough and any other day I wouldn't have made such an issue but since I was pressed for time, I was irritated. I will continue to use this service and of course still go inside to shop because of how he handled this issue. I am pleased to have experienced great customer service because it's hard to find these days.

Asked an employee here, that had their name tag on, if they knew if Starbucks was open while passing one another. She literally said “I’m not on the clock so I won’t be helping you”, walked away and stood at the guest services desk to talk with her coworkers. While I understand her perspective it was honestly completely rude and unnecessary.

The first bad experience was having to go inside for my drive up order when my back was messed up, and now they force you to check yourself out instead of paying a person to do it. There’s no place to set your bagged purchases at the self checkout counter. It was a terrible experience, and I won’t be going back again.

This target has zero concept of timeliness. Made a pick up order at 4:30 pm just for it not to be ready until 9:45 pm even though there is a 2 hour guarantee. I understand that the holiday season is busy but 5+ hours for 4 items is absolutely ridiculous. When I called to ask about it they just said they “can’t look at the orders” and “have no idea where in line I might be”, this was after 4 hours. Terrible customer service and follow through on guarantees.

Store looks clean and well organized. Employees are helpful. Nice location. Bad experience picking up items I bought to pick up “drive up “. One in the order was missing. CVS pharmacy doesn’t accept Tricare. Update. Waiting time for drive up is about 10 minutes.

I love SHOPPING at TARGET even though it's across the Parkway from Wally World. It Is ALWAYS better organized even Target register receipt is organized by DEPARTMENT. I Really like looking at that. Plus even if you just have a Store Card you save 5^ on everything. And if you earn A Gift card because of any in Store Sale Promotions. The Gift Cards are Given to YOU at the Register B4 YOU PAY so AWESOME 🐸

Love this store with a CVS, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut the restroom also had a step stool where My granddaughter could wash her hands without help and the Blue Angels fly over near the end of Practice Loved it

I reside in Tallahassee and visit family in Pensacola often. By comparison this Target store on Blue Angel Parkway is always so clean and organized. It is so nice shopping here and I find the staff to be helpful and pleasant as well.

Hate this Target… employees are really nice but the store itself is seriously lacking and needs a facelift. Never any music playing which is weird and inventory is low.More than anything the new ghetto self checkout SUCKS.

The check-out area straight up look like a gas station store straight out of the ghetto. The ‘cashiers’ direct shoppers to the self checkout, which is really just a computer with a handheld scanner and no belt or counter to put your items on. I used to have no problem paying extra for target products to avoid the typical Walmart crowd but after my experiences here, I’d rather just go to Walmart where at least they know what a self checkout counter is supposed to look like. I just LOVE putting my products on the floor!!!Save yourself the hassle and just go to Walmart.

I shop here often. Spent almost 400 this trip. Purchased a scientific calculator that rang up incorrectly at the checkout. Cashier didn't offer to have an employee grab the proper one. My wife had to go back, leaving me holding up the line while back at the electronics 2 other employees couldn't help her. Finally the manager came and said the entire shelf was labeled incorrectly and there was no calculator for the price listed on the shelf? It simply did not exist. The entire row was mislabled and priced, and not one "sorry for the inconvenience" or "let us figure this out and bring it to you" No customer service help at all.

Came in and checked out with Janice today at about 4:50 pm. She was pleasant to the lady checking out in front of me so I greeted her with a “hello, I hope your day is wonderful!” To which I was ignored, she then proceeded to give me my total and immediately said “I can’t move this from the conveyer to the counter, I have a bad back” I also have a bad back at which time I requested a bag and she said “I probably have one that will fit this”. Only as I was leaving, being the only customer in her line, did she say anything remotely nice or welcoming, otherwise I felt very rushed and this was a pretty rude experience seeing as she was pleasant and communicative with the customer not even a moment earlier.

