i took my cat to get groomed for the first time and the staff was nice and i explained to them i wanted a sanitary trim because she has long hair in the back and when i got my cat back there was no sanitary trim. (which is the main reason i came to the groomers because it’s a big problem) they shaved the smallest amount on her belly?? no where near a sanitary trim. i paid $100 for my cat to get her nails trimmed, a bath and no sanitary trim. unbelievable. i left a voicemail days ago and i never got a message back. and i have no idea if they give animals sedatives but my cat was quiet the whole way home and sleeping which is not like her at all. i didn’t even sign papers for them to give her any pill. but maybe they didn’t and my cat was just tired but that is very unlikely of her. will not be returning back

The work was fine. The issue is they increase the price from one visit to the next and did not inform me before service was completed. The staff is nice enough but not smart enough to say it costs more this time. The price went from $85 to $110 for a large dog. They might even think about posting the costs of services on their website or even on a board in the shop for customers to see but that would be an honest effort and I think they are deceitful.

We got our cat groomed for the very first time due to some serious dandruff and itching. Shampoochies was able to use the prescription shampoo provided by our vet, and treated “Bug” with love while he was there! I was so worried about this experience causing him stress, but he was so calm when I picked him up. He has been loving his hair cut and can’t wait to go back! 😁

This is the only place in town that does a perfect job on my French Bulldogs nails. Highly recommend! They also have a great treat selection!

I take my baby girl Char , short for Charlotte, to get her nails cut. What a WONDERFUL place to care for your fur babies. I used ShamPoochies for years and groomer Lisa is by far the best groomer in town. Prices are a little higher than others, but Lisa makes up for it because of the quality of work.

As a first time Customer with ShamPoochies, I believe Daz won the lottery with his new Groomer, Jordan. Daz ENJOYS getting muddy and plopping down in any water he sees! He was bathed, teeth scrubbed & nails dremelled. They looked far better than the outfit I had to leave due to some miscommunication with the owner. I feel we have really found a far better outcome for both Daz & I.Daz lost his Nail Tech when PetLand shut down Grooming Services. Nails and Teeth are crucial to the overall health & well being of your pet. Daz was adopted & I discovered gingivitis! He was treated medically & his teeth cleaned up by Zoe. I KNOW how important for overall health Grooming can be. Regular nail trims ( NOT just the tips) are essential for carrying his weight thru life.

Great place for small breeds, I have a cocker spaniel who desperately needed a haircut. The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting the right style. I love my pet’s new look and will definitely comeback to Shampoochies for future appointments.

The people obviously don’t have a good scheduling process or communication and messed up the days i scheduled for my dogs, the day i had just called about two days before and confirmed it and then they tell me it’s a different day today and can’t get me in when it was THEIR MISTAKE. You would think they would at least try to be accommodating considering i spoke with two different people and confirmed the day and time and now they’re telling me i missed the appointment (on the day it wasn’t even scheduled for) but didn’t even bother to call about it when I didn’t show.

Love this place. Very friendly and fast. Took our two cats to have their nails clipped and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Loved that you could see them grooming the animals. Highly recommend this place.

I was really impressed with the service I received from ShamPoochies today for my 9 month old German Shepard Husky mix, Henry. He looks awesome!! and smells so good 😁 plus they were able to get all my concerns addressed with no problems. I also felt like their pricing was very fair for the amount of time and work it takes to get these dogs looking great. I could really tell from my first experience that the staff really care about your pet, and I felt comfortable with leaving Henry there, knowing he has separation anxiety. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks!! 🙏

I brought my dog for grooming two weeks ago. We brought his shots records and everything and they saw him and they knew what he looks likes as far as his size, breed, etc. Today, 12/12, some girl who sounded like it was her first day on the job told me when I called to reserve for boarding that they don't board large breeds after I told her that he is a Border Collie mix and that they don't board any pets over 20 pounds, because of "being under construction"and she didn't even bother to look him up on the files. I guess you don't want or care about our business

Such a wonderful company! My mom has been taking her pups here for years. They are always kind and professional. My mom's dog has special needs (bad back) and they are always so careful and willing to take the time. I highly recommend!

Absolute ridiculous service and prices. Tell them one thing and they will do something else. $120 to wash and brush 2 puppies under 20 lb and still had to get mattes out when I got home. The last few times have been sub par but this put the icing on the cake. Won’t go back nor will I recommend this place any longer.

Just moved to area, and was looking for a new groomer, these ladies were awesome with my Lil Snowball. I've never had a good experience with getting my Persian cat groomed and clean, but Shampoochies rocked it! Her face and mane came our beautifully, great cleaning, and no razor burns/cuts(I hate other groomers do this, so this is a huge plus for me) definitely going to be a regular now.

The ladies here are angels and absolutely amazing!! Couldn’t recommend them more. My puppy had a bad experience elsewhere trying to get his nails done because he is afraid and hard to deal with & they let me come in for a late walk in and took him immediately and got him taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Will be back from now on with my buy 💗 thank you all SO much for being so good to my little boy & his puppy tantrum
