If you are looking for pet supplies & food they have a good variety and prices are similar to other pet store chains. They also have grooming and vet services on location.

This is one of the largest have seen. Well organized with everything possible. The staff were great but a fellow customer helped me get a harness for my dog and then helped me fit it on my dog. That was incredible. Dog Lovers go to PetSmart.

There were no issues in store, tried to place an order online for pickup, but some glitches would not let me. Purchased a toy that was poor quality, did not make it an hour before it was destroyed. Have other toys of similar material that survive months of husky abuse. Hopefully, next time, they will have in stock this stick he loves to play with at the park.

I got my black lab groomed for the first time and I was a little worried being a first time pet owner, but thanks to Madison and the Staff my wingman Goose had a blast. I'd get him groomed here again for sure.

GROOMING: I am extremely happy with the way my little Nala came out of that salon. I’ve always be worried about the accidents that can happen in any grooming salon. I know larger companies tend to have accidents more known, but it is always in the back of my mind when looking for a groomer. Cricket was great. She listened to me telling her that I hate the perfumes. I also stated I did not want any long hair other than Nalas tail since she loves getting dirty outside. She came out with a perfect hair cut for our life style! I’ve had trouble getting some groomers from other places to cut her ears as short as I like them to be. Cricket picked up what I was putting down and she delivered! Will bring her back next time Nala is in need of a hair cut!

Very dirty, all of the individually boxed hornworms were dead, a lot of dead wax worms in containers, and there is a baby beardie that is unwell-looks to be declining from last visit and should not be on the sales floor. These are consistent issues for this location.

I called their grooming department to ask if I could get my dogs nails clipped and filed down . They said sure no problem you can just walk in no appointment needed. Now I was a good 20min drive away. Both my dogs have valid tags and are up to date on their shots. When I got to the PetSmart I went to the grooming department said I called this morning and asked about my dog getting their nails clip they said I could come walk in. They said Oh yes babe began to take my information and then ask me if I brought my dog shot record or what vet they use if they could call them. Unfortunately the vet we used for my dog to was not opened at the time so there was no way to call them because they then informed me that if I didn't have my shot record they could not cut my dog's nails unless they call the vet and asked if they had their shots up to date or if I brought the shot record No one told me this before I drove all the way down there I said my dog's tags are up to date in the state of Florida you have to have valid vaccines on your animal to get tags they said that still was not enough and would not see me after a 20 minute drive That's okay I found a local small family-owned business that said all my dogs needed were valid tags and they ended up being $5 cheaper then PetSmart I believe PetSmart is nothing but a money-making not caring about the pets place that does not have very good customer service experience I will never be back because not only did they not tell me this and waste my day they were rude about it when I complained so I would never go to this PetSmart again or any PetSmart probably

I go to this particular location for their selection of frozen food for my South American Cichlids. They have an extensive stock of fish aquarium equipment. They have always had what I needed, and I always walk away with something new! Just the other day I picked up this super cute bubble cave for my convict babies to hang out in. It was a reasonable price, not too high considering it was a medium sized piece. They have both fresh and saltwater fish, and equipment. There is definitely more freshwater stuff, but they do have a decent stock of saltwater fish. Petsmart has been my favorite for over a decade now!! Staff is always helpful, and nice.

Took our puppy for her first grooming. They did great with her and I love that you can watch without the dogs seeing you. They did a great job. Now that she's bigger, we got her big girl cut. Again they did a great job.

I hate doing this, because a young man that worked the register was incredibly nice and courteous. He was incredibly helpfulThis rating is directed at the PETSMART chain. As I walked in to shop, I was looking specifically for some training aids. Then I saw the prices. I thought no way I'm going to pay this ridiculous price. Then I looked at their website and it said "35% off new customer signing up".I went through and gave all of my very valuable information.Regretfully I did purchase them. When I got to the counter or was expecting 35% off, I got a $1.25 off. I received a whopping $1,000 points for giving them all my information that they're going to sell and make thousands from. I was already there so I went ahead and bought it because the kid who helped me was so nice.No, your product is no better than what you can get off of Amazon. It's not any better than the ones that you can get from Walmart.Lastly, considering your outrageous pricing, I would expect that your store would have been remodeled and up-to-date. Your store looked like it came from 1972. Don't misunderstand, it was neat and orderly and was clean.Hopefully this post will turn other potential customers elsewhere, like a small mom and pop shop.It's been a while since I've been this disappointed but my best buddy deserved what I got him.

