I love shopping at this store! It's always clean with friendly and helpful staff. Produce is fresh, and they have great BOGO deals every week.A young man named Tim (not sure of last name) is a model employee for great customer service, and it's apparent that he enjoys working there. He has been helpful to me on several occasions. I appreciate him and all the staff at this store.

This rating is based on the experience I had with the bakery department. I called to make an order for a 1/4 sheet cake at around 2 pm. I initially placed the order online but realized I needed to call because I needed the order to be ready in less than 24 hours. The website stated to call. The lady I spoke with, said there was no way it could be done. I needed to give them 24 hours. I called back and asked to speak with the manager. I simply wanted to see if there was any way the cake order could be taken since I didn't want anything elaborate. It's a sheet cake. I worked in a bakery and knew from experience the amount of time it would take to prepare this cake, however, if the manager told me there was no way it could be done, I would have accepted it and made other arrangements. The problem I had with the situation was the young lady who answered the phone didn't bother to actually place me on hold to get the Assistant Manager. Instead, she muffled the phone and proceeded to tell the manager the reason for my call. The manager got on the phone and reiterated what the young lady said almost verbatim.I understand I called in less than 24 hours, however, this is the first Publix I have ever encountered where they did not try to help the customer. Customer service is normally always top of the line no matter where you go. Thankfully, the ladies in the bakery and the order ahead department at the Publix on Mobile Highway got it done.

It literally took 45 minutes for the time between picking up my online order, getting the sandwich remade, and when they didn’t have the only sauce I wanted, I then waited for a refund. It was supposed to be a 5 minute pickup.This place has amazing people and the rest of the store is 5 stars, but the volume has far surpassed their staffing numbers. Will update when this improves.

Place has an AMAZING lunch bar, full salad bar with every topping imaginable, reminded me of Ruby Tuesdays salad bar! They had 5 full size pans of pastas and five full size slots for hot foods. All the fried foods are behind the deli counter and fresh and literally hand battered mostly, hard to find these days. And Publix has the BEST crushed ice around 😍

This Publix is incredible and everyone that works here is incredibly nice and helpful. Rosemary is one of the sweetest and most pleasant cashiers I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Also, the store has literally anything you could ever need and phenomenal sales. The cookies & cream brioche donuts from the bakery are to die for! So happy this grocery store is the closest one to my new house, but I’d make the drive even if it wasn’t!

Placed an online order set for pickup at 12.40. Showed up at 12.40, sandwich wasn't made, so I went to the deli to see if they were in the process or had it up there.I had to wait 5 minutes to speak with anyone, meanwhile Gabe was standing next to me joking with his coworkers. There were 2 people in lime at this time, not empty but certainly not as busy as it can be.When Gabe finally decided to speak with me, he very rudely suggested I was stupid for thinking my sandwich would be made on time and proceeded to mock me to the other customer who was having his sandwich made.I don't understand why you would have an online ordering system with a specific time for pickup, if the food is not going to be ready. I also never expected to be mocked for asking about my order.Terrible experience and I won't be visiting again any time soon.

Very clean and extremely helpful staff. Mozzarella pearls were not on the shelf and the employee went in the back to pull them off that truck that had just arrived. she really went above and beyond to help us!!!

If you're looking to work and not get paid, this publix is the place to be. You can bag your own groceries and load your cart. I thought that was only an Aldi thing, but apparently publix participates as well. A complete waste of my time when I had such a big order. The bagger on the next register over could have helped, but she was too busy standing there and running her mouth.

I just bought yogurt for my son and when I opened the lid it had mold all around it. I tried the other container of yogurt and it was in pieces. It wasn't liquid at all. It smells bad. Now I'm heading there. You should remove the yogurts. I don't want that to happen to him. to other people and even less to a child

Ms. Kelly amongst several of the other nail technicians are some of the best in Pensacola. She came up with this design herself with a unique freestyle. I love this place & will definitely recommend them.Much love. 💙

This is one of the newer Publix stores, and I'm impressed. The deli, sub, and hot food area is a square-ish stand-alone area. There's also a serve yourself salad bar/hot foods (already prepared) .Normally, the customer dining area/ cafe is a small area on the ground floor. However, store #1746 Beulah Rd. (Pensacola) has a beautiful upstairs dining area for customers and employees. You can access the upstairs dining area by stairs, or if you are unable to navigate stairs, they do have an elevator.You have the option of sitting inside in the air conditioning or sitting on a covered "deck" area outside, overlooking the parking lot. From the interior dining area, you overlook the interior of the store.

Fantastic store better than the ones in Mobile and offers a lot more. Also like the fact that they have poke bowls and all sorts of on-the-go bowls. Even their sandwiches look a little bit better and their salads. Very impressed

Imagine a regular Publix, but with a more diverse deli (ramen, rice bowls, sushi, subs, salads, meats and cheese - all in the same place), and that's what it is. Absolutely gorgeous dining area on the upper floor that is indoor and outdoor. Thoughtful design touches such as a handwashing station, purse/bag holders on the tables, accessible outlets, a microwave, and an elevator for those who need it. The goods available here are more varied than the other Pensacola locations, I purchased fruit nectar, fruit paste, and Publix brand frozen plantanos maduros. The highlight of my trip was Sandy at the deli. She was honest, hardworking, friendly, and absolutely lovely. She could have put any sort of turkey on my sandwich, but instead she went and made sure that I got the right variety.

This Publix location (my favorite in Pensacola) had an awesome selection of produce. It was fresh and undamaged. I visited a competitor and I could not even find zucchini or tomatoes for 2 weeks! Publix saved me by having those and more. Even their green beans and mushrooms were fresh and unblemished. I'm not a produce snob and will eat damage or deformed produce after cleaning it up, but I appreciate the store for removing moldy and rotten foods routinely.

I love the convenience of this Publix and the employees are very pleasant. However, my complaints are within the pharmacy and deli. The pharmacy loves to tell you that a script will be completed in 30 minutes and you will receive a text. The texts never arrive and it's always late the next day when the urgency is expressed. Second dissatisfaction is within the disgusting deli. I have had my orders refunded twice as I have watched someone prep my sandwich and run to the register with food gloves on and accept someones money then go back to making sandwiches with the same gloves on that handled money and a register. The other incident was watching the guy prep my sandwich and use his gloved hands to wipe his nose, scratch his ear and his head and continue on with the same gloves. I will never eat food that is prepared from here.
