The entire experience is always positive here. All employees are friendly & helpful, shelves are well-stocked and organized, and Publix has the *best* produce section. Some prices are a bit higher than other local grocery stores, but you get a better experience all around at Publix compared to some other grocers.

We've been shopping here since relocating from Hawaii. The employees and managers welcomed us from day one. We get our meats and fresh produce twice a week at this location.

As always they have an awesome selection of fresh produce and amazing hot foods also. Boar's head luncheon meats are great. On occasion I get a taste for old fashioned pickle loaf sandwich, Publix is the only place I have found where I can get it🙂🙂.

Needed some meat and cheese from the deli counter and was served by a lovely woman who knows her stuff! I didn't catch her name, but she was from PA and had great customer service. The store itself is clean and well stocked. In line to check out, the cashier was also very friendly, and I have to say that Publix is really hitting the mark at this location. 👌

Great environment, always very clean! The employees are usually helpful, one employee in particular named Jarod is always very kind and does a great job! Also the fresh cooked food here is absolutely amazing! Better than fast food by a long shot

This review is specific to the Pharmacy. Recently I’ve had quite a few issues with the pharmacy closest to me (that’s not a Publix,) and transferred all my prescriptions here. The service I received was top notch and reminiscent of the days when your Pharmacist was your trusted advisor. Keep up the good and necessary work of having humans communicate with each other about vital drug info.

Picked up my daughter’s birthday cake which I ordered online two days In advance. Picked up with no issues and bought some balloons as well. Seems like the prices have increased since last year but the quality is still worth the extra. Thanks Publix bakery! I appreciate attention to detail.

As with all Publix, this one is well stocked and friendly staffed. I give it a 1 star because I was made to feel very uncomfortable on this occasion. I was at self check out. On one side. There was another customer o. The other side. We both had buggies at our registers. I was approached by a staff member asking if I could move my buggy so that the coupe can get their buggy through. I have no quarrel with that. But you chose me versus the other person to ask to move. Furthermore, I am not sure who told the staff member to do that. If it was the customer they could have just said excuse me and I would have moved tge buggy. I did not realise it was blocking others with buggies from being able to get through but so was the other persons. But it was the look on their faces. I felt as if I had been reprimanded for doing something wrong. I have been standing in line and could not get around but I either said excuse me or waited the few minutes for one.or the other to move. No staff member ever went up to a customer to ask them to move on my behalf. It was just upsetting that a staff member approached me in that manner as if I had done something wrong. So I no longer go to this location

I called to place an order that I needed ready in less than 24 hours. The bakery and the department that handles sliders took my order without hesitation, even though it was on short notice. Thank you for being the Publix in Pensacola that goes above and beyond for its customers!

My parents loved going into this store, and the staff knew them by their first name.The store was always clean when we went. If there wasn't an item my parents wanted, management would make a special order for them.

Only reason o give it a 4 out of 5 is because they do not have a sitting area to eat. But other then that is good as all other Publix, can’t go wrong with the subs, the salads are on point.

I went in to grab few items, left my keys in basket like I always do. Went to check out and realized my keys were gone. A good Samaritan saw my basket unattended and turned them in.

I always like going to Publix, especially when I have the kids with me. I know MY kids ALWAYS want snacks when you're trying to shop. Publix has free fruit and cookies for kids while they're being forced to shop with us. 😂 It's more helpful than most people would think. I've yet to meet a rude employee. (except for one guy in the deli)

Called to find out if bakery order that I placed at 7am could possibly be done by that evening, maybe by 8pm. I was pretty much expecting them to not be able to, which is completely fine, but I wanted to try just in case. However, the lady who answered the phone in the bakery was COMPLETELY rude and condescending. She scoffed at me and answered as if I was to tell her to jump off a cliff.I usually automatically go to Publix for all birthday or holiday cakes, but after this encounter, I don’t even want to pick up this existing order. I am going to just go to the local bakery downtown where something like this would never happen.

Publix has the best employees in the deli area! They are friendly and helpful and make the best sub sandwiches!! If you are looking for delicious subs with amazing French bread rolls, then you should stop by and order one! You'll be happy you did!

Publix Super Markets are Great! All of them! Some have a few extra options - such as prepared hot foods, which we really like - but again all Publix Stores are great - and the staff really goes out of their way to try and be helpful. They can be a little more expensive - but often - it is true - you get what you pay for.

Walked 7 blocks there on this lovely day. Scanned one item. Clerk wrang up two. Tried to authorize it. CC declined. Clerk cancelled transaction. Scanned one item. CC declined. Charge had gone through. Two hours later.. no merchandise and no credit to card. Funds are tied up, still.Do NOT shop here.Should have returned my money and given my merchandise FOR THEIR ERROR.Very poor customer service

The customer service manager, Josh is a very nice man and an excellent manager with great customer service skills!! He goes above and beyond for their customers!! It's service like his that makes Publix an awesome place to shop!

I have stood in line at this Publix for 32 minutes while there's been I don't know eight or nine registers with nobody in it and the registers had one or two people in them several times they have one person working customer service and even though a manager came and told somebody to come check up front nobody came This public needs a better manager and better manager skills submit review

It's Publix. Good selection, helpful and kind employees. If it weren't for the deals at Walmart(lacking customer service), Publix would be my #1. Guess either you pay for great customer service or put up with WM's lack of to save a buck.