Great things here for the furbaby. We get all our parts needs here at PetSmart well except dog food. We make our own and they love it. We have a Boxer and 3 Chihuahua's who love their frozen and then steamed mixed vegetables brown rice yams boiled chicken breast boiled hamburger and chicken liver. They eat better than me! But I don't have as much worry about cancer and bowel problems stomach problems and their coats are just b e a utiful!! Petsmart store personnel are very helpful and will definitely steer you in the right direction when it comes to your pets personal needs!

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. Not only did my dog receive a terrible haircut, but it costed an arm and a leg, and he came home with more fleas than he went with. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Many people say Blue Angel Pet Services is the best, this is where we will be going next.

The first time we brought Winston (yorkie) he wasn't able to finish his appointment which i dont blame anyone since it was his first time at a groomers. Hannah communicated very well with us why she couldn't and that she would love to keep working with Winston so we set a second appointment and he did so much better and Hannah did such an amazing job! Hannah is such a sweet young lady and the love and care she has for Winston will have us coming back! Also the other young ladies in the salon care for the safety and well being for the dogs and they are all sweet and will be willing to work with you to have the best outcome for your pets grooming experience.

Pleasantly surprised with how great our dog's grooming turned out. Had low expectations considering this is PetSmart but the results were a lot better than the mobile groomer we normally use (Little Critters).Crystal was the one who took care of our dog and she did a fabulous job!

Super grateful for their grooming salon. I had my fave location in Central Florida. With the move away, I was terrified to start over. However, when my closer location had to cancel for a store flood (I mean, I definitely understand that) this location took them the same morning on short notice. I really needed to keep their appointment. Jennifer was wonderful, the doggies left much more relaxed than they came. The standard notes for their software made it quick and easy for consultation and I never pick up a surprise. They take their time and are consistent. I'm very grateful. My peekapoo is just a big chicken and can be difficult, but she said she would see him again. I will definitely be back for Jennifer. Even though it's not the closer location to me, I'd much rather have confidence in my groomer. Thanks for saving the day today! I have two top dogs. (Photos attached. I keep my rough coat terrier scruffy and give the peekapoo the fancy treatment.) They both were perfectly what I was hoping for! They have lovely toenails and fancy feet!

They use a third party animal care taker to approve cat adoptions. This lady that approves or denies doesn't really care about the cats going to good homes. You must have done everything her way before even applying for an cat. My 9 year old dog isn't fixed and was denied because of it.i have watched the same cat sit in there for 4 weeks and can't bring him because of my dog that's not fixed. Just go to the animal shelter they are cheaper and easier to get an animal through.

There is ALWAYS a line at this location. It's rare they will open another lane. I know that there are employees somewhere but I never can seem to find them when I need help. They have more for dogs than cats, but the also carry hamsters, fish, lizards, and birds! They do have lots of food and litters to choose from. They are also the ONLY place around that carries the Litter Genie.If you're looking for a large toy selection (cat or dog) I would recommend the Pet Supermarket off 9th and Creighton.

I just have to say out of my experience at many different locations in three different states this one was BY FAR THE WORST!!!!!For starters the employees at this location for grooming are AWFUL. They rescheduled my appointment for my dog to get groomed THREE times! Then upon arriving for the appointment they proceeded to try to tell me I was ten minutes late and they were refusing to groom my dog. When in fact I was there on time and waiting in line behind three other people. Then, an associate by the Name of Hannah proceeded to be quite unprofessional in telling me that I need to do a better job of scheduling the grooming appointment due to my dog's anxiety with other animals. And to not come on weekends! Which I might remind readers was a day I didn't even have the option to pick necessarily due to them CANCELING MULTIPLE TIMES AND RESCHEDULING. Then we get to the point of pickup, which upon arrival and seeing our dog he was not groomed properly. We specified a Full Haircut and bath. But what we seen was a patchy haircut at best with not trimming his hair on this tail or ears. These associates were not only rude to me nut my significant other. However, there was one lady who was very respectful although I did not get her name she is the only reason I will be leaving one star for this establishment. I strongly Encourage pet lovers to go elsewhere for grooming purposes.

Too much fun! Completed 6-week Puppy training class that was filled with laughter and a few puppy uh-ohs. It was amazingly helpful. Of course, all the supplies we needed were in stock in the store. Joe the Trainer was remarkable. Am going to Intermediate training class in July. Cost was very reasonable - $99-$120 depending on if you went in-store for a $25 coupon. Overall, a terrific experience for me & my puppy!

Grandbratz LOVE going to see Jack! The African Spurred Tortoise. They walk all over the store calling his name and looking for him. They love to talk to him and pet him. A large variety of animals here. Makes a fun trip for kids.