I have lived here for 2 years and shop at this Target often. They have switched to self checkouts that are thrown onto stock shelving no belts to put a bunch of groceries on. I have a cart full and go to the register and the guy tells me I have to use the self checkout unless paying cash!? Super inconvenient and the employee seems like he was just being lazy. I guess I will use the Target in foley as their customer service seems to be a bit better.

There are never cashiers at the registers but they all just hang out and watch you try to figure out how to use the self check out that never works🤣 this is probably the only target that makes me think i like walmart.

There is never a day or a season where I walk in this target and am impressed with the cleanliness and the variety of stock. The beauty department has improved since I last complained. However the intimate and athletic clothing section is chaotic and barely stocked (entire empty wall of racks) and men's dpt looks like a tornado hit it. The manager needs to speak up to corporate about more staffing and more inventory. HOWEVER, The customer service counter is always top-notch!

When is the southwest side of Pensacola ever going to get stores as nice as the other sides of town. I feel like this is the cast off Target. The selection is poor to say the least. They are always out of everything. Their household and babies section has such a small, picked over selection of items compared to every other Target I have visited. They have been out of most cosmetics and dairy items for at least the last 60+ days. They said their coolers went out and they lost a lot of food, but I would think they should have had ample time to restock by now, and the other absent items had nothing to do with the coolers. They really need to expand upon this store and make it comparable to other Targets. It’s just frustrating and disappointing to have to drive an hour across town to find anything!

Not sure why they have cashiers standing around since the self check-outs are in set place. Seems like this target is far behind with a makeshift checkout machines with no room to put your stuff to scan. It's needs to be updated. It's kinda ridiculous with only one cashier working.

The nicest gentleman works here. I'm not sure what his name is but I see him in here all the time stocking stuff in the school/office section. He helped find me an airfyer that was on clearance and gave me boxes and bubble wrap when he was finished with them. He always asks how I'm doing and is always happy to be working. Probably my favorite part of coming here. Store is clean and organized as well.

They always have what I need in stock. The pick-up from the app is insanely fast. My last order took less than an hour! The prices I got on school supplies were cheaper than the place across the street and I earned a $15 gift card. Love this Target!

No one working express checkout. No self checkout. No one in customer service area. Why a childless person must wait behind lines full of moms and children is beyond me. I guess those are the only populations Target wants to serve. They don't care about people who don't have children. It would be nice to come buy lunch and checkout quick, but I have to abandon my cart so mommy and kids can buy diapers instead. Store should be called Diapers R Us.

Angel, the employee who helped us, was simply outstanding. We were looking for a specific item and we called the Target closest to us to see if it was in stock and ask a few questions about it, and the employee we spoke to didn’t have any helpful information and gave very short responses; he just seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered with helping us with our purchase. So, we called the Pensacola West location, which is farther away from us, but when we spoke to Angel, she was extremely helpful, warm, and so kind. We drove to the Pensacola West location to make the purchase, and Angel was just as awesome in person! She already had everything we talked about lined up to make it a quick and extremely pleasant experience! As a small business owner, I know employees like Angel are tough to find right now, so we wanted to make sure we shared this experience.

Horrible experience. Doing last min shopping for the TG weekend. The shelves were bare, a lot of price tags were missing on the shelves, management and support staff unwilling to price match app prices. Unapologetic, and unfriendly once they realized I was unhappy with the outcome. This Target is out of my way, so def won’t be back!

I really enjoy shopping at this location. Today, Afton provided exceptional service. I needed a reprint of a receipt for an expense report. She was so helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. I also invest in Target & it’s really special when the local team leaves a great impression. You can tell these are shared values. I wish I could remember other associates names because they are always doing a fantastic job and are friendly in all my encounters. Thanks again to Afton & the rest of the team here.

Two out of the last four times I been here while waiting in line for a relatively long time a seemingly well intentioned staff member opened up a new line and rather than open it up to people already in line invited customers who were not even in line yet to check out. Of course common courtesy would be to decline and offer it to people who had been obviously waiting but in both cases the customers who would have fit in better across the street jumped at the opportunity.
